Unable to create wage types in It0015 for Zambia

Hi Friends,
I want to create Wage types in IT0015 - Additional Payments for Zambia. But I am unable to find any model wage types which can be copied to create the custome wage type for country grouping ZM - Zambia.
I also tried to copy the wage typse by using the functionality "copy between country groupings" but I am unable to find Zambia in the country groupings drop down list.
Can someone pls help asap. Its an urgent client requirement.

Hello All,
Thanks to all of you for trying to solve my problem but at last the solution was very easy which I could find myself.
There is a custome table T500L_CUST in which I can configure Zambia country grouping and accordingly create a wage type catalog for Zambia by copying the wage types from other countries 99 or in that matter any country.
Let me know if anyone has any doubt in this.

Problem in Tax Exexpiton for Newly created Wage type

Dear Gurus,
I Have tried to create a New Wage type for Allowance with Exemption IT582 created Amount. In pay roll results the IT582 Exemption amount is coming. In Wage type /132 Monthly Exemptions it says the Entire Amount which it created for the Particular wage type.
Example:
Newly created wage type 1010 : 10,000
Exemption Created : 6000
Payroll Results:
/132 : showing 10,000+800 Conveyance
MCAX : 6000 - Custom Allowance
MCMX :6000 - Custom Allowance.
By the above result the Gross value reduced to -10,000.
Please suggest me to complete this process.

I am lil bit confused abt the explanation u had given. anyway i will explain the configuration n step u need to perform-
configure a wage type in V_T7INA9 and V_T7INT9 view first.
maintain the amount, which employee has submitted as claim.
then pass the value in infotype 8 or 14 or 15 through the same wage type u have configure.
now minimum of 3(entry in V-T7INT9, infotype 8 or 15 or 14 and entry maintained in infotype 582) will b the exemption amount.

Create Wage Type in Infotype 0008 for Myanmar

Dear Experts,
I am trying to create wage types in Infotype 0008 for Myanmar, which is not one of the countries where SAP payroll is being delivered. I am not trying to run payroll, but only to create the wage type so that I can maintain the salary information in Infotype 0008. I have done much searches prior to doing this post and found that there are several other posts which are similar to mine. However, as I could not get the answer that I needed, I am posting again here.
I have gathered that for ECC 6.0, it is not possible to copy wage types between country groupings. The advice that I had seen from other posts are:
1. There are many countries where the wage types are not delivered.
2. For country groupings where there are no SAP-defined wage type models, you have to create wage types from scratch in T512W using MOLGA 99 wage types as reference.
3. The wage type groups should then be created for the country grouping in T52D5.
4. Wage types are then assigned to these wage type groups in V_T52D7 of T52D7.
5. You may also need to update the wage types in tables T511B, T512Z, T512J.
My questions are:
a. How should I perform Step 2 as mentioned above? Specifically, how to I maintain table T512W?
What I had done was to go to t-code OH11, select "Copy", select country grouping as "99" and selected wage type M020. Then I typed the customer wage type number as 1000 and also entered the wage type long text (as shown below). M020 was successfully copied to wage type 1000 in country grouping 99. However, how should I continue from here to copy this wage type 1000 to country grouping Myanmar?
b. How can I maintain T52D5 as mentioned in Step 3?
c. I have not been able to try for Steps 4 and 5 since I was not able to start with Steps 2 & 3. I will ask again when I have managed to do Steps 2 & 3.

I believe the DTS assemblies got derigistered, a typical outcome of corrupted software, so a full re-install would be the best option. VS +SQL Server + more
Otherwise, as a quick fix try to
reference the SSIS assemblies, like Microsoft.SQLServer.ManagedDTS.dll + more.
They are by default in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\<number>\SDK\Assemblies.

Unable to create the type with the name 'ODATA'

On a test server with VS 2012 and SQL 2012 installed, I have created an SSIS project in project deployment mode. In the packages of the project I use the Odata source for SSIS. The packages run fine in VS 2012. But when I deploy the package to the Integration
Services catalog on the same server as where I am running VS 2012 I get a deployment error:
‘Failed to deploy project. For more information, query the operation_messages view for the operation identifier '25084'. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 27203)'
When I read this message from the SSISDB database, I see the problem with ODATA.

As I said: the packages with the Odata run without error when tested from within VS2012 on the SAME server. When I deploy the project from Visual Studio I get the error.
For completeness: I have also tried deployment from VS2012 to another server where the SSIS Odata source has bene deployed. Also to no avail.

The next possiblity for me was to convert the project to Package deployment and see what the result I get. I have converted my project with package connections from project deployment to Package deployment. Then I deployed the package on the server in MSDB
catalog from SSIS. I.e. I connect with SSMS to Integration Services as an administrator and under the MSDB folder I added a new folder for my package. I then imported the dtsx into the mdsb package store. The Import worked. Still from within SSMS and connected
to the Integration Services, i right-clicked on the package in the MSDB store and selected 'Run package'. In the Execute Package dialog window, I clicked on 'Execute' and the package actually ran. The Odata connector was opened, it read the data and imported
into my database.
This experience made me realize what the real culprit was: The OData connector is a 32-bit connector in SQL Server 2012.
To prove this: with SSMS I connected to the SQL database server and in the Integration services catalog, i right-clicked on the package that was deployed in Project deployment mode, then selected 'Execute...'. In the execute dialog windo in the 'Advanced'
tab I checked 32-bit runtime. And the package ran.
To wrap it all up:
The Project deployment will work, but not with the Odata source as project connection. The Odata connection must be defined in each package as a package connection.
Run the deployed packages in 32-bit mode on the server

The problem here is that there is no Device Pack for CUCM 8.0.3 that supports the 8831 :( The ReadMe below is for the last/latest 8.0.3 device pack;

Country specific "Israel " not found while creating wage type in ECC 6

While creating the wage type , I am not able to find Israel as a country in the drill down.
Should this be taken as Others or what is the procedure when we are unable to find a country to select.

