UCCX 9.02 script checking for agents logged into a queue

I'm needing change my current script so that it will check the queue before it sends a call to the skill to make sure that there are agents logged into it.  If there arent any agents logged into that skill then I need to send them to another predefined skill.  I'm sure it can be done I'm just drawing a blank at the moment, anyone willing to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Before arriving at the Select Resource Step you should Assign the csqId and you should have an int type and call it something like iRsrcLoggedIn (it's initial value will be set to 0). Once that is done, use a Get Reporting Statistic Step (from the ACD folder) to check for Logged In Agents for that CSQ you defined after that use if logic..IF iRsrcLoggedIn == 0 then change the csqId value to the other CSQ/Skill..do a check there if you want and then drop the call into Queue.     Hello All, During an investigation Application user RMCM was found to be deleted from CUCM as per CUCM logs but the first issue of agents unable to log into ACD queue was reported 2 weeks later following a publisher reboot, I am trying to understand what could have caused this ? The reboot obviously could not have made any changes but the logs says RMCM users deleted on 09 May but issue was reported on 20 May and in the meantime services were said to be working without interruption . Can i have some suggestion to understand this to explain customer ?

    The RMCM user being deleted might not have triggered a JTAPI update on the UCCX side.  The publisher reboot which restarted CTIManager would have definitely triggered the update and forced UCCX to re-authenticate with the now non-existent user.

  • UCCX script check "which agents not ready" and turn on MWI

    Hi!
    Is there a way to check which agents that are "not ready" i.e  gather user-id and extension?
    Then i want to use this "extension information" to light up the MWI on the "not ready" agents Cisco phones maybe by using unity and ctiports
    to turn on the MWI.
    OR do i need DB access to the UCCX to gather realtime of the agents name + extension + status?
    Somebody tried something similar before?

    Its new but I like it!
    I would database dip back into the UCCX database (find the scheme guides online in the reporting guide) check status and gather all agent ID's / extensions they are logged into.
    Then do a for loop and a place call to the MWI number with the correct CSS on the CTI ports to do so... the interesting part is going to be turning them off!
    I would say you could make a UCCX thats runs more like a service with an trigger point and a service based TCL script on a router to hit that number every so often to launch it like a service.
    Or if your any good at coding you could write a small service and use something like OSIP(C Library) to trigger the MWI points over a custom built SIP trunk into CUCM with the service.  Tons of ways to skin a cat depending on your time and knowledge level.

  • Where can I find log files for users logging into network homes?

    We're running an open directory master and are using AFP on another server to host our network homes.  I was asked to find a log of users logged into their network homes on a specific date and I'm starting to wonder if that's actually a log that exists.  I've checked the OD logs and in one of the password logs I can see users have authenticated but it doesn't say specifically to what (so it just lists they logged into something).  The AFP logs just show specific files being accessed without usernames.  So what am I missing?  What log would I check?

    File Zilla is a dedicated ftp client that you use to upload your published web site to your server.
    I would suggest that you perhaps consider using Cyberduck instead as this might be easier.  Cyberduck is a dedicated ftp client in the same way that File Zilla is.
    To be able to upload what you need is your published website.  Open iWeb and select the site that you want to publish and then select publish to a local folder and your site will then be published to your desktop.  You then upload this to your server using Cyberduck or File Zilla.

  • Querying for users logged into attendant console with AXL (help)

    I am wondering if anyone knows of any AXL commands that can be used to query who is logged into attendant console? I know that there is a perfmon counter that will tell you how many users are logged in but there is no other detail beyond that. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for the assistance.

    So after speaking with O365 Support and examining the Activesync Logs (hold down control, rt. click on the exchange tray app bottom right corner of the screen, click Test ActiveSync) we were able to see outlook trying our on-premise exchange servers first.
    Despite failing on them, and moving on to activesync.outlook.com, it still would not mount the O365 mailbox & shared mailboxes appropriately.  If we set DNS to manual on the workstation to publics, the problem would go away.
    Disabling SCP by running the following command on both our exchange servers fixed the issue:
    Set-ClientAccessServer -Identity “SERVERNAME” -AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri $NULL

    It does get the number of new mails perfectly fine - I'm sure there is a better method with cut... -, and it echos the number, but notify-send does not seem to work. From what I've read I need to set the environmental variable or something like that. Yeah, no clue. Any hint is appreciated.

    I will see what else I can do, and will post a solution if I find one - which I doubt.
    What other alternatives to notify-send are there? Not a whole popup, but something more subtle?

    As always, my own stupidity.
    Since I had absolutely no right set on the file, since the password is there in clear text, ist had the Permissions 111.
    But - gnome did not belong to my root.
    ps aux | grep gnome
    And I always started it as sudo, as root. So I changed the ownership to my user...
    sudo chown thunderuser gmailcheck
    and set the rights to 500. So I can execute and read it.
    And it finally worked. Thanks again.

  • Checking for queued calls and rerouting

    I have a script attached that I am trying to check for agents logged into the Reception CSQ if there is at least one agent logged into that CSQ then it should then check to make sure that there are no more then one call queued in the Reception CSQ if more than one call is holding in the reception queue then it should send it down a call subflow to another script. Currently, this does not seem to be returning the expected behaviour and it always goes to the Queue Call step no matter if anyone is signed in or not.                  

