Upgrading from Free Trial has ruined my azure.

I was on a Free Trial subscription for about a month and it was so great that I decided to switch to pay-as-you-go. It seems now that all of my sites/databases are still under the Free Trial subscription and the Active Directory is somehow sync'd with the
inoperable free trial databases. This is messing things up for me royally.
I would be happy if someone could just "reset" my azure so that I can start over fresh with my new pay-as-you-go account.

    I got Lightroom 5 on a DVD-ROM disc as a gift for Christmas. I want to use it on my MacBook, but it doesn't have a disc drive.  I downloaded the free trial of Lightroom to my MacBook.     When you start the trial version, a screen displays indicating how many days you have remaining in your trial. On that screen is an option to indicate that you have a serial number. Choose that option, and you will be provided with another screen where you can enter the serial number.
    Take note that if you downloaded and installed the creative cloud version you will have a different procedure. It will be necessary for you to remove that version and install the trial version from the following website:
    Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
    Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1

    Yes. If you go to the store and check out, you are given a serial number at the end of the process which you can enter into the demo where it asks to continue using the demo or enter serial number.
    If you are planning on purchasing a suite that includes Dreamweaver, then the answer is no.  Suite serial numbers will not work on individual trials so you would need to install via the Creative Suite Installer either via Download or disc depending on your purchase.

  • Move users from free trial to paid Intune group

    Before the free trial ended I paid for a 10 user subscription. Now that the free trial has ended my users can no longer use Intune from Windows Phone 8 devices. I think the problem is my users are still associated with the free trial licenses instead
    of the paid ones. How can I move users to the paid license as I cannot find any options for doing this.
    Subscriptions -> Manage -> Billing and subscription management
    This area lists two Windows Intune subscriptions, the first for my 10 paid for licences and the second for 25 expired free licenses.

    Microsoft support may be able to help you to transfer the users but why bother. It's easy just to re-enrol the phones (you don't have many). Delete the Company App account and re-enrol. This will pick up the paid subscription.

    My problem with Adobe's recognition of my Adobe ID was solved by the chat support. The file "host" was changed, so that Adobe products no longer was blocked. Try the chat.

    I'm having the same problem. Subscribed to Creative Cloud. All the apps showing as 'Try' rather than the 'Download' buttons that apepar on a colleagues machine (who subscribed a few months ago). When I load the trial of Indesign, if I select 'licence software' - no space to put Adobe ID, only serial number which I don't have with the Creative Cloud membership.
    Tried everything that has been suggested. Updated everything in Adobe App' Manager. Gone back to open Indesign - still just has boxes for serial number.
    Please sort this out Adobe. I've wasted half a day trying to install on my machine and still have the rest of the studio to do.

    Did you have an Adobe trial running on this same computer before?  Maybe your previous trial was used for 3 weeks and then you uninstalled it?  If so, you're only eligible for a 1 week trial on this computer.

    Your caption says "I have my original serial number" , so do you mean to say the original for PSE11?  If so then it won't work in PSE12.  You need to enter the serial number you got in the email when you bought the upgrade from Adobe as download.  Did you get the email from Adobe about this and have you kept it in your inbox or somewhere safe?

    Hi, Today 28th of July, I upgraded from a free EE iphone 4S which i bought back in December 14 to a Samsung S6 edge.
    Same operator. Same number. BUT I can't use it as it shows only "Emergency calls only". I also can't use my former phone as the mobile service has been disabled on it. The salesperson at carphone warehouse said that my contract would run the moment he finished my application (which was midday). SO I have paid for a service which I cannot use. I need my phone for my job.I would like to speak to someone at EE but as I don't have a phone I will have to use my work's phone which I am not allowed to do.
    I feel disatisfied, very disatisfied by EE and it's not the first time. They are cheap but It seems that they do everything to disgust you from using them.

    Carphone warehouse lied and it is not the first time if you read other peoples posts. EE are not responsible for them and they need to make the request to EE to transfer your account over I suspect to a new sim?
    It can also take up to 48 hours at busy times and is obviously from the time CPW make the request.

    I have just upgraded from the Aperture 2 trial
    I bought a disk and instead of installing it just used the serial number to activate my trial
    Its fne except from one annoying glitch
    On Finder my Aperture Library is still called Aperture Trial Library
    Its not going to kill me but I do find it annoying
    Any offers on how to sort this, and even if it is ever likely to be a problem?

    you can remove it (after getting images out of it), you can rename it ...
    the trial version limited your library functionality by design ... but that is gone now and you can begin in earnest to create your "permanent" library ...

    No, you won't lose anything. If you purchase Lightroom from Adobe online and receive a serial number, you can activate the trial version you are now using. And even if it requires installing a new Lightroom program for some reason, it won't have any effect on your work. All of your work is stored in the catalog which is a user file. And user files are not replaced or modified when updating.
