Why no addon for volumn button paging Ala maxthon?

It complicates things. Firefox can produce audio thus overloading the volume buttons will cause confusion. The on a page that produces audio then trying to do the 'right' thing becomes difficult. I can think of a handful of ways it could behave and they all have ugly interactions.

Why not autoskip for radio buttons? and the update_allowed FALSE issue

I would so dearly love there to be autoskip for radio buttons. (forms 11.1.1.4 jre 6...24) There is no autoskip property for the radio group nor for the individual buttons.
I don't find an easy way to emulate it either. Or am I missing something?
Anyone else solve this problem already? When the user selects a radio choice I want the focus to move
to the next enabled item on the form. You can do this with text items but not with radio groups. (In some cases the radio group has a when-radio-changed trigger
that enables/disables following items). This would all be a lot easier if radio groups just had autoskip. I wonder why they don't?
BTW the following has cost me a huge amount of time. In 6i it was the case in my experience that if you
disabled an item like this:

Well right now 11.1.1.4 for autoskip for radio buttons this seems to be working ok. Crossing my fingers!

have before scope) with a simple next_item in there.
Where I was having problems before was next_item-ing onto disabled items. There was some kind of issue
with lov's. I'm having less trouble raising the lov programmatically. but also I had the problem that
items were getting set non-update_allowed without my realization.

IOS 5: why not have both volume buttons operate camera?

I think it would be so much better than only the volume up button serving to operate the shutter. Because when you hand your phone to someone who isn't familiar with an iPhone, it would be so much easier to just say "hit either round button" than "hit the round button with the + sign".
Yeah, it's a minor point, but something that would be simple to implement and it doesn't seem to have any drawbacks to it. I don't recall the volume down button having any other double duties.

T30 - Drivers for ThinkPad and Volume buttons.

Hi, I've just obtained a T30 2366 FG1 Laptop and need some assistance finding the drivers for the ThinkPad and Volume Buttons.
The PC has had XP Pro installed, but without and ThinkPad specific drivers - hence why the kays don't function. I also have one Unknown Device in device manager, but have no idea what this device could be.
The Wifi, NIC and Modem all seem to have been detected so I'm not sure how I can find out what driver is required.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Please try download System Update. All necessary prerequisites are mentioned below the Link.
I would suggest to install hotkey driver, Productivity Center, Levono Help Center, powermanger driver, powermanager and Access Connections.

- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.
Try the following to rule out a software problem
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.

My macbook aluminum used to make a noise from the speakers when I pressed the volume up/down buttons on the keyboard. They don't anymore. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Go into System Preferences -> Sound -> Sound Effects and turn on the feedback sounds for volume change.

Sent in my iPod Touch for repair because of lower volume button, and...

...Apple is sending it back to me because "No problems found." I sent in my iPod because the bottom volume button was at first hard to press and now it only works sometiems when I press it. I CLEARLY described that the bottom volume button only works half of the time and I took the time to give them my iPod so I basically just gave them my iPod for no reason? Recurring theme with the 4s losing alerts except for the phone ringing. Most complaints seem to center on the 7.1 upgrade. The fix is dodgy, putting in a charger, playing a you tube video then pulling out the charger and wiggling it until you get the sound back. When you get the sound back, the volume buttons start to work again. Alternate solutions involve cleaning the docking port with a toothbrush, running a pick over the electrodes etc.

How much would a repair for an unresponsive volume button cost for an iPad 3?

The volume button for decreasing the volume as stopped working and has been unresponsive to restarting the my 3rd gen iPad, and doing a hard shut down. My AppleCare warranty for my device has expired and I would like to know how much a repair for this would cost. It should be noted that the button for increasing he volume still works but since the buttons are technically one button on the device my assumption is that both buttons would have to be replaced. If you could shed some light on whether I should repair my iPad or buy the iPad Air, (whichever one seems cheapest or most cost effective in the long run). I am posting my refined query here in continuation to my post Fundamental and crucial drawback with Flex in Flex India Community as my last refined query was left unanswered though I feel there is a definite sense of purpose to it.
Why plugin/addon concept for Runtime Shared Libraries not implemented in Flex?
Here is why I feel it should be implemented in Flex.
Though Runtime Shared Libraries SWF file can be cached in the client browser and just need to be loaded only once when the user access a Flex application for the first time,

While still retaining the cacheability of RSL's for compatibility reasons, flex should give the flexibility and thereby enhance performance by offering RSL's as a plugin/addon.

I finally skimmed through the links you posted. The terms plugin and addon
are not in either of the articles so I'm unclear what you are suggesting.
The topic seems to be about application performance. The Flash Player
supports a cross-domain cache of actionscript libraries separate from the
browser cache. Each official release of Flex contains a set of these
libraries. As new Flash Player versions or new Flex versions are released,
and users visit sites utilizing those new versions, the browser picks up the
latest Flash Player and the Flash Player picks up the latest Flex libraries.
These days, it only takes a few months for a new Flash Player to achieve
major saturation in browsers although it still takes a bit longer for Flex
libraries to achieve saturation.
Adobe will soon be hosting these libraries so if you build your application
to leverage these libraries, you will find that the total download from your
server will be minimized, limited to only your application code and assets,
although you might want to serve the libraries in case they are not already
in the cache if you see high latency to the Adobe servers on a cache miss.
The SWF or SWFs you do serve off your servers should be optimized through
normal good application development practices. Flex provides features such
as deferred instantiation in its ViewStack and Accordion containers to defer
the creation of objects until viewed. Flex has a ModuleManager to allow you
to not download parts of your application until they are needed. A
model-view or MVC architecture will make it easier to create modular
boundaries within your application and leverage these features.
If I have not addressed your concerns please describe your issue in more
detail.
