Hi - I just looked at the link and this is, in fact, posted on hp.com.  I would suggest that you check to see if your model fits the criteria and, if so, follow the instructions provided to remedy.

    Hello,
    I work with a county wide non profit library system and we seem to have issues every so often with bringing up websites that use Adobe Flash to run their video player and game functionalities within the websites.   I've contacted Adobe to try and find out if there's any way at all that we could get on an email Distribution list to notify us everytime the Flash Player application plug-in for the web gets updated.  This would give us a "heads-up" pro active approach to this issue and allow us to serve our patrons more efficiently and effectively rather than waiting till we get complaints that our PCs aren't running Flash on them when we know that we are and the build just isn't the same.
    Any Help would be appreciated.

    There is a major change of inclusion of CRM ITSM in solman 7.1 that is why you might be confused.
    Anyway let me explain
    enter the tcode solman_workcenter in solman choose the incident management tab
    now  on the left side you can see an action for Create support message
    thus clicking on it will open the browser for posting messages
    (the same can be shared with end user for message posting )
    further once posted it is accessible in this incident management tab for further processing and you get the status wise queries in overview.

    If you know the thread or community that is sending you the emails you can go directly to those and skip the rest of this however if you don't remember or are still getting email after going to the community read on.

  • No push notifications from many apps supporting it.

    ... have no idea why it's like that, push notification stopped working for most news apps here. Still perfectly working for iMessage, and most messenger and social applications, but not for news ??? ... I did a reset of network settings, turned off all notifications, rebooted, turned everything back on, this has worked once, a few days ago. But I got the same problem again, and this doesn't work anymore, no notification from news apps. any idea? thanks.

    funny that now that it's working again while the notification center was empty, I"m now finding there the history of what was sent during the last two days ... I man I've had these alerts, but when push stopped working for many apps like I mentioned above, the notification center was empty. Adding that it should be empty now anyway, but some sort of "bug" in iOS 5 makes that many already viewed content remains as unread in the notification center.

  • Confirmation of Support notification and Change request.

    Hi Guru's,
    In my clinets landscape we are using ChaRM for Change requests and Urgent correction. We have two situation here to handle.
    1. I (Change Manager) should only be able to confirm a support notification if all the dependent/subsequent change requests have been confirmed
    2. I (Change Manger) should only be able to confirm a change request if all the dependent/subsequent urgent corrections have been confirmed.

    Hi,
    you can customize that your change request will automatically get a new status if the linked urgent correction reached a specific satus.
    You can then do the same with support message and change request. This will lead to a chain where your support message is confirmed automatically if your urgent correction is confirmed.
    Check SPRO - Make Setting for Change Transaction Types - Assign Actions "SET_PREDOC"

    Recently we have migrated the instance from Windows to  HPUX. After the migration this problem occurring.

    If  the code you need to enter are numbers, you need to press the "function" key first (in the bottom left corner of the keyboard).

    I have setup the service desk, tested, and it is working fine. My next step is that when the message "arrives' in SolMan, I want the system to send an email to the necassery person/people.

Before this my push notifications from facebook were working fine and for the past two days they have not been working. I have tried everything and also tried a full restore on the phone. I have deleted the facebook app and added it back. All my notifications are turned on with the notification center. Please help...

    I own a 5C and spent hours on the phone to tech support who also contacted Apple but they say it's a Facebook issue and was told to contact them direct.
    Facebook do not respond to individuals so I'm concerned that we are not going to get a solution.  Apple don't seem bothered!
    I switched from android recently and never had this problem......strange!

    I have developed a program in SE38 to send a mail notification to outlook mail from SAP.Can I use this program in standard Tcode IW21to generate a mail notification at the time of saving data?In IW21 only notification is sent to SAP inbox.

    Object does not exist (status management)
    Message no. IM258
    Diagnosis
    This refers to an error in central status management.
    Task status
    The central status management connection at task level will only be supported from Release 3.0.
    For this reason, no task status is available for statuses created before changing to Release 3.0, and status change is therefore also not possible.
    Procedure
    In the case of task statuses of notifications in releases prior to 3.0:
    When you save a notification you can create a status for the tasks.
    In the case of notification or task statuses for notifications from Release 3.0:
    Please refer to your system administrator.

    I hope the following points can help you.
    I have the following 3 scenarios that are possible...
    -> MI-Oriented -one user
    -> SAP MI Access from a Ticket-Issuing System e.g SAP Enterprise Portal-oneuser.
    -> SAP MI Access from a Ticket-Issuing System e.g SAP Enterprise Portal-Multiple users.
    With the parameters in file MobileE#ngine.config you can configure the SAP MI Client Component to support single sign-on(sso) if the device has online connection. The mobile device recieves the SAP logon ticket from a system that issues tickets, such as SAP EP. The mobile device can then authenticate itself at the SAP MI server Component wiht the SAP logon ticket without the user having to enter an additional paasword.
    One user scenario:
    When a user logs on for the first time, the user data of the logon ticket is used to create a user in the MI-Client.
    Multiple user scenario:
    If the ticke does not exist, the user can start the SAP MI from the browser under the configured address, Usually http://localhost:4444/index.htm, and logon with user name and password.
    I have some more docs related to this but those are not links.
