Trigger WF when user Parks document from FB60 non-po invoice
Hi,
I need to trigger an approval workflow when the user parks a document using FB60.
Here is what i have tried and it does not seem to work!!! (I might be missing something here .. )
In the Triggering tab of the workflow i entered the Buisness object BUS2081 and event as parked.
Then tried to park via FB60 does not work.
I have never really done triggering this way before so i dont know what to do...
Am i using the correct buisness object , do i need to create some kind of linking here ?
WHile i am here another question.. the user will park for the first time and the workflow will trigger , what happens when the user parks it again. Do we need to handle this situation again ? How do we handle this.
Thanks for ur responses... i am pretty deep in this so anyone who throws a rope to me will be thanked to the maximum...
Once you complete the customizing are you sure you are creating the invoice more than the amount you have specified in the customizing? If yes then this should work.
I am not sure as to why you are not being able to get it right.
The last option for you would be to find for a BADI which is called before or after the document gets committed to the database.
Following are the BADIs that the code <b>might</b> call... No gaurantess given
BADI_FDCB_SUBBAS01
BADI_FDCB_SUBBAS02
PPA_CUST_BADI
BADI_FDCB_SUBBAS03
WRF_PREPAY_INVOICE
BADI_FDCB_SUBBAS04
AC_DOCUMENT
FI_LIMIT_PROCESS
BADI_PRKNG_NO_UPDATE
FM_POP_CORE
Create an implementation and then put a break point in each of them to find out if the code calls the BADI. This is pure luck if you find one. Then you can raise the event via the function module SWE_EVENT_CREATE. Do not put a commit in the BADI initially. Only if the event does not get raised even after running the Function module then you can put in a commit. The system usually does a commit.
Hope this helps,
Sudhi

Just upgraded my system to snow leopard...now when I open documents from my memory stick, its in 'pages' not word...how do I fix that??
Did you click on the little triangle? Did you select one of the document files before pressing COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window? If the panel is closed it looks like this:
If you then click on that little triangle gadget you get this:
A temporary solution is to CTRL- or RIGHT-click on the document file, navigate to the Open With item, and select from the sub-menu.
The first method makes the association permanent. This method only applies to the currently selected document. -
When printing a document from a website found in a 4.0 Beta 12 Firefox search I get a print format were the text letters are 1/4th inches apart. It happens when I use the website's print symbol to reduce the page to a printable size. If I use the window print commands I get all the page with advertising etal
but it is spaced fine.View this thread for the answer.

Standard DataSource to Parked documents from FI
Hi people,
Could you tell me what Standard DataSource I can use to take "parked documents" from SAP-FI (exemples of the transactions: FV50 to FI/GL or FV60 to Vendor or FV50 to Costumer)
Thaks,
Rosana.Hi,
I dont think so its any standard data source for the Parked documents in FI area. Not for the AP and AR... What is your requirements.. Parked documents usually dont extract in BI...
I have the similar senario and looking for the solution as well.. Any ideas -
When I convert documents from pages to word, the format is changed partially and at times entirely. Any solution for this?

I can't say, but if that's the answer, trying to get it fixed might be impossible. Instead, I'd suggest compressing your attachments to create a .zip file. Decompression at the other end would take no time, and if the server changes the attachment's file type, just change it back to .zip. -
When user browses away from my html
Like most of the use of swf, my swf is embedded in an html.
I'm wondering if I can catch the event in my swf when user browses
away from the html. Is swf gets unloaded at the time? Can I do
certain things in actionscript when it happens?
Help is appreciated.
thanks,
TedHi Ted,
Tough to say how much you will be able to do as the URL is
changing,
but I believe JavaScript has some function like "onUnload"
that you can
use. You can then use the fscommand-style call to invoke a
function in
your Flash movie to let it now it's about to be gone.
I haven't tried this though so I don't know how effective it
is.

Data in Parked document in FB60 & FV60 data missing in FBV0 when displayed
Hi Gurus
In SAP, when creating a parked document, we entered payment method C and payment block - Invoice verification and saved the document as Completed
When the document is viewed in FBV0, the payment method and payment block does not appear and have to be added again.
This happens in FB60 & FV60 in park mode where when you see in FBV0 to post the data is missing.
But if you park it in F-63 it can be displayed in FBV0.
I want to know why is it not reflectin when parked through FB60 & FV60.
Thanks in Advance
Vishwaas KThanks
I will see and get back to you

InDesign CS6 Crashes when opening any document from the network
Below are my notes on this issue along with the useless crash reports that Adobe and Apple ignore.
File location showing now special or reserved words in path: /Volumes/design/Design/Print/COLOR CARDS/Color Card-Country/INHOUSE
After crash, reopens document from crash and reports no issues
Same behavior even if ID is already open
Same issue if files are on server share with or w/o oplocks
Same crash issue if opening from desktop w/ all links local to desktop
Reopen after crash from opening on desktop opens fine
ID version 8.02 (CS6)
OS X 10.9.4 same issue with OS 10.8.5
I have removed and reinstalled ID CS6 and all patches
This happens on ALL Macs in the office

Prevent parked documents from showing in Liquidity Forecast
We have an invoice scanning system in place here which usually leads to many parked invoices being created. These invoices then show up in the liquidity forecast when we would like to exclude them. Many of these parked documents need to be reviewed to ensure the amounts, accounts, etc are correct from the initial OCR scan. We would only like to see the posted documents show in FF7A.
Is there a standard way to accomplish this? Thanks in advance!When drilling down into line item you can exclude/ fitlern them out. More seems not to be possible in standard.

