When I login to Outlook Exchange for office email not all emails display. I use Safari on a home Mac. My PC at work shows all emails in the inbox

This problem started a couple of months ago. I only receive about 25% of my inbox when I login remotely to the webmail exchange account. My inbox on my office PC is fine but the emails do not display in my inbox when I login to the webmail exchange account.
THis happens on other Mac computers, not just my personal computer at home. It's the same thing when I login from my gym

The password for the new Apple ID does not work since the iCloud default user name is imbedded in the login box.     You have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPad on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iPad when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    Did you use iTunes to sync those photos onto your device? If so then the only way to get them off is to use iTunes to sync them off.
    When you sync them on you choose a folder and say 'put all the photos in here on my iPad', so to take them off you need to deselect that folder or remove photos from that folder and sync to take them off.

    Generally I would not use Facebook for sharing any photos, it compresses the photos substantially, and when you have shadows and dark colours you get visible "bands" where there should be subtle gradients, ie at sunsets and sunrises.
    It sounds like you are using two methods to upload to Facebook:
    1. Sharing from within Aperture, which basically syncs Facebook with your Aperture album, so any changes made at either end gets synced, hence the deletions from Albums, although the original file should still be in your library, just removed rom the album. It is like a playlist in iTunes.
    2. Exporting pics and uploading to Facebook from the browser.
    I am not sure how method 1 gets compressed, but I know that uploading hi-res jpegs to Facebook using method 2 results in poor quality images.
    I wouldn't even bother comparing option 1 or 2, and they will both be poor images once you view them on Facebook, as opposed to viewing uploaded images on proper image sharing / hosting sites.
    Your problem is not with Aperture, it is using Facebook for showing your work.
    If you export pics form Aperture at high res jpegs or TIFFs your images will be fine.
    If you insist to use Facebook as your way to share your work, then your workflow should be this:
    1. Right click images you want to share.
    2. Select Export version.
    3. Export as 100% size and ensure the export settings are set at 100% quality.
    4. Upload this pic into Facebook.
    This will get you the best image size and resolution on Facebook.

    Yes, that's exactly what happened. If you buy another drive, you could copy from your existing drive to the new and your files will be read/write. The new drive will have to be formatted as an HFS drive (that's the Mac's format). If you need to format it, you use Disk Utility which is in the Utilities folder on your Mac. Be careful with that -- it wipes out whatever is currently on the drive. Make sure you format the right drive.
    I keep all my images on an external drive, too. In fact, I have two matching drives and sync them so I always have a backup.

    I have the exact same problem trying to use the Remote app on both my iPhone 3gs and iPad 2 with either my Mac or ATV2.  My Remote app used to work on my phone - I can't recall if I ever actually used it with my iPad, but when I tried today, I got all the same results as you did (on both iPad, and then iPhone).  I  was using my ATV2 to play music from iTunes on my Mac and wanted to use the Remote app, but it would not connect to either device no matter what I did.

  • All recurring meetings erased when synchronized Phone to Outlook/Exchange

    I have been synchronizing my calendar and contacts with outlook for a few weeks and everything was always fine. Today, I upgraded to the latest version of iTunes and after the next sync all my recurring appointments were erased on both iPhone and Exchange. This is very disturbing. Did anyone else experience this? Any advice?

    The IT team at my company hasn't been able to help me and I heavily rely on my appointments. What's more, recreating them from scratch does me no good since I'm the Organizer for over half of the recurring ones that got deleted (so any updates I were to do in the future wouldn't send out to everyone else, unless I had invited them to the newly created invite, which would be a duplicate for them and really would not work when you're working with many different teams, vendors, etc.)
    I finally got a few of my team leads to FORWARD me back my original meeting series so I could save them back into my calendar. As it turns out, once it's sent back, Outlook sees them as a single instance (on the day I created it) vs. the recurring appt. So, then I had to re-save all the recurring timeframes for each one to get it back into its original state in my calendar.
    Once I did that, I went back into iTunes to test it out. This time I changed the field to ONE for "Do not sync events older than 1 days". That seems to have done the trick. My iPhone now has all my recurring appts again, and my calendar does too. Neither have been deleted on either end. I played around with adding some future recurring appts to see if it would wreak havoc but iTunes imported them into the iPhone just fine and vice versa.

    I made a new profile with http rather than pop3 (since i don't know the outgoing/incoming servers for hotmail).  I successfully managed to sync to outlook etc.
    However now im stuck with 2 hotmail accounts (which are the same) in outlook, it sucks .  I recieved an email from hotmail about the changeover to using outlook connector, so thats why I used the new service.  Now i have double the synchronization with the same email account.

  • Exchange Connector / Office 365 Not matching affected user to AD user

    We use Office 365 to host our email services.   AD is not synchronized to office 365.  We're bringing Exchange on premises soon so there isn't a lot we want to invest in that existing infrastructure.  I'm using Service Manager 2012 R2.
    I have the ADConnector configured, bringing in Active Directory users/groups/computers.
    I've gotten the Exchange Connector running in order to retrieve emails from an "IT Services" Office 365 mailbox and automatically create tickets.  Notifications back to the users are working fine.
    The problem I'm having is the affected user is not being set properly when a user emails the mailbox and an incident is created.  It is setting the Affected User to that user's name, but when I double click the Affected user, it brings up the "User
    - <UserName>" screen.    All of the information that would be coming in from AD is blank.  So that association between my office 365 email address and the AD user account is not being made.   Even though it says my name with
    correct (username) on the incident as the affected user.  And even though my email address is stored inside of AD in the e-mail field.
    What am I missing in this process?

    I ended up messing around and added a UPN to AD Domains and Trusts matching the domain of our email accounts through Office 365.  I found this because similar preparation is required for AD sync to Office 365, so a proper match can be made.
    So for example, if our internal domain is Contoso.Local, and our email addresses are [email protected]
    I added a UPN for contosolimited.com in Active Directory Domains & Trusts.  Then I changed my UPN in Active Directory Users and Computers (Account tab), to @contosolimited.com.
    Now when the AD Connector ran, it set my user CI UPN (in the Extensions tab) to [email protected]  I then sent an email to [email protected] and it matched my email correctly to my user CI created by the AD Connector.   
    Now I just have to run a script against AD to update all user UPNs to @contosolimited.com from @Contoso.local.

    We have implemented Extended Notifications in our system and it has been working fine so far with a single language EN. Now, we got a new requirement to generate Outlook mails corresponding to a work item in multiple language (FR for French apart from EN). Towards this, I applied OSS Note 1230808, with all the pre-requisites taken care as mentioned in the Note in our Sandbox system. I found this note from following blog (Thanks to Mike Pokrara !!!)

    The FR text has been maintained for a standard task (Created by us only) as below:
    1. Task Description in FR is maintained thru' PFTC txn, by choosing the FR option, and
    2. Work item text for task is maintained thru' SE63.
    Also, as mentioned in the OSS note, a value 'C' has been maintained for Parameter "WI_TASK_LANGUAGE" in SWNCONFIG.
    Even after this implementation, when the emails are generated for an EN user, the Outlook mail is fine with all the text in EN, as expected. But, when the FR email is generated for a FR user, only the Workitem header text, the std. Header and Footer (maintained and picked up by std. SAP SO10 text) are translated into FR. But the Task Description part is still displaying in EN only.
    Anybody had same / similar issue for this reqiurement ?. Can anybody tell me if anything is wrong in the way we are implementing or any limitaitons or known issues of this note / requirement ?

    It was a type from our side while implementing the manual corrections that were part of the OSS note 1230808. We found this with SAP's help and it's fixed now.
