Unable to see IDOC sent by R3 in XI
In XI server, we have done partner profile(ALE/IDOC) configuration due to some special requirement. Now XI server unable to receive the IDOC. After from this, I am unable to see the IDOCs that were processed earlier. Before this ALE/IDOC configuration, I was able to send IDOC to XI and also able to see IDOC in IDX5 and sxmb_moni. When I send IDOC from R3 then status of IDOC is 03. But when we check the IDOC in XI server using IDX5. I don't see any IDOC.

Unable to see idoc in WE02 in ECC or GTS
Hello -
When I send an idoc to GTS for a material master change via program RBDMIDOC in SE38, I do not see the idoc display in WE02 in ECC or GTS. I see that some, but not all of the data which I changed in the ECC material master has been updated in the GTS Product Master and therefore know that an idoc is being generated and sent, but I want to troubleshoot it to see what data was and was not picked up and sent over. Since I cannot see the idoc that was generated in WE02 in either ECC or GTS, I am unable to do so.
The reason I am investigating this is that I am attempting to send over additional data (tax classifications) in the Reduced Message Type /SAPSLL/MATMAS_SLL, but the newly selected data is not picked up and sent over. I am trying to understand if this is an issue with configuration or the idoc itself.
Has anyone had any experience with this that can offer some insight?Hi ,
SAP ERP system does not generate Intermediate Documents (IDocs) for data distribution
to SAP GTS, certain settings from the IDoc Interface are used: message types and change pointers.
MATMAS for material masters, CREMAS for vendor masters, and DEBMAS for customer masters. They are linked to IDoc basic types defining the formatting structure of the data records that are to be sent.
Instead of generating IDocs, the programs used in the SAP ERP feeder system for the transfer of master data to SAP GTS carry out RFCs based on the reduced structure.
this is the reason you are not able to se the idoc inWE02 as ther is no idoc as such created.
If you want see what data is getting transferred to GTS when you sending the material do following step.
1. Before running the program to send material to GTS switch on debug mode by putting /h as tcode.
2. Run the program to send the Material to GTS,
3. Set break point at statement RFC.
4. Press F8 , it will stop at the RFC call FM which is called in GTS here you can check all the detail which goes to GTS.

It could be a name-confuse as the name must be the same as on mailserver.
Just check where you store them and if you have subscribed to that folder. -

I'm sendin IDOC from SAP to XI..
I configured ALE set up in SAP..and IDX1,IDX2 in XI.
In ID i created sender communication channel for biz system..but..when i'm triggering idoc from we19..i'm getting error in sm58 ..
error is "Use IDOC Adapter for FM IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS This is not supported"....
In adapter monitor channel is in green.
Can any body tell me what might be the wrong?

Unable to see BCC list in Sent Item
I have Outlook 2013 in Windows 7 Pro. I have sent a number of messages addressed to multiple addressees in the BCC field. However, when I open the Sent email, I am unable to see the BCC field and the addressees. I know they have received the message. Double

Do you have other accounts configured in Outlook? If yes, do they display the Bcc field?
As Diane mentioned in the earlier post, please add Bcc column in the VIEW and check if the Bcc information is stored by your account:
Open the Sent Items folder, go to VIEW tab -> Current View -> Change View -> Select "Preview".
Then right click on the top bar of the email list, select "Field Chooser", choose "Address fields" in the dropbox, and drag "Bcc" to the top bar.
If the Bcc information was actually stored, you will find the "Bcc" information in the column. If you don't even find the Bcc information under that column, it seems that your account type doesn't store the Bcc information, it happens with some
account types.

Why am I suddenly unable to see pdf (on iMac) when I click on them ?There is is just a mid grey blank screen .I have sent pdf to my Blackb and I can read it there ,so the file is OK .I recently tried to down load a recent version of Adobe reader from a government site -could this be the cause?If so ,how do I uninstall it ?

From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
I've seen an unconfirmed report that the "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can also interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you might need to remove it as well, if applicable.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again. -
Unable to see a column of a table in portal for a particular User
Hi,
A particular user is unable to see a particular column of a table in the portal . The application is developed in Webdynpro ABAP. The table contains two columns. Both the columns contain text type fields. What appears to the user is that the left column has disappeared and the right hand column has shifted to the left.
This is occuring for a particular user only. We have checked in our development and quality systems but we are unable to replicate the issue. Please help.

