When you drop/crack your iPhone 5, and you take back to an Apple store can you get another color of iPhone with your insurance?
I want to know because I have a black iPhone 5 with insurance, and I was wondering if I ever broke it and went to an Apple Store would they give me a new iPhone but a white one. Thanks appreciate it
No. First of all Apple doesn't provide insurance what they provide is a warranty. As soon as you dropped your iPhone the warranty was void.
If you wish you can take it to Apple for a replacement which will be exactly the same color as the one you currently have. You will be charged for the replacement.

What to do with iTunes when you get another iPod?
My daughter has an iPod mini that is completely filled up. For her birthday, she want to get a new 30G iPod.
The thing I am wondering about it whether or not she will be able to use her current iTunes library with the new iPod. I would not want to see her start from scratch, as that would just take up more room on her hard drive.

Try a reset...

When I use it on the speaker it's fine. But when I answer or make a call it's so quiet and you can barely hear!!! Frustrating
Number one - that person has given you false information...the Apple store genius bar supports all Apple products whether in or out of warranty. Checking is free, service on an out of warranty item is not free.
Try a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider if that appears.
Since you show that you have iOS 7.0.3 you might want to update that iOS to 7.0.4...plug the iPhone in so you are on a solid power source, then while on a WiFi go to Settings > General > Software Update and update to 7.0.4. -
I used a Disc Warrior repair disc to rebuild by G4 Power Mac hard drive. It wouldn't
startup using the disc and the C key so I selected the Warrior as my startup disc, started up, repaired the disc and now I can't get the computer to startup on it's hard drive. sprint shouldnt have locked the sim tray anyways and i think this is just wrong because i payed for the phone and should be able to do what i want with it. they say you can unlock the sim card or the tray i guess if you in good standings with the company an apperantly im not so i was wondering if somthing can be done about this because i see no hole or anything to even open the tray someone HELP ME ! please and thank you
No. Nothing can be done about this. It was made clear quite some time ago what the situation was going to be.
Now... That said, if you have an iPhone 4S, there is a SIM tray on the right hand side of the phone.
If you have an iPhone 4 as you indicate, THERE IS NO SIM TRAY. The iPhone 4 is NOT a world Phone. You can only use that phone on Sprint or roam to their CDMA partners where present. The phone will not work at all throughout most of the world, including Europe. -
What do you want to know.....it's been going on for months and I can't seem to get it resolved. It's definitely a conflict with FF and why you can't resolve it, I have no idea. I've searched the net and these error messages are everywhere. Don't you think it's time you address this.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

It sounds like you may have triggered activation lock. If that is the case they will ask you for your ID and password and when you cannot give it to them they will say sorry they cannot help you. It's a new feature to deter thieves (makes stolen devices useless) but it means you now have to be very diligent about knowing your login information.

I may not be clear on what you are asking here but I'll try an answer anyway since that's the type of guy I am.
If you have PDF files on your old computer, you will need to transfer them to your new computer. You can use a flash drive or CD if needed.
But again, I think I'm not getting what you are really wanting to know. If I'm not, can you give us some more details? -

iPhone warranty is not international, but is valid only in
the country of original purchase. Since you bought the iPhone
in the UK, your warranty is valid anywhere in the EU but not
in Egypt. You can gry taking it to an Apple authorized reseller,
but don't be surprised if they tell you they cannot do anything. -
