Why do I have 2 album menus

Figured I'd finally give in and ask. My 5th gen iPod, currently on 7.03 has had a number of problems with the music app for a while now.
1 - One of the oddest as referenced in the title is that when I open up the music app on the iPod the bottom menu selections include:
     Playlists, Artists, Albums, Albums, more
     I can go to more, edit, and then move songs onto the list, but even that master list has two album options, and if I then turn the iPod off and on, sync it, or on      occation simply close and reopen music the second menu heading returns, and I am forced to re-add the song selection to the list. Very annoying and no      clue to what's causing it. (Has happened consistently since 7.0, started before iOS 7 was installed though)
2 - My Album art has huge sync issues. At one point during a sync every piece of album art was missplaced, happened multiple times, and had to fix by      syncing each album one at a time to fix. Currently better, but still have a large number of albums with incorrect art (which makes the new cover flow useless).
     If I delete any album with wrong artwork from the ipod and then resync that album it's fine. Any idea what's going on? (Also started before iOS 7 but still      exist)
I've got some other issues but they seem better documented as having no fix, and these two are constant banes on my use of the device for it's intended purpose.

Pics taken with the iphone are not part of the sync process at all.
You should be importing these to your computer regularly as you would from any digital camera.

The first thing i saw after i install new version of iTunes, it showed only music files. I don't know where to look for the old version of Sidebar. I keep on trying to look for it where I can see or any sign off button just to show up this stupid SideBar. Also, why i couldn't find? The "Menu Bar" is also hide!
Until i found out in "View" tab. Then i saw the Show Sidebar. Question? why do you need to hide that Side Bar? For what?. it is so so so complicated specially to those people who can't relate for this. (Also the button (from previous iTunes) to show the Album Art, now it's gone. I check every Tab, but there's no way to see the Album Art.)
Another comment. I download also some of my songs to my iPod, I wasted my time to collect all of my favorite music files. Also some are came from CD's and friends. I had all that favorite music in my iPod. Then the version iOS 5.+ came then I updated my iPod, another options to save files (iCloud) but I think there are something that I MISS about updating my iPod. Then suddenly I checked my iPod... all music (with Album Arts) are gone. All Apps are Gone. Videos as well.
If you don't know how to use that iCloud (with only 5GB storage), you'll gonna miss/lost everything.
Then I start all over again, i still have my BACK UP, good to have that. Now it's all set until I update the latest iOS 6. And another version of iTunes.
Then I realized my computer getting slow. I uninstalled it. My laptop started to work fast again. Then I download again the iTunes. So now I know, it has the ability to slow my computer. Everytime I turn on my iTunes, it hang. (Not Responding). Solution... CTRL+ALT+DELETE. Then every second time to open the iTunes, and it works. (it means, to open iTunes, need twice)
Then suddenly my laptop is not working. All my files has been corrupted. My Hard drive doesn't work properly. Now I don't have any stupid BACK UPs. My music files usage is 18 GB, only contacts, documents, notes, or some other files that can only fit to your "iCloud" not my 18GB music files and other photos. Your solution is to BUY more storage. Another COST! Another wasting time to set everything then need to pay more?
If you let your unit (iPod,iPhone,iPad) to export music to PC, or any mini SDcard to use as storage, it won't happen.

It has Bluetooth, right?
Use less! Doesn't work. There's no way to use it.
All I need is to install an application to use your bluetooth. (for same unit or Apple unit only). And pictures only can send via Bluetooth if you an application.
Even if you go to "Photos" check if there's a way to send pictures? there is no way to send via Bluetooth, even Photos, Songs.etc. It can't even share some other friends (even they have own iPad, iPod, iPhone or same products) who has a unit with Bluetooth.
And the last.. only one port. there's no way to watch videos through HDMI. No HDMI port, no SD or any card slot. Must to buy their products.
Very costly!
I know (like iPod) it's very friendly to use it, but you must spend more money first before it can use.

Yes, the old album art view is gone, bu you can see the album art for a song that's playing by clicking on the art image and it will open a bigger view.
Everything else in your post is a waste. I'm not going to spend time reading it. If - and I repeat if, you have a question on how to get the best out of the new look iTunes, post it. But don't spend your time in long rambling negative rants.

Are you talking about iTunes Match? If so, you don't have to download entire albums, all you have to do is play the songs you want to hear.
If you're asking why you have to download the music at all rather than just playing it from iCloud, the music has to be stored locally on your device, either in permanent or cache memory, in order for your device to play it.

