Copied from another discussion. Taken from the More Like This box on the right side of your post.
On the bottom of your card, beneath the barcode, you will se a long number that starts with GCA, PBH, or maybe 6. That is the card serial number.
Go to apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html to email the iTunes store support.
Just explain that the redemption code was scratched off, and give them the card serial number. Someone from the iTunes Store will email you back with the cards redemption code.

I can't seem to find an app that costs my available balance. iTunes said I need to spend it ALL before I can change stores. This means I cannot totally change stores.... Hopeless.

Then it says, "to import an iTunes playlist, File > Library > Import Playlist". Now I am assuming I do that import part on the Air, but when I try it doesn't recognize anything that can be imported - what am I missing??? Aside from a clue...

Thanks, Jim, for taking the time, but the reply is unfortunately vague in the exact area of my confusion! "you need to copy that file to your new computer..." Well, the Import/Export instructions make it seem as if the two computers should be able to communicate this file thru wifi, but that's the linkage I can't seem tocreate with Import/Export. Should I instead email a copy to myself (thats what applecare suggested)? Copy it to and from a thumb drive? But then place the file where? And the article was helpful, but should I be trying to move the Library file or the Library.xml file (as iTunes Help suggests)? Sorry to be so clueless about it...I suppose I buy Apple in the hopes of not having to think about this stuff, which approach seems not to be serving me well. Thanks again for your time!

How exactly did this happen? Were you using separate iTunes libraries on separate user accounts on the laptop?

I have installed Adobe packages and cannot find the Acrobat extension folder please advise how can I get these applications to load onto my computer?

I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud for teams CC Packages which says that Acrobat XI Pro is installed. Your support page says it does not install Acrobat and I have to look in the Extensions folder for an MSI file. Also I now administer the teams and have accepted the invitation to I received to be a team member and download the apps. The admin page shows that I have been sent an invitation but does not show my account as "ACtive" unlike my other team members. I tried to use the link in the invite to accept it become active but the link displayed an error saying I had already accepted the invite... why is no account not active?
Finally what other product downloads in Creative Cloud do not actually download as part of the Creative cloud Packager for downloading the apps? e.g. acrobat and what else?

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

If you cannot track it via iCloud, then you unforunately out of luck and will have to hope for the best. You can try and retrace your steps as well. There is no way to track it.

Are you able to take the card back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? If not then you will need to try contacting iTunes Support (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes
