Why does my custom device break only when VeriStand tries to run it?

I have a custom device, it's been working for awhile now, today I made some changes to add some more functionality and now VeriStand tells me the RT driver is no longer executable.
I didn't change my build configuration or add any functionas that might bring in some external DLL or something that might be linking incorrectly.
Any thoughts to how I might go about narrowing this down. The problem is only at runtime in VeriStand. The built LLB has no issues, the development source has no issues, it's only when VeriStand tries to deploy that there is an issue so there has to be something that's not linked properly yes?
The system is not RT, it's just deploying on Windows using a PXIe.
Post CLD and when I'm a CLA when someone asks who I am, I can spin around in my chair and say "I am... the architect."

I don't know for sure the exact cause, but I ended up just eliminating portions of the driver code piece by piece to narrow down what was causing the issue. It turned out to be a debug VI that I've used many times before in various projects, but which contains the "Call Chain" LabVIEW primitive, but aside from that, it's just some simple string manipulation. So I don't know if it was just some random edge case that only occurred when executing under VeriStand's own underlying LabVIEW code but for whatever reason, it was breaking the driver VI.
So, solved the problem, but the cause, I can't quite say.
Post CLD and when I'm a CLA when someone asks who I am, I can spin around in my chair and say "I am... the architect."

I am monitoring a piece of hardware using VISA and my app. works fine when highlight execution is turned on. My app. is to constantly write and read data however it seems to read incorrectly off the serial port when highlight execution is off. I have tried adding a wait to the read and also flushing the buffer before and after it completes one cycle of write/read. Any ideas? I'm stuck.

Sorry about wasting your time if youve tried to solve it. I wasnt waiting long enough between successive write and reads.

Why does my iMac screen flicker only when using Safari? It doesn't happen with Firefox.

Yesterday, I had an issue with OS X, causing my screen to go black upon waking up my pc. Come to find out through the Apple Forum, that when the OS X was originally installed, it was not a complete install. Once I received the fix solution, completing the OS X install, (10.9.3) everything was back to normal, so it seemed.
Now, when using Safari, the whole page flickers and so forth, including the address bar. I never had problems with the screen prior to this. Also, it doe not occur when using Firefox.
Is there a fix for this? or an adjustment that can be made. This never happened prior to the OS X install, which was about 2 months ago.

Troubleshoot Safari extensions ..
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

Why does app mgr "fail to install" when it tries to update itself?

I have reinstalled the app mgr, as instructed on the CC web site, as it was supposedly corrupted (although it worked fine a couple of hours ago). Whenever I try to download PS CC, the app mgr goes through trying to update itself and "fails to install," so I can't even begin to download any other app. (Running Windows 7 on a Dell laptop, 64-bit. I have several CS6 apps.)

There is no app mgr in the Control Panel list of programs; it is gone. (Of
course, I've purchased the LR 5 upgrade, and it is not on the list either,
though it is installed, not from the Cloud, and seems to work.) There is a
newly downloaded app mgr 7.0 shortcut on my desktop, but it can't find the
program itself. There's an app mgr updater that runs its course; but since
the app can't be found, it's hard to know what it is updating. Trying to
download anything (even just the Creative Cloud desktop connection) from
the web site doesn't work--clicking a download button produces nothing at
all, not even an error message.
CC Cleaner does not give an option to clean the CC items without also
working on CS6 apps. I do NOT want to risk losing or corrupting my various
CS6 apps or the data associated with them.
My Cloud files are still fine, but I can't upload anything new or download
anything that's there.
There really needs to be a solution to this situation that does not require
large transfers of data or the risk of losing older (and functioning)
programs.

I'd had a crazy long all-nighter session sorting out images for a client, then decided - when I should have simply gone to bed - to set up the new photoshop. At the very start I made a silly mistake, tried to sort it out then decided to call it a day, responding to your remarks with the problem still in my head but feeling more and more tired.
Responded again to your comment earlier with the problem still in my head but not in front of me on the screen - however with a fresh head I just turned it all on, opened up PS and today could instantly see what was going on - Oops!

Wi-Fi disconnects or signal strength is less than expected
Move closer to the Wi-Fi router (access point).

Why does my iPod keep on crashing when I run high memory apps? I have a 32 gb 4th gen iPod Touch with only 11gb used, and I currently run 6.1.5 Everytime I run a high memory app, without fail it crashes. These apps include but are not limited to instagram, infinity blade, subway surfer, gmail, clear vision 3, dropbox, and even Safari has crashed on multiple occasions. I tried resetting the settings and that seemed to work for about a day but now I'm back at square one.

Periodically double click the home button and close all the apps in the recently used dock. Then power off and then back on the iPod. This frees up memory. The 4G only has 256 MB of memory.
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

This has been always bothering me for some time already. Whenever I open my macbook air in our university it always warns me to restart my device. When I do the same thing happens over and over again until it reached 27 reports.

I'd make a sound too if i was put into a bag haha.
Only thing i could think of it it has a mind of its own or your putting your computer to sleep. Try shutting down your mac before placing in your bag and see if that changes things.

I'm having the same problem too. I cannot sync or update over wireless or wired connections ever since I installed the most recent iTunes update. iTunes goes through the complete OS 5.0.1 download only to tell me the connection has timed out just when it seems ready to install. I've since reinstalled iTunes, I've ejected and done hard restarts on both my problem devices. I've disabled anti-virus, anti-malware, and firewall. No change in outcome except that, after doing all this, my final attempt to simply sync my 1st Gen iPad led to iTunes crashing and being automatically closed by windows just before finishing the final step. Is this a cruel joke, because I'm certain I can hear iTunes laughing at me for wasting so much time on this.

I have a 24 second clip I layered in Ps and when I import the psd into Pr THE SEQUENCE IS ALWAYS ONLY 10 SECONDS!
How can I change this? Why does this happen? I really need to know as soon as possible. I have a video project due this Wednesday (granted it's for an AV class where I'm just learning Pr. But I can learn VERY FAST!)

Just in case I wasn't clear in my last line "just Click-drag on the Tail of your .PSD to set the desired Duration," once you have Imported your .PSD (as Footage), just drag it to the Timeline, Click-drag on the right-hand margin (the Tail) and stretch out its Duration, as is required.
Now, if you Imported as a Sequence, open that Sequence's Timeline, and do the same.
I normally will set my Edit>Preferences>Still Duration to about what I think will be applicable, do my Import, and then with the Info Panel handy, just alter the Duration to suit.

Word 2013 uses its own pdf creator engine as far as I know. The step I performed were:
1 - In the save settings I told word to embed fonts (sorry for the language, I have the Italian client)
2 - Export from Word -> Save As -> .pdf adding also the table of contents/index
N.B. I cannot use PDF/A, and in any case it doesn't embed the font
A working solution is to use Acrobat XI to convert it or print with Adobe PDF printer, results:
The problems are 2:
1 - It doesn't create any bookmark and doesn't create links from the table of images to the linked images
2 - Images, also with the preset "High Quality Printing" customized using "No compression", are really ugly and if you zoom a bit more than 100% they totally be s**t. It wasn't that way with PDF created by word.
In the end, or I find they way to open the pdf created by word and embedd the missing font, or I find a way to make Acrobat XI creating bookmarks from the word file.
Suggestion?
