Vendor history

hi,
which transaction code or table will give vendor history like how many Purchase order created, goods receipt done to that vendor , invoice receipt , payment done ,park document . overall want to know is that any transaction happened to that vendor or not. please help in solving this , need to develop a report showing vendor history

mainly it is table EKKO which is the link from vendor to a purchasing document (PO, contract, SA)
from EKKO you can goto EKBE to find most of the history you want like GR, IR
from EKBE with invoice number you can goto RBKP invoice table for more details on the invoice.
But you should consider as well EORD table for source list, EINA table for info records,  if you want to know whether the vendor is used in there as well.

    No Dear,
    There is no such report.
    Generally, we use to go through MENU to see the changes 'DISPLAY CHANGES'.
    For report development you have to use two tables with reference to T.Code creation and change T.Codes.
    Tables: CDHDR Change Log Header, CDPOS - Change Log Line Item.
    Passing object related to youe Vendor Details, you can create report.

    What type of history you want for Vendor, you want list of Vendor or you want transaction data for Vendor
    For Vendor transaction use FBL1N and for Vendor List you can use S_ALR_87012086

  • Duplicate invoices in vendor history

    HI All.
    If i am entering the same invoice second time in MIRO system is showing only the warning message, system should not allow the user to post the same invoice second it should show error message, how to change the message status.
    I have selected the check box Check double invoice in vendor master.
    Kindly advice me how to change message status from warning to error.

    My problem has been almost solved but small clarification regarding User Name filed, as we have 15 users are working on Accounts Payable how to mention the user names. Do we need to create 15 user names as a group and assign in user name filed in OBA5 or do you have any other suggestions 
    Could you please reply to this thread ASAP.

  • Invoice tables / AP documents

    i'm doing some sap analysis on AP and am trying to recreate the vendor history within sap i.e. understand the AP tables.
    - rseg and rbkp (these seem to have invoice / invoice receipt document types mainly document types starting with R) This table doesn't include many K vendor document types of which some are invoice types. Does anyone know which table/s these K vendor docs are held?
    - i've read some other forums about BSIK (AP closed items) and BSAK (AP open items). are these useful as it looks like these tables are just a subset of the gl tables BKPF and BSEG.

  • Problem in ALV (FI_ITEMS_DISPLAY)

    Hi all....
    My requirement is to add a fields LFA1_NAME1 to the Vendor history report (Main program is rfitemap)(Tcode is FBL1N)
    i copied this program in to a z program.There is a FM called FI_ITEMS_DISPLAY, an internal table is passed (IT_POS)into this so that it populates the ALV.internal table IT_POS is of type a standard structure rfposxext.i was able to get fetch the value of LFA1-NAME1 and pass it into IT_POS.
    MY problem is this....
    when i execute the program my ALV list does not having the field NAME1.i did created the field catalog properly.
    Field Name1 is hidden...so,i went to the layout and brought it to the display.Im gettin the field label NAME1. but my column is empty...ie., my values are not populating in to the field NAME1.
    (i even tried to copy the function group and modifying the copied standard structure)...nothin works.
    Any help to solve this problem will be HIGHLY appreciated...

    eg
    it shuld be the same name as like interal table field declaration name
    fieldcatalog-fieldname   = 'NAME1'. "<b>caps and correct Spelling</b>
    fieldcatalog-seltext_m   = 'Name'.
    <b>append fieldcatalog to fieldcatalog.
    clear  fieldcatalog.</b>

    Client generally send different material to sub-contracting and will get back after job work.  <b>Now he want to analysis the pending material with vendors like each material is pending how many days at contractors.</b> Any standar report is available for this.
    One more can we analysis how much time taking for doing a job by particual vendorl. Like X vendor history on his job works.
