Unable to update my account called and customer service reps have been of no help if I don't get help will just cancel

No help for calls and forum questions so canceling my account seems to be the only alternative last.  BOB RUYLE

    We'll need more information before anyone can be of much help. What model iPhone is it, what versions of iOS are running on the iPad 2 now, what exactly are you trying to update, and what version of iTunes are you running? And what exactly is going wrong (include error messages if any).
    Once we have that information, someone here can probably offer advice. Note that you cannot sync content or upgrade iOS wirelessly until you get your iPhone and iPad up to iOS 5 and that requires that you connect those devices to your computer via the Dock-USB cable.

  • Worst tech support and customer service i have ever experienced in my life

    almost two hours of my time was wasted on tech support. rude, inconsiderate people from the philipines. i have filopino friends. they are nothing like these people.
    after wasting my time through endless transfers, being hung up on multiple times, transferred to the worng number more than ten times i got india somehow, and the women told me my is faulty. the numbers lock key doesn't work and i can't punch any buttons on the right side where the numeric keypad is.
    dell and your other competitors must love this because the abusrdity of this experience is resulting in my returning this pc. i bought it two days ago.

    sad, sad, state of affairs. worst call centre i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. especially some guy named 'ricky'. what an abnoxious human being.
    i have apple products but prefer pc, but with service like this ... man ...
    anyway, terrible way to lose a customer.
    have i mentioned i often advise on what computers to buy? hear that sucking sound? bad customer service results in bad business.

    How can I file a complaint against a sales mannlying to me and denying me my employee discount? When I called customer service to inquire and file a complaint the rep told me if I give him the salesmans name he will shake a finger at him next time but that's all that can be done...is this the type of service I pay over 200 dollars a month for? I would like a mangers contact info as this is completely unacceptable.

    Regarding E61450057 On Nov 24 2014 I purchased this brand new TV model KDL60R510A. On July 1st, 2015 I contacted Sony Service and Support @ 1-800-222-7669 to make a claim due to the HDMI port #1 on my TV is not functioning.  After several tests and been transferred to next steps, in other words "bounced around", they advised me that I qualified to exchange the TV for a brand new TV compatible to mine. I was advised that someone will delivered my new TV and take the old one for return.  I was waiting for this to happened about ten days and I received a phone call to my cell stating that they don't have a TV like mine on inventory and that they will proceed with a refund .  Money is not going to work due to the fact that I bought this TV on a huge sale that is no longer available anywhere, therefore a refund is not a good option from the customer service standpoint, I just want a 60'' LED TV.  I don't understand why this company is trying to put me in a position so uncomfortable and irritating as a customer. I just want my TV fixed or replaced for a new one, mine didnt even last 7months,I will appreciate a solution for my issue and not a demanding statement from customer service giving me no choice but a refund withing 3 days or case close and then 4 to 6 weeks to receive the refund, that is not a good customer service approach from your part and bizarre.     You may also be able to access https://store.apple.com/ in Safari, log into your account, and review recent purchases (and cancel any that haven't shipped yet).

    Hey Padmaja,
    Instead of making a Service you can also make ServiceHandler. From within handler you can call any other service you want.
    One thought about service, there are many services that call multiple java methods. So what you can also try is
    call multiple java method one them should be your custom java method and other should be the method(doSubService) used by UPDATE_DOCINFO service.

    The second issue is when I try to select "Manually Manage Music"
         The iPhone "My iPhone" is synced with another iTunes libary on "MY-PC".  Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library?  An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time.  Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library."
    So... I don't want to do that, but I do what to be able to Manage my music.  I'm not sure what it means by being synced to another iTunes unless it means to an older version of itunes?
    Anyone have any ideas?

    I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it.     You have to look at the email protocol being used.  the Apple email system uses IMAP, does Tinyworld use IMAP or POP?
    Does the email system permit delivery receipts to be requested?
    Just some of the things one needs to determine from the information provided by the email service provider.

    Hi..
    Delete the app then reinstall.
    Hold the app icon down until all the apps jiggle then tap the x then tap Delete. Press the Home button once or twice to stop the jiggling.
    Then go to the iTunes store and re download the app.
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    That should download the most recent version including whatever update was available.
    You won't be charged again.

    You should call Apple but you should get an email from Apple. I got one a few minutes ago and this is what they said about AppleCare+ :
