Account blocked due to customer service error

I contacted customer services via chat, in order to remove my accounts linked to my second e-mail adress. But suddenly, I realized I was disconnected from my other account linked to my first e-mail adress (another mail adress). Now, my account (the one I am using) is blocked without any reason, due to the mistake of the customer services. They deleted all my accounts:Even though I put the right password I cannot connect to my account ! I filled forms, on net, but no result !  They suggest me to create a new one, but I want to keep my account, my contacts ! 

Most unlikely. Legitimate emails from Apple will be addressed to you by name; and if you hover the mouse over the link they provide you will probably find it's obviously not an Apple URL. Do not follow such links  - they are trying to access your bank info to steal your money. If the email claims to come from your bank, contact them directly if you have any doubts; again, don't follow any links in such an email.

    My Skype account suddenly got blocked for no apparent reason, without any notification whatsoever. I have run all the options mentioned here on the community such as checking spam folders, opening ports to allow Skype emails to be received, changing password etc...     There are no standard SAP report showing the orders blocked (due to credit limit) and unblocked. But there are reports which needs some customization.

    No, it was'nt fishing email. They just inform me, that my account was blocked due to sanctions. After that I tried to login into the Member Center and got message that my account is blocked.

  • Customer service errors not resolved

    I spent 3 hours in your Oxford Street office on Wednesday June 18  trying to sharing my data with my other phone.  First your customer service said yes it could be done. Changed my phone to 0 sharing.  Which of course means I have no data to share.  I returned to the Oxford store on June 19 and spent 2 hours to have them check what is going on.  When they checked with customer service they were informed that it cannot be done since I have sim only plans.  Oxford changed my plan to 500/500/2G data.  That same night they changed the plan back to 0 sharing.  Once again I went back to your Oxford street office Friday June 30 (another 2 hours) and once again was changed back to the plan I requested 500/500/2G data.  A telephone call was made to customer service - Sheila.  She was told to not change the plan again and to add a note to the file.  She said she would do this.  Well tonight Tuesday June 23 at 1930 I get another text saying they changed me back to 0 sharing again so once again 0 data. So far I have spent 7 hours for a simple change and probably will spend another 2 hours with your office on Oxford Street.  I will have to go back to Oxford street again tomorrow and have them change my phone back to 500/500/2G date.  I would not recommend anyone to your service with this kind of service and unauthorized changes.  This has been very time consuming on my part and I really do not appreciate your service.  I should be compensated all the time I have wasted..... with O2

    had customer support call me . I asked them if it were legit . It took a long time for the rep i spoke with to look up the email address . She then said it was from them . She told me to click on the link . I did so and it was a form that asked me it imput every bit of info about me a person would want . Even my Credit card number and the address of the bank i dealt with . I told her i would fill out nothing
    She then told me it must be a Phising email and forward it to icloud abuse .ca after about 10 minuted of waiting for her to look the email address up . i told her i had already done the forward . She said she would have the email address it came from blocked .
    i was so mad she first told me it was a good email and then after i clicked on the link she said it was fraud . No wonder people get taken in . If i had filled in the form i could be screwed

  • Horrible customer service, dropped calls and faulty products

    Does Verizon offer partial credits to accounts due to defective equipment and inability to use their services? I received a new set top box that would not download my existing HBO and SHOWTIME accounts. After numerous calls on hold, dropped service calls and misdirected (on purpose) calls to billing in customer service to increase my services...I finally waited over one hour for technical assistance tonight to be told my new set top box was faulty and a new one would be sent in the mail. I asked about a partial refund because I could not use it during the least two weeks. I was told by the tech he would send a new box and put me in touch with customer service after explaining to them the circumstances and that supervisor would need that info for a partial credit to my account. A horrible customer service rep {edited for privacy} bluntly stated no partial credits and tech should not have said a partial credit was possible. By this time I was on the phone over one our and not a very happy customer. I asked to speak to a superior to which {edited for privacy} said they were too busy and a partial credit would not be possible for my two week period with faulty equipment. I demanded to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for an additional 70 minutes. I am STILL ON HOLD!!!! This is no way to treat customers! I am disconnecting my call and BEG THAT A VERSION REP get back in touch with me to resolve this. Under what circumstances does verizon provide partial credit for a customer who has not been able to use it because the equipment is DEFECTIVE??? Hopefully new set top box is enroute..HOPE IT IS NOT DEFECTIVE!!!!!!

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
    Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".

  • Impossible to buy photoshop elements or speak to customer service rep?

