Workflow Error when PO is in Edit mode

Hi ,
Please suggest me a solution for the following scenario :
PO is subjected to workflow as per the Release Strategy.
But when someone is Editing the PO while the Workflow user is executing the Workitem for PO Release,I am receiving a error saying that PO is blocked by another user and the workitem disappears from users inbox.How to avoid this situation.

Same PO can not be edit by more than one person, so only this happening, This is the std. feature.

JQuery-Script only working when WebPart is in Edit Mode

Hi there,
so I developed some custom functionality with SPServices that works fine in my dev-environment. Now Im trying to deploy it in the productive environment and Ive struggled for several hours but cant get it to work.

I insert the code inside of a simple form webpart.
When the webpart / website is in edit mode, the code executes fine.
When its not in edit mode, the jquery functions work, but the spservices functions do not seem to work. I get the error "Das Objekt unterstützt diese Eigenschaft oder Methode nicht." (in english its something like "The object does not support

I searched nearly the whole Internet and tried different solutions.
I wrapped the $(document).ready(function() {}) like this: ExecuteOrDelayUntilScriptLoaded(function() {}, "sp.js");
And I tried writing the code directly to the webpart page via sharepoint designer. It does not work then either and I even cant enter edit mode.
I found out, that the masterpage-Template is also referencing a jQuery-Instance (v 1.4.2), so I tried disabling the reference in my script, but the result is the same.
I also tried referencing the scripts via absolute URLs, without success.
The references to the scripts seem to work (I can click them in sharepoint designer). I just dont know why it is not working. If you have any further suggestions or have any idea how to tear this problem down, or find out whats maybe causing it, please let
me know because Im really clueless right now...

OK it seems like I got it to work with the following:
I just wrapped my entire code inside of

and now it works. Im really happy, that it finally works... Seems like some other javascript (maybe referenced by the master template?) is overwriting the $.

Error when starting Weblogic in debug mode

Hi there
Has anyone experienced any difficulties when starting weblogic in debug mode.
More specifically, it cannot start correctly because it thinks that another instance
is using the same port (definately not the case).
Any clues/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Workflow error when submitting Employment Verification Letter in ESS Portal

in ESS Portal, when trying to send the employment verification letter by mail I get a workflow error in ECC. Error occurs in workflow template WS01000045 (Employment and Salary Verification) task TS00408262 (PF: Find basic pay). The employee submitting the verification letter request is an active employee, has infotype 105 data in the system, and has basic pay data in the system.
workflow log (SWI1) shows the "Basic Pay" object available and when double clicking on the object, it brings me to PA20 where I can see the Basic Pay infotype with correct data.
Can someone help?
note: the employee is Canadian, in case this matters.

Have you created the resposibilities for the rule 60100010 becuase if you observe the rule it will determine the agents by using the category Agent Determination: Reponsibilities so i think you missed to create responsibilities

How to know when page is in edit mode ?

Hello,
I've written a custom item (plsql) and want to display somthing different when the page is in edit mode (url contains mode=16). I've tried to get the GETQUERY context var but it only displays the pageid ... the rest of the url is missing. Is there another var or some other api I can use to get this information ?

I have already checked for VA02 -> Line item -> Environment ->changes. It show changes related to fields available in VA02.
But it is not showing changes related to Serial number change.
I have also checked with table CDHDR, CDPOS. But the data related to change in serial number of SO line item is not captured in those tables also.
Is there any other way to know?

WorkFlow Error when publishing

Hello,
I am having errors publishing workflows. This was working and all of a sudden stopped. From the error message I am taking it as a permissions issue?
Here is the code it spits out:

For your issue, Re-register the workflow service using command:
Register-SPWorkflowService -SPSite 'https://myhost/mysite' -WorkflowHostUri 'https://workflowhost' -AllowOAuthHttp -Force
Reopened SharePoint Designer again and test again.

Once you are satisfied that the origin is satisfactory it is best to select the option worded something like - always accept from this site.
In my experience it is always more reliable to use the SMTP server which matches your From name. The one exception is running your own SMTP server on a fixed IP.
Check that your Mail SMTP settings have the correct, name, password, security and port.

[iPhone] Not hiding cell accessories when table is in editing mode

I've got a UITableView, and I want the cells to show disclosure indicators when the table is in editing mode... is there a way to do this? I've implemented this line
- (UITableViewCellAccessoryType)tableView:(UITableView *)aTableView accessoryTypeForRowWithIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath {
return UITableViewCellAccessoryDisclosureIndicator;
but the accessories are still hidden. Is there a property of the table I'm missing somewhere?

