When is my first bill due?

I just bought a phone and opened an account tonight and the only thing I paid for at checkout was the price of my phone. When will I have to pay the money for my first bill?

So I wouldn't wait a month? I'd have to pay it in a couple days?
Simply because your bill is generated in a few days does not mean the bill is due in a few days. My bill closing date is the 15th of each month. My bill is generated and available for me on or around the 21st of each month. My bill due date is the 10th of the following month.

I see only delivery made it to the billing due list. Has anyone seen this error before if yes can you get me some incite on this pelase.
Appreciate your response. Thanks in advance!
    Regards,
    Div.

    Hi Divya,
first thing you can go to SM13 to see the reason for the update terminate. If you think the info provided there is something technical then you resort for an abapers help. Before that if you want analyse in another way why its happening take that invoice number which throws update terminate. Go to VF01 and try to do the invoice individually. Please check if it gives any error log and you may get more info.

  • How to close the Return Order from Billing due list

    Dear Gurus,
This is the scenario of Free subsequent delivery with the reference of Return Delivery.
    In brief-->
I created one sales order and done its normal delivery and billing. So this order to cash cycle is completed.
Then due to the damage in transit of some material customer wants to return some good and ask for the subsequent delivery of same goods.
therefore I create a return sales order with the reference of previous sales order and and do the return delivery. Here I am not making the credit note as I have to make the subsequent delivery for the return order.
So I create the sales order for subsequent delivery with the reference of Return order and do the delivery.
Now I have the query that when I run the billing due list (VF04) I get the same return order in billing due list as I have not created the credit memo with its reference. And the return order will remain there always. But I dont want that return order to appear in the billing due list as I have done the subsequent delivery for that return order.
Please tell me how the return order's status can be made completed to avoid it in billing due list.
Please suggest me all the possible solutions to complete the scenario.
    regards,
    Sanjay

    Hi,
The SDF has to be created with refernce to the Sales Order only.
    In Brief:-
When ever the goods are damaged in transit, generally we ask them to scrap the damaged goods and then decide what to do like
    1) Either to give a credit note to the customer for the damaged goods.
                          or
    2)Replace the Goods by SDF.
    Check me if iam wrong

  • How to make sales order items appear on the billing due list?

    Dear All,
We are using SAP CRM 5.0 standalone and we want to use CRM Billing.
All necessary configuration has been done to enable CRM Billing on sales orders.
Here is the list of what have been done:
    1. Defined Billing unit and assigned to my sales organization.
    2. Created billing document type for sales order (F2 as standard).
    3. Defined billing item category (TAN as transaction-based billing after complete)
    4. Defined billing item category determination (for trans. type TA, item category TAN, billing item category will be TAN)
With all the above configuration, when I created a sales order (TA), set the order status to 'completed' and save it, I checked the item status, it is 'completed for billing'. However, when I ran 'Process Billing Due List', nothing has been picked up.
I checked the order line item, and found that the 'Delivered Qty' field is 0. Could this be the reason? I set the item category TAN billing relevancy to be 'Transaction-based after completion', then it should not care about delivery, right?
Please provide your input. Thanks so much in advance!

    Dear Rekha,
Thanks for your detailed reply. It seems that all the config points you mentioned in your email have already been covered. However I still don't see anything on my billing due list.

  • First bill payment due date?

    Hello,
I haven't received my first bill yet by mail but the verizon app/website tells me how much I owe and also the due date on jan 7, 2013. Does this mean my due date is on the 7th of every month or only for this first bill?

Yes, if your on-line account shows your due date as Jan. 7, then your due date will be the 7th of each month.  Paper bills usually arrive about two weeks before the due date (at least mine does); the bills are usually available for viewing on-line 3-4 days after the billing cycle ends.

  • What are the non-basic services charges on my first bill

I switched to Verizon Freedom bundle package to save money. I was shocked when my first bill arrived with $123.03 due. It states Verizon non-basic charges 107.68  What is this and why was I not informed of these fees ahead of time. This is ridiculous.

Non-basic charges are usually things like Voice Mail and long distance calling. The first bill is always a stinger. You pay a full month in advance and a partial month, from the date of installation until your new bill date. So your first bill can be anywhere from 1-2 months of service. After the first bill you are on a 30-day billing. You can see your bill detail by signing in online and clicking on My Bill and then on "Print and Download" towards upper right of that page and being sure you select the Entire Bill. The bills are confusing because by law the services are taxed differently for basic  and non-basic so the bills have to be broken down into those services and each taxed accordingly. Our government wants their share...too much as usual, but we all know how the government is...

  • Bill due 19th August don't get paid until 25th Aug...