Error when compiling Word documents from OPM
When I try to compile a document from OPM (as opposed to from the Word OPM toolbar), OPM raises a dialog box with the title Compilation Error. It says, "Oracle Policy Modeling was unable to compile the document as an error occurred with Microsoft Word. This file could not be found." The Word file nonetheless opens, but does not compile. This makes it very laborious to compile my project, which has numerous rule documents.
Could the problem have something to do with the OPM Word template?
I'm using OPM 10.4.3 and Word 2010 on Windows 7 Enterprise.
Thanks for your help.Did you recently migrate from Word 2007 to Word 2010? Did this issue start occurring after you changed versions of Word? If yes, did you update the templates in the project?
See OPM 10.4.4 User Guide article Update Oracle Policy Modeling Templates: http://docs.oracle.com/html/E48373_01/toc.htm#Projects and files/Update_OPM_templates.htm (for the 10.4.3 equivalent article search the phrase "update templates" in your local copy of the OPM 10.4.3 User Guide) -
Issue when posting parked document
Hi Expert,
when i want to post parked document, the system displayed: "Field COBL-PRODPER. does not exist in the screen SAPLKACB 0002".
Field COBL-PRODPER. does not exist in the screen SAPLKACB 0002
Message no. 00349
Diagnosis
The specified field does not exist on the screen.
Procedure
Check your batch input data.
I am not sure what is this field, i thought i did not input this data in the parked document. The parked document was input using F-02. While using FB50, the same accounts, the same document, without this issue, the parked document can be posted succeed.
what is the problem? thanks!Hi,
Substitution is used. The document was parked using transaction FB01.
If you park a document using transaction FB01, all substitutions run- in contrast to transaction FBV1, which is simply a parking transaction. It is possible in this case to use substitution to fill fields that are not ready for input in the line item or that are not available.
When you post the parked document, the posting is made using CALL TRANSACTION. The system collects all data from the parked document and reprocesses the data for CALL TRANSACTION. A batch input runs in the background. This transfers all field contents from the parked document to the relevant screen fields. If a field that does not exist on the screen is to be filled, the system issues error message 00349. You cannot post the document.
Check your substitutions. Make sure that you never substitute fields in the parking that are not ready for input.

Hi
How can I found table where gls saved on parking documents. Parked by FB60
Thanks
KhalidHi,<br />
<br />
Go to SE16 / SE16N and see the below tables <br />
<br />
BKPF :<br />
<p />
FI Document header details stored in this table like document number, document date, posting date, entry date, reference, header text, exchange rate, document type, etc.,<br />
For each document it will store only one entry in the table.<br />
This may update if any changes made in the document header like change in the header text / reference field.<br />
Other than the above fields, some other fields also get updated like document change date, document reversal details (document number, date reversed)etc.,<br />
<p />
<p />
BSEG :<br />
<p />
<br />
FI Document line item details stored in this table like posting key, GL account number, amount in local currency, amount in document currency, amount in 2nd & 3rd local currency, account assignment objects (cost center / internal order / WBS), short text, payment terms, discount details and etc.,<br />
For each document it will store minimum 2 entries and maximum 999 entries in the table.<br />
These line item entries updated if any changes made in the line items like change in the payment terms, payment block, payment method, short text and etc.,<br />
Other than the above fields, some other fields also get updated like clearing details (clearing document number, clearing date). <br />
<p />

BSIK :<br />
<p />
<p />
FI Vendor open item details stored in this table.<br />
In this table you will find the both header and vendor line item details.<br />
For each vendor document it will store entries based on vendor line items in the document.<br />
This table updates only when there is a entry posted to the vendor.<br />
This table contains only open items relating to vendor.<br />
Entries in this table not appear if that line item cleared due to payment happend / document reversed / manually cleared with another line item.<br />
<p />
<p />
<p />
<br />
BSAK :<br />
<p />

Two user id are being created in BO when user is accessing from Window AD
Hello Team,
We are facing a problem in BO XIR3.
1. Where users are login BO through Window AD login.
2. When users are login two idu2019s are being created in BO for that user.
3. One with the same name and another one with appending 0 at end.
4. For example if user abcd login through window AD in BO there will be two idu2019s are created one is with abcd and another one is abcd0
5. Here users are already having access to BO thorugh AD aunthtication,
For ex: User abcd is having access to BO through Win AD, but when he is login then one more id is being created with name abcd0 in BO.even the alias name is same for both of the ID.
here abcd is already in system abcd0 is being created in BO
6 For second created id like abcd0 in BO rights are not given so user is not able to login.
7. Here when user abcd is login from AD his alias point to second created id in BO(abcd0) and this second id abcd0 is not having access to Bo so users are not able to access BO.
Can you please let me know why it is happening, what went wrong and where ????
Your help will be highly apprecaitedOIM 11.1.1.3 is the version that we installed. USR_PASSWORD is not empty, after BP03 this appears to be a random password. it appears to be generated by oracle.iam.reconciliation.impl.ReconUserPasswordHandler. From the sequence of events it also appears that UserCreateLDAPPostProcessHandler is not getting called.
password was same as AD username before bp03. it looks like your issue is different in this case.
Below is the error stack that i see in oim diagnostic log.