    I think you have your If step backward. You currently have:
    This reads as follows:
    IF agentsLoggedIn is one or less, then queue the call.
    IF contactsWaiting is one or less, then queue the call.
    ELSE call subflow

  • UCCX RTMT and CAD Agent Logs

    I have a CAD agent (version 7.0(1)) which uses the IPCC extension to make outbound calls.  My issue is with the RTMT showing these calls as Contacts Presented and Contacts Handled.  When the agent logs into the client to start their shift, they are showing 17 Contacts Presented and 27 Contacts Handled even though they have not received any calls of yet.
    I have tried to reset all stats in the RTMT, all stats clear for all other agents except this agent.
    Is there a way to clear the call log from the CAD?  This is effecting reports supervisors are gathering for call log data.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Certainly something to try, but I don't see why that would make a difference in an inability to log out.  I have many customers who only use the default workflow and haven't seen any of them with this issue previously.
    Are you guessing here, or have you actually seen that resolve similar problems?

  • Monitoring Agents logged in, and out dialing notification to duty manager

    I've been asked to come up with a way to monitor a few critical skill groups for agents logged in and if there are none dial out to predetermined outside numbers that reach duty managers. When the call is answered a message should be played indicating there are no agents logged into their skill group.
    I figure I can write and Administrative script to keep track of the skill groups, which would then set a variable and kick off a routing script. However I'm stumped on how to play a message to them. Is this something the outbound dialer could be configured to do? Note this is strictly a proactive notification to the managers and I'm not planning to route the calls anywhere.
    Any ideas on how I might be able to do this?

    It might be tricky - I would probably try the following:
    - In your inbound script, check using the 'get reporting statistic' step for the number of agents in the CSQs (not the skill groups, as it's CSQ specific)
    - From that script, you could do a 'send email' to notify a supervisor.
    - Alternatively, you could use a 'send http request' to trigger another script, which would use a 'place call' and 'play prompt' routine to play out the notification. I would use a http request to trigger a seperate script, as if you do it from within the first script, the caller will be kept waiting while the system dials the supervisor and plays a prompt - the scripts cannot multitask.
    - The other problem you might have would be that multiple notifications may be generated. You might be able to work around that by setting a variable in a session to indicate the threshold being triggered, and another when it has been notified. When the condition is cleared you could clear both variables to allow a new trigger event.
    An easier option than scripting might be to use the 'Supervisor Workflow' feature. This isn't exactly what they have asked for, but allows a popup or audio alert to be triggered based on calls being in queue over x seconds, or length of a queue being x or greater. It's configured from within the Supervisor app.

  • UCCX user needs to be able to be logged into certain CSQ

    Hello experts,
    Forgive me if this is a silly question but, I am not yet a Contact Center expert.
    My problem is this.  We have a manager that needs some individuals to be logged into certain queues sometimes and other queues at other times. 
    For instance sometimes she wants the user to be logged into only CSQ A, sometimes she wants them to be logged into only CSQ B, sometimes she wants them to be logged into both.
    Is there a way to do this without creating three different user names for the user?

    well, there are several ways.
    1. You can use the UCCX web admin interface to assign/move CSQ's on agents.
    2. You can have static agent-CSQ mappings while adjusting scripting logic to send calls to CSQ A if one condition is met and to CSQ B if not.
    3. With some programming, you can have an application that changes agent-CSQ mapping using the UCCX REST API. This is more or less a weekend project and may require some programming skills.

  • Error 80072EE6 when checking for updates

    Hi, I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 box that shows an error when Checking for updates.
    When I go to Windows update and push "Check for updates" I get a message saying:
    Error(s) found: Code 80072EE6
    I checked that download.windowsuodate.com is reachable
    Any ideas?

    I tried installing MSXML 4.0 SP1 on the machine. But it didn't solve the issue.

    Does anyone know a way to script checking for modified links?  I have written some export scripts and would like to add this safety check.  The more scripts I provide our operators the less thinking they do. lol

  • Error when logging into IC Web Client  - CRM 5.0

    Hi All
    I have configured the IC Web client including the communication management software information . I am trying to use CCS.
    I get the following error messages when I logon to Web Client.
    1.Already logged in; multichannel services ended in your other sessions
    2.X channel is not available 
    3.Failed to log into the queue X
    also I am getting the Java script error on the IE 6.0.
    SAM_session not defined etc.
    Please suggest.

    Hi Sai,
    Kindly make sure that you have JREE1.4.0 and  not above for  your  error.
    Secondly, you are getting the first message because when you are closing your application by clicking onto the close at top, it doesnt log out your agent from the Webclient. The correct approach would be to close using the path Menu Bar> File> Close
    The channels are not  available because you have not maintained the queues and channels for your system. The same is do be done in SAP Easy Acess> Webclient> Additional Settings. It is also available in the Best Practices C78.

  • UCCX 10 Agent not logged into Assigned CSQ

    We have 4 CSQs and I have an agent that is assigned to all four but only will only log into 3 of them so she is unable to receive calls for the fourth queue. We have removed all CSQs from this agent, applied only the missing CSQ, and it still will not log her into that CSQ. We are using the web version of Finesse. Is there something I can check to get this working?

    are you using resource group or skilled based routing ?
    if you are using skills, you might assign the proper skill for the agents.
    if you are using resource group, you might not assigning agents to that one
