Where is payment history

I got an debt from my account which I don't know what it is. I looked at my account and cannot find my payment history. There is a MyiTunes section that is disabled. When I enable it I see my iTunes purchases but I clicked on html code and it says paste in webpage. How do you do that. In safari pasted isn't highlighted. I would think leaving it on iTunes would be more secure than having it on a webpage.

I had the exact same problem last night - accidentally hit the purchase button twice and I ended up with two copies of an album at twice the price. Finally found a place to report the probelm on-line: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/browser/
I also told them that purchase history was not working and that when I finally did get there from a link on their site, the report a problem button didn't work. I hope they get this fixed soon. What a PITA.

How do I get payment history information?

You can see the purchase history on your account via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option on your computer's iTunes - though I'm not sure if in-app purchases and/or auto-renewing subscriptions will appear there

This is extremely alarming to hear! I need some clarification to help. What do you mean by the bill was terminated? Do you mean your services were stopped? Do you have a prepay or a postpay account with us?

  • Payment History for Customers

    Hi
there is a field in the customer master (KNB1-XZVER).  If this indicator is selected during the customer master creation, then the payment history gets updated and we can run the report using transaction code S_ALR_87012177, which is program RFDOPR20.
i got a requirement that even the KNB1-XZVER is not checked i need to generate a similar kind of payment history report  for customers.
I am analyzing which tables this program is retrieving the data from and if the data is not updated into these tables, is it possible to do it thru a custom program.
If any one has worked on this kind of requirement please suggest me the solution.
    regards
    rajani

    Hi
thanks for the reply.  As you said we can do the config from the new entries created for the customer master.
Now the user wants the payment history for the customers already created where the check box for payment history is not checked.
can you suggest me the solution for that?

  • Customer Payment History Caluclation of Arrears BackLog in Days

    Hi All,
Cn anybody explain me how does the system calculate the
Average BackLog in Days & Arrears in Forecast Days in Customer Payment History
    T-Code S_ALR_87012177
    Any material will also help.
    Regards
    Sunil

Program RFDOPR20 enables you to carry out a detailed analysis of the payment history of customers. It also contains a forecast of payment volumes and payment arrears, based on the existing payment history.
    Requirements
Information on the payment history of a customer is only stored in the system if you select the field Rec.pmnt.hist. in the company code-dependent area of the customer master record.
    Output
The following information on the payment history is displayed:
    Customer type
Using as a parameter the payment volume in the periods under consideration, the system determines whether the customer in question is generally a net payer or a cash discount payer.
The type of customer is determined as follows:
If the customer usually utilizes the full payment period without claiming a cash discount deduction, he is a net payer.
If the customer usually pays in time to claim a cash discount deduction, he is a cash discount payer.
    Arrears in days
The average days in arrears are determined as follows: Every incoming payment in the periods concerned is multiplied by its days in arrears. These amounts are added together and then divided by the total amount from all the incoming payments. This process ensures that the days in arrears are weighted by the payment amount.
Forecast for arrears in the next period
This forecast is based on the customer type that the system determined and attempts to make a forecast for the arrears in the subsequent period based on the payment volume data and the total resulting from the above mentioned calculation involving the payment and days in arrears. In this case, only data from the chosen periods is used.
To make this forecast, the system carries out separate forecasts for the payment volume and the total described above, and then determines the number of days in arrears by division.
Linear, logarithmic, exponential and potential models are used for the forecast, the optimal model being chosen in each case.
By choosing the menu option "Forecast" you can display more information, such as:
Payment volume in the periods under consideration
Trend for days in arrears (gradient of the curve for the days in arrears, based on the forecast value for the subsequent period)
Specifications on how the forecast was created (including a forecast for the payment volume in the subsequent period)
For the information described above, the entries for "Number of periods" and "With current period" are important. The "number of periods" determines how many periods are to be taken into account in the calculations (these are always the most recent periods). The current period, which is only taken into account if the checkbox "With current period" is marked, is an exception. If the current period is included, it distorts the forecast, if it contains postings which are not complete.
Further information offered by the program includes:
    Volume of open items
Breakdown of number of payments, payment volume and arrears by period, where the last values are both subdivided into payments with cash discount or net payments. In these cases, the days in arrears are determined by weighting the amounts by the volume of the payment in question. You can display the results as a bar chart by selecting the menu option "Graphic".

  • Business Content for "payment history and ageing report"

    Hi,
We have AP and AR modules implemented in R/3. And recently the client is implementing Collections Management module in R/3. There is a requirement which has come in which we need to provide the a report by customer the past payments made for the last 6 months and the recievables ageing for 1-30 days, more than 30 days and 90 days. A  sample is:
Division                 Past-due payment history                                            Receivables Ageing
    Customer         CM-5  CM-4  CM-3  CM-2  CM-1  CM                               1-30days   >30 days  90 days
    A                     04/10  05/10  06/10  07/10  08/10  09/10                            150          200       300
etc, where CM = Current Month
After going through the requirement we have found that data for this requirement can be taken from AR module itself as Collections Management data is not being used. In this scenario, if I want to develop a payment history and recievables aging report in BW from AR module, which data sources can be used. I am new the finanace module so if any links to good stuff is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks and Regards
    Vijay