If you have manually manage set, you do not sync.
If you want to sync, select the content desired to sync and sync.
This is all covered in the User's Guide.

What happens when you try to download the album, and how are you trying to download it ?
You aren't charged at the time of pre-ordering, only when it is released - you are only charged for items when they become available (e.g. if tracks were released ahead of the actual album then you would be charged for those tracks), between pre-ordering and release you could cancel the pre-order so you can't be charged until release.

If the album shows on your purchase history then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes download it, and/or does it show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the store homepage for downloading ?

You choose (in your iTunes Library - Device/Photos) which folder to Sync with your iPod. If that folder has any sub-folders in it, then your iPod will show the Photo Library which will contain all the photos in all the sub folders. But if you want to look only at one specific folder, scroll down from Photo Library to the folder name and look in that.
There is only one copy of each of the photos on your iPod. But, you can either browse all the photos as one "library" or you can browse just one specific folder.
It is not an error, or an install problem.

Photos you take on your camera are in the Camera Roll and are like the film in a camera.
Photo Stream is an independent stream of photos from all devices that are logged onto the same iCloud account and that have Photo Stream turned on. Photo Stream photos are kept in the cloud for 30 days or up to 1000 photos, whichever comes first, so unless you have a particular photo you just don't want to stay out there for 30 days, you don't really need to delete Photo Stream Photos. They are temporary. Your device will continue to keep your Photo Stream photos from prior to the 30 day limit, but if you switch Photo Stream off in iCloud and then right back on, the only photos that will re-display in Photo Stream on that device are the ones that remain within the 30 Day/1000 photo parameter.
Collections is simply a single place which shows all of the photos that you have on your device. You do not need to delete photos from Collections. It is just a single place where you can see the contents of all of your albums.
Photos in albums that you have created on the device itself are tied to the photos in your Camera Roll, so if you delete them from the Camera Roll, it will tell you that it will also be deleted from an album.
Albums that you have sync'd from your computer should be removed the same way you got them there - by hooking the device up to a the computer you did the sync with, and un-selecting the album from the Photo profile screen.
So, really, there are only two places that you need to delete photos - Camera Roll and Photo Stream.

Why SharePoint 2013 have only 2 level global navigation ??

I just want to know why SharePoint 2013 have 2 levels of global navigation hierarchy by default. Is it possible to make it up to 3,4 levels.
For example:
Main Site -> Subsite -> Subsite Nodes -> Subsite Nodes Subsite -> Child Nodes & so on
Something like above hierarchy.

Yes, you can absolutely have more than 2 levels of navigation. You will need to update your master page through to allow for more dynamic levels of navigation.

Also be aware that there was a bug in SP2013 where only two levels of navigation would ever show. This was fixed last year.

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Hi, why do I have 27.3 gb even if I only have 115 pics, (just removed 4,000 + pictures). I emptied the trash from iphoto and the finder, restarted, launched Disk Utilities and restarted the computer. Where are these old files hiding? How can I remove them? Thanks, Cynthia

I assume that the 115 pictures report is from iPhoto in event view? one way this can happen is deleting photos from albums rather than events which only removes them from the album - not from the disk
Also do you have an iPhoto? I do not but the re have been reports of the iPhoto cache building up a lot of photos and space - quit iPhoto and in the finder go to your pictures folder and right right click (control click on a single button mouse) on the iPhoto library and select the "show package contents" option - you can put this in list view and sort by size or look (do not touch anything) for the iPhone cache - if it is there and large drag it to the desktop and launch iPhoto - if it is fine and happy and your size is correct there delete the iPhone cache from your desktop

Ok I had this problem, and for me at least what happened was that not all the album artwork was attached to all songs on the album. So if you right click one of the albums you are having an issue with, the click artwork tab, and go through each song on the album, if it is missing from any of them it will not sync properly to any device. Find the songs that have the artwork, and then right click to copy it, then go to songs without it, and right click in the blank box and paste it in there. Then once finished with any issues you are having sync iPod, this should fix the problem. It worked for me, and it was unbelievably frustrating to know I have the artwork, but it wasn't showing up anywhere on the iPod. Hopefully this fixes the issue for you, like it did for me!

If you used iTunes to get the photos on the phone, then use the same iTunes and uncheck the music you don't want and do another sync.
