Je n'arrive pas a ouvir photoshop depuis que je l'ai installé. J'ai essayé via adobe tool mais sans succès.
Je suis sous Mac Os x 10.9.4
Processeur 2,93 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Mémoire 4 Go 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphisme NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 256 Mo

Lorsque je tente d'ouvrir l'application contact, elle se ferme automatiquement. J'ai tenté d'utiliser la fonction réglage mais ça se ferme aussi... Que puis faire. Je ne peux pas ajouter de contact et je ne peux pas ajouter par le fait même des contact FaceTime... Merci!
Non, il faut faire le sleep/wake (coin en haut à droite) et le home en même temps pour faire le reset.
Pour fermer les applications ouvertes, il faut double presser sur le bouton home (donc le rond en bas au milieu) et ensuite tu restes presser sur une des icones qui sont apparues en bas, jusqu'à ce qu'elle bouge. Là tu appuies sur tous les signes "sens interdit". Ca va quitter toutes les applications.
Le redémarrage ne quitte pas spécialement les applications. -

I cannot even start PS CC, showing (in French), "impossible to initialise photoshop because of a program error" at lauching.
Tried to reinstall, still nothing.
Tried to chat/contact Adode, unfortunatly not available...

Did it work before? If so reset preferences. Start PS and immediately hold down ctrl/alt/shift (option/cmd/shift) keys and if fast enough you will get a reset window. -

Apple has shutdown MobileMe. You have to switch over to iCloud.

Saving a Photoshop CC project from a Mac (in .PSD format) to a thumb drive and trying to transfer it to a Dell laptop with Photoshop CS6. Will not open...Error message: could not complete your request because it is not a valid photoshop document.
The file was corrupted somewhere along the way (assuming it was still readable on the Macintosh).
The platforms don't matter, but you still need file transfer that doesn't corrupt files... -

Gaspésounds like your SMTP settings are not correct. The server name is certainly odd.
Please post the account information (Copy and paste) from Help menu (Alt+H) > troubleshooting information. -

Tools > Account settings > Outgoing Server (SMTP)
in the list, select the server you are using as smtp server for the mail account
Check: username = your email address
Check: Authentication Method : Normal password.
If you need to alter anything, click on 'Edit'
Remember to click on all the OK's to save any changes.
If this appears ok and does not resolve the issue, please post this info:

click on 'copy text to clipboard'
paste info into this question.
you can edit/ remove all info on fonts and printers.
if you have more than one account, state which account is having the problem. -
