Wiki system errors
In the latest days, I often recieve error messages, when I try to use the wiki. Things like
lib/DbaDatabase.php:54: Fatal[256]: dba_open(/home/judd/public_html/db/wiki_pagedb.gdbm,w): Driver initialization failed for handler: gdbm: Can't be writer
* file: /home/judd/public_html/db/wiki_pagedb.gdbm
* mode: w
* handler: gdbm
lib/DbaDatabase.php:54: Fatal[256]: dba_open(/home/judd/public_html/db/wiki_pagedb.gdbm,w): Driver initialization failed for handler: gdbm: Can't be writer
* file: /home/judd/public_html/db/wiki_pagedb.gdbm
* mode: w
* handler: gdbm
iphitus wrote:why would you use gdbm when theres mysql installed on the server?
The stable branch of phpwiki at that time didn't support mysql. Just dbm files.
Once begun, there was no clear path of migration away from the old format. At least, that is my understanding.
I have been working on a couple of scripts to try dumping the data out of the dbm file. I can dump the plain wiki text just fine. Dumping to html format is a little tricky, as I am not sure the parser I have is working quite right..
I heard a rumor that moin moin has a migration tool for phpwiki, but I have not confirmed the fact.

Unable to create a Wiki - System Error!
Hi,
I have been trying to add a couple of child pages to some parent (main) pages.
I can enter the page name and enter the text (say).
When I click on save it gives me an 'system error!' message.
What could be the cause? Is there anyone who also is getting that error or it is just confined to me?
Best regards,
Harsh DaveThanks Hilit for your efforts!
Hilit wrote: 1. I've checked the permissions of the "The new Enhancement Framework and the new kernel-based BAdI" Wiki, you are supposed to able to edit it. This, in addition to the fact that you had managed to edit it before, leads me to think that maybe it was a temporary bug. Did you try to re-edit it after a couple of hours/days?
1. I tried to re-create wiki couple of times after the first time I encountered that situation. Since a week, I am trying daily but the situation remained same as before.
I hope that should be a temporary 'bug'.
Hilit wrote: 2. Regarding the other Wikis- can you recall whether the "The new Enhancement Framework..." and the "BTE - Business Transaction Event" were child pages of "Enhancements and Modifications...." also before you had this error? (i.e. when you managed to add the child pages in earlier times) ? In other words, is it a part of your error or was this said regardless?
Also, please note that the child page of "Enhancements and Modifications...." is actually a COPY of "The new Enhancement Framework...".
2. The wikis in the second point. I did not see that before as I attempted to add child pages recently and not anytime earlier. So, I am unaware of the situation that time .
This is the first time I am adding as child pages under "Enhancements and Modifications..." and "BTE - Business Transaction Event"
If you need more clarifications please give feedback!

Any updates or possibilities?

Photoshop "Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error.
Originally installed adobe photoshop cs. This couldn't be activated and support was contact they advised to uninstall and install adobe photoshop cs2 with a serial number provided that was provided with the link. CS couldn't be uninstalled due to the following errors 'epmty temp folder' (which was done) 'program may be in use' (it wasn't) 'no internet connectivity' (internet connectivity was active). Support couldn't assist with this. So Cs2 was installed and activated successfully. However as soon as photoshop is started the following error is displayed "Unable to continue because of a hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable." I've reset prefences and also removed the nvidia video driver after reading a thread photoshop has known issues with nvidia drivers. Also tried logging in an another user. I am now out of ideas as to what to try to get this to work. Can anyone suggest anything that may get this resolved.

