  • How to get a refund of In-App Purchase in iPad?

My son was playing around with my iPad and accidentally purchased the Color and Mixer tool in Paper by FiftyThree application on my iPad.
I can get a refund for any APP purchased through the App Store from my iTunes Purchase History, but, when I click 'Report A Problem' on the 'Paper by FiftyThree, Color', it direct me to a link to the iTunes Support page.
How can I get my refund, each costs $1.99 which is important for me.

Apple's policy states that, "all sales are final" > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
But, if you are having issues with the app, you can at least ask for a refund.

  • HT4009 How do I get a refund on in app purchases my two year old made?

How do i get a refund on an in-app purchase my two year old made? HELP!

All purchases are considered final, but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
To try and stop it happening again you can use Settings > General > Restrictions on your phone to turn off in-app purchases and to require your password to be entered for every download (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need re-entering)

  • HT3702 Does anyone know how to get a refund for an app that is no longer required.

I have downloaded apps that I no longer require, does anyone know how I can get a refund. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Apple considers all sales to be final. There are no refunds. Especially no refund just because you think that you don't need to use the app anymore.

  • How to get a refund for paid app i never received

In April of 2014 I attempted to perform an in-app purchase in the game HayDay, which I had downloaded for free on my older iphone 4s that I also had at this time. I still have an iphone 4s but it is a different one. But that's not important. What my question is, is that every time I would go to purchase some diamonds or what ever else I wanted in the app It would tell me there was an error and it could not be purchased. I kept trying a few times and then finally gave up. I had no idea that it was saying error even though the actual charges on my credit card were going through and I spent(lost) somewhere over a hundred, maybe two, on some stupid in-app purchases that I never received and got my credit card took quite a hit from that. I called Apple and they said they could not help me and I had to get a hold of the creators of HayDay in order to get a refund. I found the contact email to get a hold of the creators and they never answered my issue. I asked many times and no one can help me. What do I do to get that money back that shouldn't have ever been taken from my credit card in the first place? I have all the order numbers and stuff if need be.

  • HT201272 How do I get a refund on an App purchase

I made a purchase for Smurf Village app for smurfberries which is an ingame currency. On 06/21/2012 the game crashed and deleted my village that I developed. Beelines customer service wants to credit me for my purchase, I however no longer wish to utilize the App because I do not want to go potentially through this problem again and want a full refund of the two purchases I have made. The customer service for BEEline has not responded to any of my email requests for information as to what they are doing about lost villages or refunds. What steps should I take to resolve the issue of trying to get a refund  without having to get my Credit card company involved?? Is there a policy for refunds?? I not want to give them the receipts yet for the purchases and have them give me the smurfberries back it's not what I want.

  • Can I get a refund on an app purchased by my 6 year old?

My 6 year old saw me typing my password into the apple account and remembered it, the next day she purchased an app and some extras on previously bought apps totalling £79.44!!!
Is there anything I can do to remove the app and extras and get a refund?
    Thanks

doesn't have to be plausible, just tell them it was fraudulent and they will refund it, or if you accidentally purchased it, call it accidental. either way they refund it
PS: Apple now has an account security team that can deal with fraud issues so if they are most defenetly fraudulent then call apple at the 1-800 number and tell them the deal

  • How to get Star Wars Rebels in-app purchase to transfer to children's Family Share account?

My wife downloaded the Star Wars Rebels game to her iphone and to the kids ipod/iphone with a different apple id.  We then purchased the full version from inside the app for $5.00.  I deleted the version on the kids phone, and went through the family share purchases in itunes to download the version that my wife had.  The game works but is limited because it is still telling us that we need to buy it.
How do I get the in-app purchases to transfer to my kids (family share) account.
Yes I tried the restore purchases button in the app already with no success.

    Hi, Matt.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I understand that you are running into an scenario where an in-app purchase will not show on a Family Sharing device.  At this time, in-app purchases are not able to be shared via Family Sharing.  I did verify that the Star Wars Rebels app is able to be shared, but the Content Packs offered with this app are in-app purchases.  If you wish to access the Content Pack on another device, you would need to purchase it on that device.
There are a few things that you can't share:
Songs added to iTunes Match from outside the iTunes Store
    In-App Purchases
Items that are no longer available on the iTunes Store
    Items that were hidden
    Apps that aren't shareable
Which purchased content can I share using Family Sharing
    Cheers,
    Jason H.

  • How to get reimbursed for faulty iTunes app purchase.

    Hello:
I tried to purchase an app via iTunes on and on the app store on the iPhone. I tried to buy the same app repeatedly because iTunes kept asking me to correct my credit card info. The app never got downloaded so I gave up to try again in a day or so. My credit card company called me to inquire about some strange activity on my card.... multiple individual purchases for the same item in iTunes. My credit card company said I need to contact Apple to get reimbursed. I sent an email to Apple's iTunes support account but have not heard any feedback in a day or so. I could not find a phone number related to this kind of an issue. Does anyone know how I can best contact Apple or get some resolution to this issue?
    Thanks,
    mn3

There is no direct email address. Use the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form - or an "Email Us" button) and explain your situation to them.
    Regards.
