I would think, Twins1995, that if we are having the problem, others are as well. Hopefully, Apple will shortly issue a follow-up software release to fix the problem. Or is that just wishful thinking on my part.
It would be helpful, if there were some kind of work-around in the interim, so we can use our devices. Pretty frustrating when you consider that all of the hardware and software is produced by Apple.

I recently bought some christmas ringtones. And i noticed after a day or so that the ringtone just disappeared. So i re bought it. That disappeared as well, so i bought another one.. well you see the pattern. But i sync'd my phone up to iTunes and they are on there, they are just greyed out with a circle of dots next to it. How do i fix this issue so i can have my ringtones, and songs, back onto my iPhone 6.

There has been a issue with ringtones and apple knows about it and is working on fixing it.
Apple is advising customers not to repurchase ringtones and if you did, just give them a ring and they will refund you.
Until then don't purchase any more ringtones at least until the next update.
You can request a refund by going to the Account section within iTunes on a Mac or PC, or you can get help by chat, or contact Apple Care.

Thank you for your question I understand that you have to make the text smaller and then zoom in to make it larger before the web page allows you to scroll.
The scrolling preferences are in the Options Menu. However I also noticed that you are in an older version of Firefox. Please update to the latest version to see if the issue has been fixed in the newer version. [[Update Firefox to the latest version]]

i have a mini and i was using a segate 1tb external hd to move old files that were on my old dell to the mini. i always viewed it contense by going to the mini hd and at the bottom there was an icon that i could click to open the drive. it is gone now.

Yes, the Old Master file has a folder for each year where I find all photos from that specific year. I am attaching a screen shot of the file.
In the meantime i have managed to download all photos (it did not download any video files though in mpg, avi, 3gp, m4v,mp4 and mov format) to a new iphoto library. Unfortunately the photos are quite mixed and often doubled up. I ma considering to purchase iphoto library which checks all duplicates in iphoto. this will save me a lot of time. What do you think?

Try a hard reset of the Nano. To do this, press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
I assume you have double checked to make sure you are plugging the headset all the way in meaning the white part of the headset is flush with the body of the Nano?

IP routing doesn't work the way many folks might initially think it does; functional IP routing requires manual configuration and the establishment of static routes and default routes specific to the local network configurations, and it's very easy to get it wrong, or to get the default route swapped. Multiple NIC boxes don't magically work, either. (Been there, done that, wondered what happened to my network when the paths got reordered or my route settings were messed up, etc.)
Routing configuration errors can be quite subtle, too. (Again, voice of experience. Ever had a thousand-seat office LAN accidentally routing through your desktop? As the, um, unnamed guilty party discovered, getting into that configuration was subtle. Seeing the performance crater on the fellow's box and on the LAN was obvious.)
Knowing how IP routing works is a prerequisite to getting this configuration to work; there's manual configuration required. Clearly something has gone weird here.
What to do? Read up on IP routing. I'll again suggest the threads and the manual mentioned earlier.
And in general, I prefer to avoid using my comparatively expensive Mac boxes as sub-optimal IP routers or as firewall boxes. General-purpose operating systems and generic x86 boxes are going to be inherently poor IP routers. Dedicated routers (or embedded or surplus x86 boxes with routing software loaded) offload the Mac boxes here, and are also typically easier to configure manage. And "real" IP routers can have hardware specific to efficiently routing packets. Use of an outboard firewall or firewall-router box also greatly simplifies gateway routing, too; it's a configuration that many folks and many businesses tend to use.

Maybe try one of the WiFi transfer Apps? There are several to choose from. I use Photosynch quite often to send photos and videos between my computer(s), my iPhone, and iPad.

Not enough storage space. Do you backup to icloud? When you plug your ipad into charge it backs up to icloud. Your out of icloud storage. Could be the reason.

You cannot use a UK carrier sim in Chile unless you are a UK customer and have roaming set up with the UK carrier and the Chinease carriers do not offer unlocking so I doubt the iphone is unlocked

Back up all data.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. If you've set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. What happens if you reset the Nano? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume down buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear. Start playing another track, and then pull the headphones out? Any change?
I am going to try this out with my 6G Nano later on to see if this functionality does indeed exist on this model. Or perhaps somebody who comes along to this thread can offer an answer.