Hi Vardhini,
You dont have payroll driver for Israel.. You have to assign Molga "99" in u r user profile, and u also need assign "99" as molga in the node assignement of personnel area to company code.

Unable to create File Type Rules Repository

Hi Gurus,
I am trying to create File Type Rules Repository(SOA Suite 10.1.3.4).
As per the documentation:
To create and connect to a new file-based repository we need to select a
Repository Type of File, and specify the full path name of where you want to create
the repository and then click Create.
But when i select the repository type: file
and browse for the location of where I want to create it.It won't let me select a directory, only a file..!It opened the browse a window with name :file upload
Even I am unable to type the folder path where the new repository need to be created.After lot number of trials i am posting this.Please help me in fixing this.

Unable to extract wage types report

Dear Experts,
I need your help on the Payroll International module.
Our HR users have followed the normal payroll run procedures:
1. Release payroll was done successfully
2. Simulation run was successful after release of payroll (it showed all the figures including total bank transfer)
3. Actual Run (Start Payroll) was performed successfully
4. Reporting comes after actual run (i.e. Systems -> Services -> Reporting ZRPCLGA00)
5. In the reporting, the figures for the wage types including basic salary and total bank transfer were not shown. It showed 0.00 amount in the wage type statement.
HR user tried to re-run the payroll process again and still did not manage to extract the wage types figures.
At this point, we have no idea on how to resolve this issue as this is the first time occurrence.
Appreciate your helpp and advise.

Unable to create a PivotChart in PowerPivot for Excel 2010

I am unable to create a PivotChart from the PowerPivot window. It does not create a Chart# sheet nor does it appear as a PivotChart on the PivotTable worksheet in Excel. There is not even a PivotChart grid and Field List to create the PivotChart from.

Unable to create the portable home directory for this user

This is driving me nuts!
I have a network user who I can login to on any machine on the network. I want a PHD to be created on a laptop and eveytime I answer 'yes' to 'create PHD for this user' I get the "unable to create the PHD for this user" message.
What am I doing wrong?

I fixed this by unbinding the laptop from the od server as I had used this user previously for PHD's on this machine. Setting up the machine to bind to OD again and all is well.

I am facing the problemin creating the first level menus in the Oracle app. following are the steps that i followed:
Step 1)Created HTML Tab Menu with following properties:-

Unable to create a narration in PE12 for Mac.

On a Mac mini, OSX 10.9.4, using Apple earbuds plugged into the earphone jack, using Adobe Premiere Elements 12.1. I confirmed the built-in mic in those earbuds works properly when I tested in OSX Dictation tool in System Preferences. However in Adobe Premiere Elements Editor 12, when I click the Record button in the Narration tool, it complains "Your current audio hardware selection does not have any input channels. Use Preferences/Audio Hardware/Default Device to correct this problem." Attempting that, I see the Preferences dialog for Audio Hardware has Default Device set to Built-In Output (since I've never changed it, I presume that must be factory default), which apparently works for audio out to the earbuds which I have used over the course of several projects without using the Narration Tool, but not for audio input from them to the Narration Tool. I tried to change Default Device to System Default Input/Output (seemingly logical choice, given the factory default Built-In Output wasn't working for audio input from the earbuds). The dialog then complains "Ensure that you have launched Adobe Premiere Elements in administrator mode, and have sufficient privileges to change the audio settings." I am logged into OSX as an administrator user. Is there some arcane keystroke sequence to launch AE in some administrator mode, as the dialog suggests? Other suggestions?

I am strictly an Elements Windows user, but I try to answer these Premiere Elements Mac question on common ground between Premiere Elements Windows and Mac.
What specific microphone are you using for Narration. Is it the type that requires a USB connection, computer jack, or other type of connection to the computer?
If I have my microphone connected to the computer (via computer jack) and it is recognized by Premiere Elements, I will see it
a. Cited under the Microphone Icon in the Narration Tool dialog
and
b. Listed under Edit Menu/Preferences/Audio Hardware ASIO Input.
From what you wrote, I suspect that Premiere Elements is not recognizing your microphone. Do you see it present in "a" or "b" above?
If the microphone is not connected, you will get no response clicking on the Microphone Icon in the Narration Tool dialog, and you will not see it listed under Edit Menu/Preferences/Audio Hardware ASIO Input.
Double check to make sure that the User Account is one with Administrative Privileges. That is need for Premiere Elements as well as the required QuickTime.
In Windows, I also apply Run As Administrator by right clicking the program's desktop icon and selecting that option. I am not sure if there is a counterpart of the Run As Administrator in Mac.
Please review and consider and then we can discuss this further in the morning.