0FI_AR_4 datasource is the BSID/BSAD line items from R3 and the standard DSOs and Content will give you the ability to do aged debtor reports
You will have to create your own aged debtor reports in WB as the std ones are pants.
You create an aging bucket for each aging based on the following example criteria..
CKF 0-30 days = RKF 0-30 Days Open + RKF 0-30 Days subsequently cleared
(ie you are tryign to restate the ledger to a point in time)
    RKF 0-30 Open is..
       posting date <= key date
       item status = 0
net due date on a constant selection of 0 and -30
    RKF 0-30 Subsequently cleared is..
       cleared date > key date
       posting date <- key date
net due date on a constant selection of 0 and -30
For payment History - I wouldn;t bother with the standard KNB5 extractor (although you can have a look at ti) _ I find it a bit too high a level
I would create a realised payment terms report which looks at the following calculations:
cleared date - net due date (realised payment terms)
net due date - doc date (offered payment terms)
And then create a query for all item status = C transactions which aren't payments (ie not equal to doc type DZ) and show the above calculations weighted per Customer Payment Term
Many ways to skin a cat - the two above will help you on your way

  • 12 Month Payment History

I am a lender and am using his Spotify account as a credit supplment for a new mortgage.  I need a letter from Spotify that shows that he has been current for the last 12 months.  We cannot use the payment history, it has to be a letter from Spotify.  I have tried and tried to contact the company, but I am getting no where.  I try to e-mail, but I just get bounced back to this site.  I NEED HELP.  Can someone please assist me?  Thank you!!

You have nothing to worry about. That portion of the contract is primarily if primarily for "at-risk" consumers with bad credit. Some banks who take chances with customers with bad credit require a long list of things such as references, proof of employment, proof of recidency and much more before actually releasing the money to the dealership and their approval is based on that information, therefore if they do not receive it within a timely matter then they will pull the funding. In your case SETF is not like that so rest easy and congrats on the new vehicle.

  • Credit Report Payment History

I'm trying to figure out how to bump my fair pmt history on 3 reports to good.  Ch 7 was discharged 11/14.  Currently have 5 cards-Credit One CL $700, Merrick CL $700, Barclyacard CL $1,500, Cap One CL $3,000, Cap One QS CL $3,000, Amazon Store CL $2,000.  Car pmt w Toyota.  I have only been allowing $10 to report on one card.  Would allowing $10 to report on more cards bump my payment history to good faster?  In the garden for now. Starting score 629/Current FICO 3  686/652/650.

Consult the courts where they were obtained to determine their actual status. If the courts tell you they are vacated, then dispute their reported status with the CRA's. Yes!

What is the difference between "viewable/ printable payment history" and my "payments received history"? Shouldn't my "payments received" (money verizon got from me) be my "payment history"?

I have not directly myself. One of the reps put me on hold while they said they spoke to finical services. He said they would not turn off my phone while he (the rep) looked into the problem. He couldn't give me a phone # to call him back the next day and told me he would call me instead on my home land line phone #. But what I got the next day was a text message that started with" DO NOT RESPOND" to this text message and it said that I was past due on my account, and that it was due immediately. signed out again with only his first name and no phone # again. Thing is he promised he could help in my first conversation with him, where I had started with "can I speak with a supervisor as I did not want to have to repeat the whole spiel again as he was going to be my third time". He said he was authorized to take care of all & any problems and I did not need a supervisor. I took him at his word and said OK. Turns out like I said earlier…I wasted 2 hours on the phone. Can't find him as I don't know what call center and no last name. I should have gotten that up info front. Hindsight is 20/20.

  • Invoice payment history report

I'm looking for a report that will show me the payment history (open items and cleared items) that corresponds to an invoice or a list of invoices. I have played around with a couple of standard SAP reports and I don't find them to be all that pretty or easy to use.
Does anyone have a custom report that they've built to gather this information and would be willing to share? Or, even better yet, does anyone know of an SAP function module or report that gives this information in a reasonably nice format?
I am looking for detailed information on each payment if possible.
    Thank you,
    Andy

Naimesh, thank you for the quick reply. I have checked out that transaction and it is a good start for me. I'm hoping someone might have located or created a report that is more specific to this particular function that I am thinking of.
If not, this will work well as a starting point.

    Andy

  • S_ALR_87012085-Vendor Payment History

We are using the report S_ALR_87012085-Vendor Payment History with OI sorted Items. We could get the report ouput as we need with ageing 0-30,30-60 etc but with the exisitng layout as it flows over many pages and is therefore not printable.
We need one line per vendor so they can easily print the report.
Is there a way this could be meet by changing layout instead of getting big lines of address and all.Or anyother report meets this requirement.

    Hello,
if this requirement does not suffice your requirement,
You can create your own FORM using FKI4 - Refer FKI5 or FKI6 for your ference.
You assign this FORM using FKI1 - Refer FKI2 or FKI3 for your reference.
You can design your form more flexibily and incorporate formulas also.
    Hope this is informative.

    Ravi

    HI
I am working on implementation project and my client requires to upload the Payment History in the credit control area. We are only updating the A/R opening balance from the legacy system and no transactions data are uploaded.  Please advise how to upload the payment history from the legacy system.
    Regards
    Murali

    Hi Ravi
    Thanks for the info.
The payment history is not an input field in FD32 and it is updated through an internal program based on FI payment posting in A/R.  My question was to find out whether there is any standard transaction to upload the payment history

    Hi,
Check if program: FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS (under t.code FDM_COLL_SEND01 in integ. with AR) also runs regularly, check out the log of job if you are running program automatically.
This program transfers FI-AR data to Collection management, and only then the worklist gets updated with invoice/payment data. The selection to run this program should be radio button "Periodic Data Transfer".
    regards,
    Tejas.
