Updating Order Functional location data for equipment

We have scenarios where we keep de-installing equipments from one FL to another . We have mapped standing orders in equipment . The FL in standing order of this equipment doesn't change automatically . We have to manually do this (rightclick---update refrence object).
Is there any way we can update order's FL directly when we change equipment's FL in equipment.

                Before equipment update (save)
1.     Find value in standing order field. (EQUZ(put equipment number in EQUNR field)  get ILOAN value  put it in ILOA field and get DAUFN (standing order) )
a.     If standing order value data found
i.     Find functional location of the equipment (EQUZ (Table-input field EQUNR-fetch ILOAN) table (input field ILOAN to table ILOA output TPLNR) (A)
ii.     Find the functional location of the order AFHI(Table)u2014(EQUNR is inut) u2013output ILOAN numberInput ILOAN in ILOA get TPLNR (B)
1.     If A=B matching with that of FL of equipment being updated
a.     u2013No action
b.     Save equipment changes
2.     If not matching A <> B
a.     Save equipment
b.     Update orderu2019s FL with that of equipmentu2019s FL through BDC (input order number DAUFN)
b.     If standing order value not found
i.     Do not take any action
ii.     Save equipment changes
I can't update tables directly . I don't think any BAPI's exist to update objects in order . I can not execute a BDC from user exit . Now How to automate this ?

You can use FMs: CS_BOM_EXPL_TPL_V1, CS_BOM_EXPL_EQU_V2 & CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2 for extracting the appropriate BOM related data.
And for the Alternatives please check the customizing or check with your respective Module experts for the appropriate configuration.

Function Location Chage in Equipment

When i am changing the Functional location in the equipment master following data in the equipment getting blank after save.
Planner Group,Work center, ABC indicator.
Can any body suggest the reason behind it.

Adobe Standard 9.5.2 after update I get "Insufficient data for an image" error

After updating to Acrobat Standard and Readre 9.5.2, some (but not all) of my pdf files are now opening with the error "Insufficient data for an image." The files open, but they are fuzzy, pixelated and are missing the bates stamp I applied earlier (using a utility from LexisNexis Casemap). I can open the files fine on another computer with Acrobat Standard 9.5.1.
How can I uninstall the 9.5.2, or get it to work again?

Windows 7 64-bit with Samsung SSD on an i5 Lenovo laptop. Yes, I have both Acrobat Standard and Reader 9.5.2 on the machine. Both give the same error when opening the attached file.

Hi osieko,Can you share across any such sample pdf file? Also, what OS are you working upon?You have both Acrobat Standard 9.5.2 and Reader 9.5.2 installed on your machine. Right? One option that you can try is to repair your Acrobat/Reader from Programs in Control Panel and see if that resolves the issue.Otherwise kindly attach a screenshot of the error you are receiving along with any sample pdf file.

On Work Order using Object lists for equip u can manually create Notifi

On a maintenance Work Order using Object lists for equipment you can manually create a notification for each line item.
We want to automate this process to do this when we save the document.
Any ideau2019s on how to do this?
Does a user exit exist for this?

SC 0011008450M7 503 No storage location data for 544_0612_13 in gm01 gm01

Hi All ,
After the creating a Reservation shopping cart for the inventory material , there is no follow on document (Reservation)is created for the shopping cart. when we view the SC it is showing the message :Contains errors. when i gone and checked in the RZ20 it is giving the error as below
Shopping cart 0011008450 (Res. 0041001082): M7 503 No storage location data for 522_0602_10 in gm01 gm01.
We maintained the all the view for this material in material master (MM03).

1)Please check for user's extended attribute is assigned with correct storage location.
2) while creation of the SC, under basic data tab, correct storage location must be populated.

You have to use download object CRM_EQUI_LOAD. First ensure that all the materials and business partners from ECC to CRM are downloaded.

Multiple equipment in one Order / Functional location?

i assigned the more than equipment in one functional location and When we entered the order we wanna add more than equipment.
is that possible? Order screen should be as follow;

Not possible,
Instead you can have an Enhancement tab to list the Extra Equipments or All Equipments by using User-Exit IWO10018. (Refer this to know how to do?).
Another option as mentioned by Sebastian Lenartowicz is to have all your Equipments as Objects in the Objects tab of the Order.