Latest bill has come in and is due on the 19th August but due to unforseen circumstances, now have to wait until next pay day which is the 25th August before I can pay the whole bill. As I have an eldery person living with me, I don't want the service to be restricted to incoming calls only.  Having read on here, it says you get an extra 5 days within which to pay after getting a reminder but I am concerned that those five days will include the weekend and therefore I will fall short of the extra 2 days needed.  What can I do?  As I say, I have an elderly person living with me and the phone is a life-line.
Thanks for any help and advice.  Coffee

Now then, I did as was suggested and dialled to get an extension. When i went on line to pay I chose the option to set up a direct debit and it said I had to pay a certain amount first before I could do that which i did and then when I tried to set up the direct debit it wouldn't process.  Now when I try to do it, it says I have to pay the balance first but due to unforeseen circumstances, i am unable to do that.  Is there no way to do this?

  • Missing bill credit on first bill

I have had my new phone and plan for less then twenty four hours and now see I owe $105. One day? After reading everything about billing I'm still confused how signing up for a plan that would (total) $55 plus tax per month, how it became $105 due now. I also don't see my billing credit of $100 that Walmart said I receive when I sign up for Verizon. I now feel stupid for getting a (smartphone) and a Verizon plan.

In general your first bill will be prorated from the day you activate your phone through the end of the current billing cycle plus you will be charged for the following billing cycle since Verizon charges for service up front.  The $100 bill credit you are referring to takes 2-3 billing cycles to show up on your account. Hope this helps your next bill should be $55 + taxes and fees.  The first bill is always higher so don't feel stupid for getting the smartphone.

  • $690.00 First bill for Iphone

I got home today and There was my first bill from att for my Iphone $640.42 Needless to say I almost crapped my pants,,After a few moments to compose myself I decided to look at the itemized bill and to my surprise AT@t billed me for $519.00 in data charges / internet charges. I gave them a call and was told that this was a billing glitch and that it would be taken care of before the due date on my bill.Hopefuly this will not be an ongoing problem for Iphone users.

This is actually what almost prevented me from getting the iPhone. When I lived in Pa, about 6 years ago, my wife and I had ATT since work offered discounted plans. They NEVER got the bill correct, it was always off by some rediculous amount. After the first year, and all bills incorrect, we dropped them (in the end we were ahead by about 200$ but was too much a hassle).
Sad to see things might still be crappy. In about 6 years Verizon did not mess one bill up for me. I want the iPhone, so I will just keep my fingers crossed.

  • Open sales order in billing due list

    Dear Gurus
when doing VF04, I get a list of billing due documents that have an error status:-
'the document is not relevant for billing''
when I check this sales document, I see that it's ''open''. Only preceeding document  here is a quotation.
My question is, why does this document still feature in the billing due list ? There is no delivery , no PGI  done , yet the document is on a billing due list.
so my guess is this is a service related S.O.
but I want to confirm this here.
    Can someone guide me here.
    Kind Regards
    Manoj

  • Third party sales orders are not showing in Billing due list (VF04 )

    Hi,
In Billing due list Third party sales orders are not appearing because VKDFS table those entries are there. How can we get Third party sales orders in VKDFS table as well as VF04 ?
    Please suggest me.
    Regards,
    KUR

    Hi Kur & Sandepp,
    Check this notes:A) Note 210500 - Billing status of a third-party item,B)2) Note 210561 - When is a third-party item displayed in VF04.

  • Third Party Orders not appearing in billing due list. Item Cat billing rel 'F' & VTFA Billing Qty E

I had a requirement to do my customer billing for third party scenario before doing the invoice verification.
The solution that was proposed was to make the following changes,
In VOV7 (For TAS )item category the billing relevance should be (G) and
in the copy control VTFA  at item level  for item cat (TAS)maintain the billing qty(E).
    http://scn.sap.com/thread/3522580
The problem I faced with the above config change was that nothing was appearing in the billing due list and when I tried to do a billing from the order directly, it would not let me.
Then I made the following change,
In VOV7 (For TAS )item category the billing relevance as (F) and
in the copy control VTFA  at item level  for item cat (TAS)maintained the billing qty(E).
Now after the MIGO is done based on the PO, the system allows me to do a customer billing from the SO before the invoice verification. But still this SO is still not appearing in the billing due list. Have any of you experts faced the same problem? How can I get this to appear in the billing due list? Or in other words, how do I identify open third party sales orders that are due for billing?
    Thanks and regards
    ES

@ Joan, in that case invoice verification would now be necessary anymore right? In my case i need the invoice verification to happen...but at a later stage
With the existing config...i.e. F as billing relevance and E as billing quantity, I now tried doing a MIRO immediately after the MIGO and then it appears in the billing due list. So basically I think its the billing relevance F...and if I want it to come in VFO4 before MIRO, perhaps a tweak in the logic of VFO4 to include billing relevance F + billing quantity E ?
