More info: I've combed through the settings in facebook and there is nothing that shows I'm blocking anything from accessing it.
Sure sounds like a Facebook setting. When you look at your Privacy Settings in Facebook (on facebook.com), you should see something under "Apps you use" that says
Turn off your ability to use apps, plugins, and websites on and off Facebook. After you turn this off, we will not store information about you when you use apps or websites off Facebook.
The "Turn off" is a hyperlink that shuts down the Facebook platform. If you don't see this, or if the wording is different, you may have (inadvertently?) shut this off, and should be able to turn it back on.
Edit: The sequence to that screen on facebook.com is: Privacy Settings (from the upper right dropdown), then "Ads, Apps and Websites" will have an "Edit settings" link to the right. This is where you'll see the "Apps you use" screen.

Find and run the Disk Utility program. In the list on the left side of the program window you should see two hard drives - the internal Mac drive and one labeled with Western Digital's name. (Not exactly sure how the WD drives appear.) Under each of those drives there will be another indented drive name. See picture below.
If you don't see two drives there's your problem - for some reason the Mac doesn't recognize that there's an external drive plugged in. Check cables, etc.
More than likely though you will see the two drives. See how in the picture I've selected the indented drive icon? Do the same for your WD drive. Now look at the bottom where it says Format. To use TimeMachine your format needs to be Mac OS Extended (journaled) and I'm betting it doesn't. After you've done that TM will be able to use the drive. -
I am trying to install itunes on my pc again but keep getting an error that says'apple application support was not found. try reinstalling itunes.' error 2.
We have had itunes on this pc for 2 years and recently it wouldn't open and another error message kept popping up saying it couldn't open because MSVCR80.dll was missing. I have unistalled the apple programs and tried reinstalling several times but to no avail. Hopefully my music library is not gone. Any Ideas out there?With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.

My son just got a new I Pod Touch for X-mas and it has been working just fine untill the other day when we started getting the message "cannot connect to itunes"...This happens when i try to go into both I Tunes and Safari. - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

I think there are some internet problems. If you use a (wireless)-router, maybe a reset will work. You can reset the router by pressing a button on the router itself. Try again downloading firefox.
If this doesn't work, download firefox from another computer and safe it on a USB flash drive.

Did you buy an upgrade version of Acrobat 11? If so then you need to provide the serial number of the old product that you are upgrading from. This is normal with all upgrade versions otherwise people would all buy upgrade versions without owning the prior versions so this is one of the checks the installation process does.,
You have the serial number for the old product right? If not go back to your account and see if the old product is listed there.
Also, please remove the picture you have posted here because it has your serial numbers which are not meant to be public. -

When I plug my iPhone into my computer to sync my iTunes I get a message that says "iTunes cannot read the content of the iPhone" and wants me to restore my phone back to factory settings. Any suggestions so that I don't have to restore? I have all of my stuff backed up on iCloud but I really don't want to go through the hassle of wiping it clean and putting everything back on.

"OK - this is how it works:
In order to backup from iCloud you cannot use iTunes!
Therefore disconnect your device from your computer.
Turn on your device and go to Settings and then go to General.
At the bottom of this submenu there is a buttom "Reset"
If you push that buttom you see 6 different Erase settings to chose from!
Chose "Erase All Content and Settings" because this will wipe everything from your device and will let you restore from iCloud! (I tried the top "Reset All Settings" but that did not let me use iClouds afterwards!)
Once you pushed that buttom your device will be wiped clean and after some time you will see the Device Welcome Screen like on a new device!
After choosing your location you will be asked to setup your WiFi-conection. After you joint to your Wifi you will be given the choice to restore the iPad from a backup from the iCloud. Choosing this backup will prompt you with your apple ID and password.
Restoring from a backup can take some time. The process uses your Wi-Fi connection to download settings, content and data. If you had a lot of content on your device, this can take a while. The restore screen should give you estimates at each stage of the restore process, starting with restoring the settings and then booting into the iPad. When the iPad home screen appears, the device will continue the restore process by downloading all of your applications.
If you are restoring from a backup because you have run into problems with your device that can only be solved by restoring it, you can first choose your latest backup. If you still have problems, you can move on to the next latest backup, repeating the process until (hopefully) the problem is cleared."