You can use BAPI in LSMW to craete Material or You can use direct input method. Both methods as follows below:
Using BAPI in LSMW:
First maintain IDOC Inbound Processing steps by giving PORT and Partner Type and Partner Numberby clicking 'settings' icon in menu path in LSMW Screen.
Adn then execute LSMW and maintain the values as below in the first step.
BusinessObject Method(BAPI)
Business Object BUS1001006 Standard material
Method SAVEDATA Create and change materia
Message Type MATMAS_BAPI Create and change materia
Basic Type MATMAS_BAPI03 Create and Change Materia.

Unable to see my bills online for 2 months now

I had BT broadband, Vision and a new phoneline installed back in September. When I placed the order online I chose online billing (which I am now massively regretting!) Since everything was succesfully installed I have been unable to see my online bills.
I can log into the "myBT" area but it then says I need to verify my email address, which I then do but when I click the link in the email it takes me to a screen which says that due to technical issues my email address cannot be verified, and it asks me to try again later. After three weeks of trying again later I sent an email to BT and was then phoned by one of their advisers. They failed to see my problem and passed me on to another adviser who eventually said that "everyone was getting this message" and that it would be "resolved shortly". Three weeks later and the problem is still not resolved and I'm still getting the same message.
What makes this even more frustrating is that last week I had £40 debited from my account by BT but I have no idea what this is for as my broadband should be free for three months, I've used the phone three or four times (all in the evenings or at weekends) I paid for a lot of my line reental up front and I only have the basic Vision package so I'd really like to know what I've been charged for!
Any help/advice would be massively appreciated, I really don't want to have to battle through another fruitless 20 minute phone call!Just a quick note to say hello as anotherfrustrated new customer with exactly the same issue as the original post?
I will go through the care team and I hope this gets resolved, so far I had one call where the advisor tried to fix a problem I had not mentioned, one chat session where I was re-queued and then given a new phone number, and a call to this number whose solution was to log on, change the email address for contact and try again. Needless to say this also didn't work.
In a word,shambolic and I am yet to see my first bill.
I will report back when/if this is resolved?

Unable to see markups in Outlook 2010 attachment preview
Hi,
I am unable to see markup tags which were done in Word 2010 in the Outlook 2010 attachment preview window. The word file normally gets marked up and sent as an attachment. Most of the time the attachment preview will highlight the markup over the words and
when the mouse is hovered over it will show the actual comment. For a couple of my users, this has stopped working.
When they double-click on the attachment they also cannot see the comments. However, if they save it to the local or network drive and then open the file all the markups will automatically appear.
As a test I asked them to send me the email which had this problem to see if this happens on my Outlook and I cannot see the markups either. So I guess something must have happened with the Word file?
Any ideas what this could be? The documents were originally composed in Word 2010 as far as I know. I have also created a test markup file and emailed this to myself and this shows the highlights fine.
I attach a picture of when its working well.
But with the documents that my users have this does not show.
Any suggestions really appreciated.Hi,
What if we copy all the content from the problematic Word document and paste it to a new blank document, save and attach it to an email, will you see the markup?

