You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Did you check the email account for a verification email from Apple? You may need to respond by clicking the Verify Now link before the new rescue address will be accepted.

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

Rare e-mail notifications when purchasing from iTunes Store?

Hello.
I use various Macs machines (Mini, Pros, and virtual machines (VMs)) and latest versions (Mac OS X 10.5.8, 10.7.5, 10.8.5, and 10.9.4) with their iTunes (various latest versions, but don't remember which ones). I noticed when getting free stuff (e.g., apps, music, TV videos, etc.), I rarely get e-mail notifications about my purchases. Why is that? How can I have Apple always send me an e-mail about them?

It's usually just when you add a credit card/edit a credit card. They do this to make sure your account has enough for a purchase. Small amts may be taken from individual purchases as well, but definitely not a full 1 €.

Sounds like you have abn expired credit card linked o yoru accopunt.
View your iTunes account payment info and select None for the CC.
You may need to first add a valid card number before you can remove it.

Slow download when purchasing from iTune store

for the last two days, downloads from iTunes are very slow. Today, 10 mins. to download album. Other downloads on Safari and Mail are fine. Any similar problems out there? Answers? thnx.

I have an iPod Classic 5th Generation. I have not used it for about one month. When I turned it on, I had lost all my music and playlist files. The only thing left on the iPod was the music and audio books I have purchased from iTunes store. I tried to delete everything on the ipod by sliding the hold button and then pressing the center button and the menu and I saw the apple logo on the screen but the iPod wouldn't reboot. Any suggestions as to how I can delete everything on the iPod and then plug it into my computer to restore my music library? I am using a Windows 7 operating system.

Does both your Windows and Macbook iTunes have the same library of songs?
if it does then, much easier to proceed, else try to load the Macbook with the same library as Windows.
Note that only one of the Macbook USB port is good for iPod Classic, the other is too slow and may cause timeout, and I would suggest disconnect all other USB devices, while you Restore or Sync the iPod Classic.
Connect the iPod to the Mac, (if iTunes launch, please close it back.)
Use Disk Utility -> select the iPod Device->First Aid->Repair (use option FAT32)
After the Repair complete, eject the iPod.
Connect back to the Mac
When iTunes launch, Restore the iPod when Prompted, (use FAT32)
Sync your library.

We are fellow users here on these public forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info).
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use
