WBAM Setup, cannot open /Helpdesk

Question

Hello,
We are going through a "trail" period to decide to use MBAM or not but are having problems with getting the /helpdesk to work. This is the setup:
SQL 2012 Enterprise /w SSRS (This is working)
Windows Server 2012 R2 /w IIS 8.5
All on same server. When opening the link from IIS I get HTTP 401.2 - Unauthorized. We currently do not have an SSL cert applied thinking that may be part of the initial problem. Unfortunately that isn't the case. I have checked the "Physical Path"
in the error and the website files exist. Anyone have any thoughts, I am at a loss and IIS is not a strong point for me.

Here is how the groups are setup now on the two DB.
MBAM Compliance Status:
MBAM_DB_RW = (Membership) db_datareader, db_datawriter
MBAM_DB_RO = (Membership) db_datareader
MBAM-Reporting = ReadRole
MBAM-Support = ReadRole, WriteRole
MBAM Recovery and Hardware
MBAM_DW_RW = (Membership) db_datareader, db_datawriter
MBAM-Support = ReadRole, WriteRole
service account is a member of MBAM_DB_RW, and a different service account is a member of MBAM_DW_RW.
MBAM-Support has a handful of other accounts.
MBAM-Reporting is using the same group we use for SCCM reporting.