Unable to see files in iTunes File Sharing
I'm using the latest version of iTunes, and have both an iPad and iPad2, both fully upto date with the latest version of IOS. Everything I now write about applies to both iPads.
Basically, I'm unable to see files that are sent to iTunes from the iPad. The ipad is connected to the PC, I select the file I want to send from the appropriate app, and then "send to iTunes". The file never appears under the app that sent if from the file sharing section of the device in iTunes. Even forcing another sync doesn't help either.
Here's the strange thing, if I unplug the iPad, then reconnect it, go back to file sharing page in iTunes, and click on the appropriate app, the files show. However, if I click onto another app in the file sharing list and back to the original one, the files have disappeared.
By way of example:
I connect my iPad to iTunes, after it automatically syncs, I select the iPad, choose the apps menu and scroll down to the file sharing window.
On my iPad, I open Pages, select a document and send it to iTunes.
Back on my PC, the file doesn't show under the Pages app in the file sharing window.
I resync the iPad, still no change.
I disconnect the iPad, reconnect and let it automatically sync again.
I navigate back to the file sharing section and click on the Pages app. Low and behold, the file is now showing.
I click onto any other app that is listed in the file sharing section, then click back to the Pages app. The file no longer shows.
It will remain like that until I unplug the ipad, and connect/sync again.
Exactly the same thing will happen regardless of which app I choose that supports file sending to iTunes.
Finally, just to confuse matters further, the reverse is also true. Adding a file to the file sharing section doesn't appear in the list, and the iPad can't see it - until I unplug and reconnect again. After that, same issues happen as already described.
Any assistance would be appreciated.This is a bug in the Windows version of iTunes which I reported to Apple nearly a year ago (back when iTunes 10 came out), but they refuse to fix. I see the problem with my iPhone 3GS and iPad 2.
Basically file sharing stops working if you click on more than two or three apps in the file sharing list. The work around is to disconnect the iOS device and reconnect it. Then make sure to click only the app you want to transfer to/from. If the document list goes blank, disconnect and reconnect again.
It's really annoying and I wish Apple would fix it. Supposedly it was also broken for the Mac version of iTunes and was quickly fixed there, but not for Windows. -
Email seems to be sent, but it doesn't arrive. No 'unable to send' message, sent items and draft folders are empty. The mail disappears. I tried to fully turn off the iPad and have it restart. But it doesn't go off. I keep seeing the small white 'turning wheel' untill the battery is gone. After that, it works again (and so does the e-mail). This happens about every week. What can I do?

Anyway, as I mentioned, I don't use any sync-able email, just a very plain-jane POP email provider. iSync reports no devices and has nothing in its log, which matches my never having installed anything in need of syncing.
The thing is, if Mail says its sending something when nothing was ever sent, that's a largish bug whether it is actually sending something or isn't, and there isn't really enough info here to know which of those are the case. Maybe Mail just displays "Sending" because an attempt to do something reasonable is timing out, maybe it does an innocuous and normal POP thing using very confusing nomenclature, or maybe it's really trying to send something which has a wrong flag or something. There isn't really enough info to know what is going on, so I was hoping someone could identify the symptoms. -
Unable to delete IDoc meta data

When I'm trying to load the IDoc meta data from IDX2 it is telling first delete the old one and then reload. But, the problem is we are unable to see the already existing IDoc meta data.
Can some one suggest how to see meta data all the loaded IDocs.

You may be checking for the IDoc meta data in the wrong port.
Make sure that you are looking in the correct port.

1. In IDX2 expand the Port that you are trying to import the IDoc.
2. Locate the IDoc type in that port and hit Delete.

Even i have the base license for my ASA 5510 which is showing all the 4 interfaces in sh ver. I don't think so license would be an issue. There should be some IOS code bug that needs to be upgraded. If this goes for an OS upgrade it should get resolved.
Its not showing up in sh ver . As Karsten said he might be running on old IOS version.

Unable to import idoc into PI 7.0 system from SAP r/3 system
Hi Experts,
I am getting an error while importing an Idoc structure from SAP r/3 system. The error says "unable to read Idoc segments". The Idoc has recently undergone changes. When We are looking at the struture of idoc through IDOCSYN table it is showing updated structure in SAP R/3 system but import to SAP XI is failing.
Can you suggest some way to tackle this kind of problem.

When using the camera downloader in Adobe Bridge CS6 with Nikon D5200 we are unable to see previews of the photos and it is very slow to download. The issue occurs under a the users rights, but not under admin level. This is a new issue.

Lync client gets user photos by first querying the Address Book Web Query (ABWQ) service on the server, which is exposed through the Distribution List Expansion web service. The client receives
the image file and then copies it to the user's cache to avoid downloading the image each time it needs to be displayed. The attribute values returned from the query are also stored in the cached Address Book Service entry for the user. The Address Book Service
deletes all cached images every 24 hours, which means that it can take up to 24 hours for new user images to be updated in the cache on the server.
To troubleshoot your problem, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to
“X:\share\1-WebServices-1\ABfiles\000000000\000000000” folder. (ABS file share)
You should see some photo files in this folder as the following screenshot.
2. Delete all the files in this folder.
3. On test PC, delete local cache files.

4. Sign-in Lync with the test account.
5. Go back to the ABS file share, check if there is any Photo file in the folder.
