It sounds like you have a couple of purchases that you didnt make. I would check in your purchased history to verify these were purchased with your Apple ID with the following article:

To your question, yes I did follow the process listed in Install and Update apps. I have a Creative Cloud ID.
I had previously trialled the Lightroom and thought that this was preventing Lightroom from downloading, so I uninstalled it, then tried again to download it. I thought this was working, but at the end of the download, the message said that the trial had expired and I needed to buy.
I also cannot understand why the CC has downloaded as a free 30 day trial instead of the year I signed up for..Hoping you can help. Cheers -

My 7 year old son had made unauthorized app purchases on his new mini ipad without our permission. The total charges he illegally charged on my account is $164.97. Anything before December 28th is fine. We have a password on it so he's not able to do further purchases. How can I resolve to get reimbursed and remove the app from his ipad? I apologize for any inconvenience.

You can always dispute the charges with your bank, if possible. With Apple, they typically stand by the phrase that all sales are final. However, if you go to the iTunes Store, then click on your email address (Apple ID) in the black nav bar, and click on "Account"... you will see a "Purchase History" section. Here, select "See All." If the order is still processing, it will be at the top. If it has completed (at the bottom), click on the arrow next to the order number you want to inquire about. A new order page will open. Here you can click "Report a Problem" then click "Report a problem" (again) next to the item you want to dispute. Here you can chose your problem. You should likely use the "Other" category. It will be up to the customer service person on whether they grant you an exception to their normal rule that you can't get refunds.

ITunes keeps takeing unauthorized withdraws from my bank account. I have tried to figure out how to get my money back from the 4 unauthorized withdraws to my account. Can I make a purchase with my bank account through paypal?
Hi guys just wanted to know if I can make a purchase on iTunes/App Store with paypal but having my bank account as the primary funding source? Anyone tried this? Reason I ask this here is for a quick response 'cause I can't wait till Apple Costumer Service answer through the e-mail.
If you're in the US, you should be able to use PayPal, and to the best of my knowledge the iTunes Store doesn't know nor care from where your PayPal account derives the funds. If you're not in the US, then PayPay is not an available payment option.
It's risky, though, in my opinion to allow any automatic draw directly from your bank account. Unlike with credit cards where there's legal liability as to how much you're liable for in the event of an unauthorized charge, there is no protection when using a service such as PayPal. So you'll be dependent on PayPay's resolution process in case of a disputed charge and if they refuse, you have little recourse.

We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know what you are being charged for.
You can view the purchase history on your account via a computer's iTunes : if you log into your account via the Store > View Account menu option you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

The constitution of India (Full) app is shown as 170 rupees in the app store. Today I bought the app and 280 rupees is deducted from my bank account. Can anyone please confirm what is the actual price of the app.
It's listed in the store as 170. What shows on your email receipt and/or on your purchase history : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, if you click on that link your purchases should be listed with the most recent above the list.
And did you add or change the credit card details on your iTunes account when making the purchase ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.