I would like to know which tables store information of Functional location BOM (TCODE 1B11) and Equipment BOM (TCODE IB01). Is there a possibility that once we create these BOM's we can create alternative BOM as in case of Material BOM (TCODE CS01).

Standing order - Functional Location

Hi guys,
I have very simple question. What is a standing order for a functional location?
I currently have a requirement to automatically perform a goods issue movement 261(GI for order) and we are doing it by creating a characteristic field in the functional location.
We have a development that when a fuel consumption is done, the posting goes to the order it has saved as a characteristic.
However I went into the IH01 transaction and saw this Standing order field, and well if this field can work as an open order associated with a functional location then we wouldn't have any need for this development.
What is a standing order? Can we assign a standing order to a functional location so that it always posts material costs related to that functional location to it?

Its basically a Order to continuously collect costs for on-going work, instead of creating a separate work order for each activity.Its often used in Fleet process to collect fuel consumption costs, when there is a need to know , at any point of time the total fuel consumption cost by vehicle/location.
The standing order field in the FL or Equipment is generally used when you want to default the settlement rule for the order with this value(Auto generate), when this object is associated to the order.
You could use this field for identification of fuel consumption costs for the vehicle , just be sure that for other maintenance orders for this object the standing order is not provided as default value in settlement rule by accident.

Sales Order creation/ change date for the items

I have a unique scenario and i need to get a Report for this
A sales order is created for 4 line items.
Out of these , for 2 line items a delivery is created. I need the sales order creation date and time for these 2 items in a custom report
Now the other 2 items go in to some kind of block- Now these are released by going in the sales order VA02 and after releasing the delivery is created. Again for these two items , i need the sales order change date as after a user goes and changes the sales order to remove the block only then delivery is created for these two items
Also another scenario is the 2 line items go for back order and when we get stock at tht time system confirms the stock and then the delivery is created for these. So also for this when this change occured i need to get the date for these 2 line items
Can any one please suggest how to get this data from the scenarios?
I dont want to get the date when the delivery is created as i can get tht from the LIKP table. I need the sales order create and change dates for these.

You may be aware, any changes to a document will be recorded in CDHDR (for header changes) and CDPOS (for item changes). You can explore these two tables.

Loss style when overriding the function 'set data' for a TileList

In a TileList, I set the itemRenderer for a components from
where I override the function set data like in this example:
but, by doing this, I'm loosing all the built-in CSS
behavior. The onMouseOver effect the change the backgroundColor and
the hand pointer. I try to set it programmatically but without
success.
An idea?

Sales order takes Translation date for exchange rate calculation

Hi
I am creating the debit memo request via DP91 with reference to the contract. In the debit memo request pricing date has been set as current date but transaltion date has set the contract transaltion date. Debit Memo request document currency is EURO, local currency is GBP and condtion currency is CHF.
In this scinerio in order exchange rate has been calculated against the transation date insted of pricing date.
Can you please advise why the system behaving like this.

I assumed your question is for an additional local currency for a company code (this can be changed in OB22). For the first local currency, the translation date type in OB22 is always set to 3 (Translation Date) and cannot be changed (hence, greyed out). Following that, in accounting entry transactions (for example FB01), you will see a field (Translation Date) where you can specify a date for which you want the system to fetch exch. rate from the exch. rate table. In your situation, you will have to enter 'document date' there.
PS: The reply above by Ravi applies only to tax items' translation, not for all items. He is basically talking about the indicator that you see in OBY6.

Unable Update profile due request data for "state" field

Anyone else having a problem updating their profile? Once I log-in the site send me page to update my profile. Once I try to click update, it comes back with an error message requesting the "state" field be complete. But there is no "state" field provided or it is not visible.
Who ever create the profile page needs to check their work.

@ Sushant - We definitly have data in that PSA table linked to the data source (8ZECPCO22 , where ZECPCO22 is the direct update DSO) and this data is what we want to delete through process chains. As mentioned earlier we are able to manually delete these PSA requests via manage of the data source.
Few more detail information below:
ZECPCO22 is the direct update DSO and as per the data flow the data is further loaded from this DSO (data source -8ZECPCO22) into a master data infoobject or other targets via a infopackage and with processing type "PSA and then into Data target in series".
So looking at the infopackage one can definitly confirm that the PSA table is used and since the DSO is a direct update we cant have change log table.
However we are unable to delete these PSA requests through process chains using a "Delete PSA request" nor "Delete Change log Request" process types.
Any suggestion is appreciated.