    I am trying to buy Photoshop Elements 13 from the Australian Adobe website. The first time I received an email from Adobe saying the order did not go through. I am trying to establish what the problem is. Sales said that there is an 'issue' with my account but only a customer service representative can tell me what it is. In the chat, customer service put me through to sales who put me through to customer service, who then do not answer my request. It is impossible to get through to customer service on the phone as well. It seems amazing that it should be this hard to purchase an Adobe product. I am getting increasingly frustrated as it has been 3 days of trying to purchase the product now. It is very disappointing that customers should have to experience such poor service. Can

  • Poor Customer Service at Eau Claire, Wisconsin Corporate Store

    We had a prepaid Verizon account and wanted to cancel the line and add a line (#6) to our main Verizon account.   My wife was told she would have to open up a new Verizon account and port the prepaid number over and then come back the next day and cancel her new account and move the line to our main account (no, they said they couldn't just issue a refund on the balance on our prepaid account).
    She went back the 2nd day and was told that there was an issue with her identify and that she would need to give the Verizon store a copy of her Social Security Card and her driver's license so it could be faxed to the Verizon credit team.    Of course, she refused.
    I went to the store on the 3rd night and talked to another representative who tried to force port the prepaid number over to our main number.  He was unable to do so and told me that my options were to give them a copy of my wifes SSN card and driver's license or lose the $130 balance.  I said that a 3rd option was for him to credit my main account $130 and I would cancel the prepaid account and "lose" the balance.  He said he would have to talk to his manager. 
    When the manager came out she said that they could not issue a credit.  I asked, "can't or won't", and she said that since I had the option of giving up my wife's paperwork (ever hear of identity theft), they would not issue a credit.   I talked to her about identify theft and that our banker advised us never to give copies of our SSN or Driver's license.  Her response was "well, I guess you have to decide if you want to trust your banker or your wireless provider".   I asked  her why they just would not issue the credit   I asked her if she was ready to lose a 5 year customer who had 5 lines (going to add #6) and she said "what do you want me to do, write you a personal check for $130?"     The conversation continued until I finally left the store.
    That night I called Verizon customer service, canceled my prepaid account (so I thought) and opened up a new line with a new phone.  (I accepted the terms and also accepted the terms via e-mail and got a confirmation that I had accepted)
    The next day I checked on the status of my order and it was blank.  I called customer service again and was told for some reason my order was canceled.  I then went through the process again and was told that my new phone would be shipping out and that my account had been credited $130.
    Checked my order tonight, no update.  Called customer service and it showed as canceled again.   My credit was not on my account either.   I have now spent 4 hours on the phone, 3 trips to the corporate store and still can't get a line added, a phone shipped and my prepaid balance credited to my account.   The Verizon customer service reps have been vey polite and have tried to be helpful. 
    How do you get in touch with someone at corporate to let them know about the poor customer service at the Eau Claire corporate office, and also let them know that their practice of asking for SSN cards is a very bad practice???

  • Restore Blackberry curve contact after phone blocked due to wrong pin

    Help!  I have a very upset daughter whose 'friend' tried to guess her PIN incorrectly many times so the phone blocked. Her suppllier, Tesco, unblocked the phone for use.  Unfortunately all her contacts and BBMs are missing.  Tesco cannot retrieve them and I cannot copy them from Sim. Is the Blackberry still blocked due to the pin errors, how can I get her contacts back? A desperate mother.

    I found out the PIN.
    I have installed the latest OS, followed all the instructions here with AppLoader and Loader and running updates from Desktop Software and installing the updates from the carrier...
    Still nothing.  I have a white screen.  If I turn it off, it lights up with a white screen, turn it on it lights up with a white screen.  I have charged it, and it's sat there charging with a white screen.
    When I turn it off it flashes the red LED in the corner, if I turn it on, it flashes green (well i'm assuming it's off and on, I don't really know...)
    Any help at all?

    Only Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
    Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.

    for the last 4 months customer service thru email has had to activate data after my plan renews i just found out the email option is gone. So i need an agent to do it below is what the agent said thru his email in june when they ask for me to reply via email. btw the error has been happening since April where my blackberry data turns off on verizons end and i can't get email or send or use browser or send and receive picture messages once my plan renews

    I did a diagnostic check and this part came up. I think the BIS
    service is not connecting but i think it's on verizon's side. Each
    time the customer service agent turned on data on verizon's side it
    fixed the problem.
    I saw online many blackberry's have the issue like the agent told me.
    so i need for this to be fixed because i am paying for data.

    I have been with Skype since day 1, almost, and never had my account blocked. Now you keep sending me stupid verification forms, and don't fix it. Come on, I don't even remember the month I opened the account
    Please unblock my account immediately, institute a friendly customer service that can actually help. Email is not enough, and chat people have to have all permissions they need to address account locked problem.