You mention a link. Did you download the special CS2 installation file, and not use an original CS2 file?
Your system originally had CS on it? CS is ten years old. How old is the computer you are using?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adobe_Photoshop#CS
How does this system stack up with the minimum requirements for CS2?
http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/system-requirements-photoshop.html#main_ Older_Versions
Remember these are _minimum_ requirements, which in reality means not even close!
If you think your system should be up to it, do what Station said, and give us a very full description of your system and operating system. (Unless it is Windows XP. ) -
Payload at Adapter for System Errors - SOAP receiver adapter
Hi Everybody,
I am working on an Idoc to SOAP asynchronous scenario.
There are connection issues between SOAP adaper and the target webservice.
I need to capture the Idoc number from the message payload for the Erroneous messages at the adapter for the System errors.
Is there any way of capturing field values from the payload (Say, Idoc number) at the SOAP receiver Adapter level.
Helpful answers will be rewarded points.
Thanks & Regards,
ZabiullaHey,
I think you need to implement a module inorder to get the payload at receiver adapter module.
As far i concern you can not directly refer the payload in adapter in receiveer communication channel unless you have your own module, which gets the payload. Check the Modules tab in the communication channel and also regarding how to get the payload for error information, follow the steps mentioned in the below link, which gets the payload in file. hop it will resolve your issue.

This is a tool that i've been working on for a couple of days, it needs work (so no flames) I want to make a similar linux compatable version aswell...
It's basically a tool that I think network administrators and pen-testers / ethical hackers alike would find usefull all comments welcome, it has the following features:
Ping computer
net view
nslookup
net users
tracert
syskey encryption
remote desktop
netstat
remote shutdown
ping of deathScreenshot -->

(maybe it'll have something to do with *.jar)(??) Jars are useful for deployment, however at the moment you just need to be able to compile and run the application from the command line. So I would not worry about Jars just yet.
Now do you have a question, or is this just a request for someone to review your code?
If the latter:
button1 is never a good name for a button.
You might want to look at Actions & AbstractAction rather than the large if statement.
Most of the code is copy & paste code. You might want to have a RunCommandAction. -

System error in Funds Management update
Dear you,
Have anyone seen the following when updating FM from FI document:
"System error:Funds management update (FMRI, CHECK_WE_RE)"
Any ideas what to do?
Thanks
SonjaHi there,
The update problem occurs both if we try to post with FB50L or if I try to make a transfer of FI postings in FM. This all happens in the new installation where we plan to use new GL and FM.
This note you gave did not ring a bell for me
The error message is FI057. But we have not yet found a suitable note.
Therefore any ideas are still welcomed. -

I have tried searching for a solution here but it seems that no one else is experiencing this issue (unless I over looked a post). I see nothing about this in the news section of the home page so it might not be a common issue.

PI 7.11 - How to create a System Error in SXMB_MONI using a Java Mapping
Hi
We ve go a Java Mapping in a File-to-HTTP Scenario. It works perfect except of one error case: if an empty source file or a source file with the wrong structure is delivered. In this case our Java Mapping forwards an empty payload to the HTTP channel. So, for PI is the mapping successful.
I'd like to recognize this case and invoke a system error in the SXMB_MONI, so that this mapping will be stopped and our alerting concept informs the users. I know, how to recognize the case in Java but need to know how to create the System Error Status in the PI System.
Thanks in advance
MichaelHi Michael,
Please refer here for the mapping API description:
http://help.sap.com/javadocs/NW04S/SPS09/pi/com/sap/aii/mapping/api/package-summary.html
You can use the StreamTransformationException exception describet there to raise an error from your Java mapping. Direct link:
http://help.sap.com/javadocs/NW04S/SPS09/pi/com/sap/aii/mapping/api/StreamTransformationException.html
You might also consider using the "Empty-File Handling" option in sender file CC to avoid processing empty files by PI.
Hope this helps,

FI Archiving - System error: Customer/vendor line item not on OI basis
While archiving FI Documetns using object FI_Documnt, I am getting message System error: Customer/vendor line item not on OI basis for few non archivable documents. Is it like these also open items and can not be able to archive them. Or what is the root cause of these error message.
Regards,
ShaileshHi Adisha,
This error pertains to the accounting fundamentals and SAP does not have anything to do with this....you ask yourself that if you were not using SAP and simlar problem came your way what would you have done...this has no solution...
Either you wait for the next invoice with big amount but which seems bit impractical..
In this we really need to consult the Accounting Standards to see what it could allow.
