Account Blocked After Reporting "Non-Credited Cred...

Please advise me how to reactivate my account. After I reported a "Non credited credit" by PayPal contrary to the confirmation mail by Skype, it got blocked.
The following announcement is shown:
"To avoid fraudulent transactions and to keep your account secure payment options are temporarily disabled. Check out our Frequently Asked Questions or contact us if you need help."
Please deblock my account asap.

I confess I am confused, however seeing as you posted here in the Skype Community, you must be referring to your Skype account having been blocked.  To recover your Skype account, you will need to contact Skype Customer Service directly.

    I have been told by skype that a fraudulent credit card was used to credit my account, yet they refuse to tell me when this happened and how much the transaction was. But they will keep the $17.70 in my account because the tech support said to open another account, this is BS......
    Has this happened to anyone else???

    may we know what did the customer support exactly tell you when you brought this matter to their attention?  they may not be able to provide specific responses immediately, but at least they should have provided generic ones or a timeframe on how long should  such cases take to be clarified or resolved.

  • Credit re-block after confirmed qty in Sales order

    I have a problem with credit checking in sales order. Credit goes on hold again after I comfirmed qty in sales order.
    My steps are as follow. (I don't have stock in warehouse but I need to create sales order).
    1. Create a sales order 120 L
    2. Credit goes on hold and it is not confirmed qty
    3. VKM3 or VKM4 to release credit block. qty is still not confirmed as I don't have stock.
    4. Add stock 120 L to warehouse
    5. VA02 to update confirm qty 120 L in schedule line
    6. After saved the order, credit goes on hold again.
    Why credit reblock again? Please advise. Thank you very much.

    the sales order goes under credit control again each time you re-determine schedule lines.  i believe the system considers the following possibilities:
    1.  customer credit situation has changed over time
    2.  material selling price has changed over time
    3.  material cost of goods has changed over time
    however, let's wait for the other consultants to give their opinions.

    How did you create it ? There are instructions on this page for creating a new account (the instructions won't work with existing existing account) without giving credt card details : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
    e.g. if currently logged into an account then log of it, then find a free app in the store, click on its free 'price', and you should then be able to create a new account during the 'buying' process and get 'none' as an option on the payments screen

    Assuming that you want help and that you aren't just copying-and-pasting that thread's title and posting a link to it, then have you tried the steps on the post that I linked to in my first reply on that thread ?
    If you don't get the 'none' option when trying those instructions then you will need to enter credit card details before you will be able to use the account - when you've entered credit card details you should get the 'none' option and be able to remove your card details.

    If you want to use the email address that you used on the first account then you will need to remove it from that first account before you can do so e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's or via http://appleid.apple.com - you can create a new email address via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com to replace it with.

    Skype blocked my account after an unauthorized login and order and has since made it impossible for me to unblock it. If anyone has successfully gone through this process or gotten their Skype credit refunded, I would love to hear how.
    Over the past couple months, I have completed their unblock account form (both on the support website and from the follow up email link) at least 10 times and have emailed their customer support.  Each time, their customer support emails me and sends me back to the SAME FORM (even though I have, in the form comments, been including my "case number").  At first I could not remember when I opened my account or my payment method and left those fields blank but added notes about the approximate time (6 years ago).  I have since reconstructed that information from my files.  I am 100% certain that the information I have provided on the forms (at least the last 4 times) has been complete and accurate.
    It is  unconscionable for Skype and Microsoft to hold my credit amount hostage and provide ZERO customer support.  The email responses often have typos, and for a moment I thought that I might have actually clicked a link to a fradulent website that was actively trying to rip me off! I went back to their website and resubmitted the form and got the same run around -- it really is Skype/Microsoft having appalling customer service.
    I would report them as I believe that their holding account credit hostage must violate some sort of consumer protection.  (If their awful customer support really can't verify my identity, shouldn't they just be able to refund my Skype credit to the original payment method?).
    At this point I really just want my money back, to close my account, and NEVER use Skype again.

    horrible horrible, just had the same drama, after a week of robotic email replies I thought, maybe it IS a robot! Then I thought with incredulity, I've been trying to explain myself time and time again TO A ROBOT!!!  It is scary that you can't prove who you are even when it really is you.  I finally got onto a real person at Microsoft and have got a new account working (after much fiddling around, as the other one kept opening by default) but the other one is still in limbo with my credit in it.

    Can someone please help me escalate my problem to a person from skype support that actually will listen to me?
    I have tried to solve the problem with first-line support, to no avail.
    My account was blocked last week, and I contacted support, which resulted in going nowhere.
    The storyline:
     - In the last year I was rarely using skype for calling phones (though I regularly use it for skype-to-skype calling) - mainly because I have a good offer from a local operator. However, last week this solution temporarily failed. I saw I still have credit in my skype account, so I tried to call a phone by skype. First time it gave me "destination is temporarily blocked". I thought it is a sort of a technical issue, so I tried the number many times, with no success. Next day it gave me "account blocked".
    -  Then I contacted support, and each time they came with ridiculous answers like "increased number of fraudulent calls to that number", or " your transaction has been carried out with a fraudulent credit card ", without giving me the opportunity to prove these are false. After that they seem to have closed the ticket, without any explanation, or solution.
    I am really disappointed by skype. The time I most needed their service, I didn't get it. And it seems support does not care about customers at all.

    Please disregard the above request - the problem was solved today.

  • I recently got very ill and a late payment of $226 got reported to the credit bureaus...

    I had perfect credit before this and paid the amount immediately once I realized what was going on.  Can this be removed?  I will make the next 6 months of payments or start automatic withdrawal to show good faith.  It wasn't a matter of money, my world was just tipped upside down from the diagnosis and I will do anything to fix it.  I'm willing to prove it with medical records or do whatever it takes.   I've been a Verizon customer for over a decade and have always been so happy with service.  I would never ruin my credit for $226.  HELP please.

    From the POV of a former collector I can tell you that this will remain for 7 years.  Obviously when payment is made in full the report will show paid off, but the record remains.  I won't get into all the promises made by collectors to get you to pay a bill in full and fast, since commission and goals and getting the client their money are of their utmost priority.  I have yet had a story told that reversed a collections report since first that story has to go to deaf ears of the collector and then to the company owed, who wants their money.  My companies wanted their money and were responsible for filing the report.  I only had to get the money.  Your only appeal would be directly to Verizon, but it would be at their mercy if it has yet to be reported to any credit bureau.  The law would not help you much here as the payment was late.  Usually though, Verizon, at least I do not think, reports immediately after 1 month being missed.  Generally potential charge-off accounts are reported after 3 months delinquency.  So, again, the law wouldn't help much there considering how much time and notice were given, if that was the case.

    I read a lot of bad comments about skype but for the benefit of the doubt I still made an account and even purchased $10 credits. Sadly, I am really disappointed because my account was blocked for security reasons that I don't really understand because I am the only one using it. After a day 2/10, I got an email from CS and they gave me a link for an account verification form which is again a dead link. Where do I really have to go?? I am becoming frustrated.
