View setup failing in EMGC_MAIN_LINUX_110620 label

Question

I tried setting up the view - with out any transaction on EMGC_MAIN_LINUX_110620 label it failed with the following two diffs

Its basically because of missing perl and some files. What needs to be done to rectify these errors. Thanks in advance