Premiere cs4 exporting audio problem when I use desktop editing mode

Hi.... I recently use a desktop editing mode when I create my new sequence ! I have a 480X270 16/9 ratio.... so when I export my sequence FLV in encoder... everything is ok for audio setting ... but when I put my movie on the Internet or just playback in adobe media player, I have no sound !!!! I don't know what is the problem....

I think that everything was ok in audio setting if i see my setting, but when i use a default sequence setting and I export I have sound.... when i use desktop sequence setting i lost my sound when i export !!!!!!

PSE7 - Error when open the quick edit tab

I have installed PSE7 on my new pc (xp). Since the installation I get an error message when I open the quick editor. (see attachment)
I uninstalled PSE7 and tried to clean the registry with the CS3_clean_script. After that I installed PSE7 again, but I got the same error message.
I also got the error when I loggin with a othe admin user.
What can I do?

I know you have tried it once before as well, but try to uninstall and then check if any file/folder/registry is remaining even after the uninstallation by cross verifying from the below link:

Oracle 10gr2 rac, ora-12545 error when configured in shared server mode

Hi i have fresh installation on two node rac on linux, with oracle 10gr2. It is running successfully, when i configure it in shared server mode and try to connect from client it gives error ora_12545:
I have referred the oracle metalink notes and configured the local_listener as well as the remote_listener,
still it is giving the error. I am able to tnsping all the entries on tnsnames.ora,
i m also able to ping the hostnames,
It connects most of the times succeessfully but some times it gives the error.
how to solve this problem,

Basically this error means you misspelled the hostname or typed a wrong IP Address.

I suggest you to check the dispatcher instance parameter.

Approval workflow error when creating a new custom entity in FIM 2010 R2

i'm hoping somebody here can help, me i've been struggling with this for some time now. On a fresh FIM installation i create a custom entity named "Role" and add a few custom attributes.
I then create an approval workflow and MPR for normal users to create entities of type Role, but another user must approve this request. The other user has a working mailbox - i've tried firing an action workflow that sends a mail notification when someone
creates a new role and it is working fine. But, when i enable my approval workflow (the only field i changed from default is the approver) on the MPR, the workflow always failes with the message:
Error processing your request: The operation was rejected because of access control policies.
Reason: The server workflow rejected the operation.

Getting a COM error when calling MenuItemExecute in batch mode

I support an internal document management system for our corporate contracts. Among other applications, I have one that runs nightly in batch mode to store new invoices and connect them via bookmarks to their corresponding “parent” contract files. The original program was created in 2005 with Acrobat 7 (later updated to Acrobat 8) and it worked well for several years. However, a few months ago I upgraded the system to Acrobat 9 and since then the program has not run consistently.
The “program” actually consists of a VB application and two plug-ins. The VB application does as much work as it can with IAC and the JSO bridge, but because the files are (owner) password protected one plug-in automatically applies the necessary password using AVDocDidOpen when the VB application opens the AVDoc. The VB application then also calls the other plug-in using MenuItemExecute. The second plug-in is used to create the bookmarks between the two files by grabbing info off bookmark strings and creating the necessary actions. It also applies the password to the files.
Here is brief outline form is how this is all structured:

Since the upgrade, I’m getting a COM error [The server threw an exception. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT))] on a non-consistent basis when the application tries to call MenuItemExecute. When I say “non-consistent” I mean that some days the program will process several hundred files just fine. Other days it won’t process any. Then some days it will not process the first, oh, four files but will process the next 300. Usually it runs fine when started interactively, but even then the error sometimes occurs.
I recompiled both plug-ins and the VB app using the Acrobat 9 SDK (headers for the plug-in and the Acrobat type library for the VB app) but that didn’t make any difference. I added code to check if the MenuItem is available and it is in all cases.
After reviewing this more, I got to thinking that perhaps a race condition was the culprit—that a string hadn’t been completely written before the second plug-in tried to create an action for it. So I added some half-second pauses along the way, but that doesn’t seem to have helped, either.
At this point the only thing I can think of is to rewrite the application as a pure plug-in. But it’s a long and involved application and if I can get the current app to work I’d prefer to do that. I tested it with Acrobat 10.1 and encountered similar problems.
As I said, it’s been working fine up until Acrobat 9. Does anyone know of anything that might have changed with Acrobat 9 that I haven’t considered? Is there anything else I might check? Thanks.

I'd be interested in hearing why you think that because others at Adobe have told me it's OK. Acrobat is only being called by one user at a time and we've paid for a full license.

Are you logging on as root? Are you SU'ing to Oracle or trying to run as riit?
Try logging out - all the way out. Don't stop there, you need to log ALL the way out.
And then log in as user Oracle.
Logging in as root causes all sorts of headaches. Only SU to root, and then only when you absolutely need it.
Now that you have logged out of root, and logged in (not just su'd) to oracle, what happens??
