Account debited at wrong rate
hello,
When making a call to a mobile phone in the UK I noticed that immediately as the phone call was answered - my account's credit was lower at a much higher value than the cost of a 1-minute call. what's the reason?
I hereby attach a screenshot of the "before" and "after".
here are the actual figures:
balance before the call: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$15.28
cost of the call as displayed: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$0.259
balance immediately after the call was answered: . . . $14.93
actual amount deducted from the account: . . . . . . . . .$0.350
which means that the actual charge is higher by 35% from the published rate. this is outrages!

I think you may have overlooked the per-call connection fee

We are using the standard program rfbibl01 to raise the FI document FB01;
But within the BDC (IN this Program), VAT code for the account is populated wrongly in to the screen;
When we have no VAT code for the record, it fills the previous records VAT code instead of space

How are you passing the data to the program rfbibl01? Is it through a Z program and submitting rfbibl01?
If yes, then in the Z program you might be filling the structure BBKPF and BBSEG. You have to check if the CLEAR is done in this area.

GL account created in wrong account group
Hello I have a GL account created in wrong account group? Some transactions have been posted to this GL account already. How can I reconcile the transaction if I want to create it in the correct account group?

Make a transfer entry from old GL to new GL.

I have a requirement of Transalation of Balance Sheet accounts at Period End Rate and Income Statement Accounts at Average Rate.
How can we achieve this in oracle r 12.1.3

As per Oracle following are the rules that has to be followed for translation.
1. For Balance Sheet Accounts (Asset & Liabilities) GL as a default uses the YTD rule.
2. For P&L Accounts you can choose between YTD and PTD rule. So in your case you can use the default PTD Rule. (Profile Option 'GL Translation: Revenue/Expense Translation Rule')
YTD Rule = (Translated Period Amount = Period-End Rate x YTD Ledger Currency Balance - Beginning Translated Balance).
PTD Rule = (Translated Period Amount = Period Average Rate x PTD Ledger Currency Balance)

What budget method are you using? are you editing budget on forms or on the HTML self service page?
If you are using Forms, the cost amount could be entered in addition to entering the hours. For calculating the cost amount based on quantity entered, there is a need to develop the budget client extension. In such case you have to check the logic of that client extension.
If you are using the HTML pages, when you generate budget costs, the system would use the rate schedule you have setup as planning rates. Verify the values on that schedule.

What do you mean with the wrong email address?
- If it is not your account on your Mac, then just sign out and then sign in using your account in "System Preferences > iCloud".
If you want to change your current email address which is associated with your iCloud account, please make sure that you turn of "Find My iPhone", "Find My Mac" on all your devices before you change your email address, then go to https://appleid.apple.com sign in and then change your Apple ID/iCloud ID. Please note that email addresses which end with @mac.com, @me.com and @icloud.com cannot be changed. -

Yes, you can delete that iCloud account and start a new one. There should be no charge for this.

My iTunes account email was wrong and I corrected it, but it didn't correct itself on my iPad or iPhone and now I can't buy anything. my icloud account says the wrong name and ID on my computer. How do I change that
System Preferences>iCloud and click 'Sign out'. Then sign back in with the correct ID.

I just upgraded my MacBook from OS X 10.6.8 to Mountain Lion so that I could stream from my other devices (iPhone and iPad) to my MacBook. After making it through the upgrade process, I realized that I used the wrong email address for my iCloud username when starting up on the MacBook. My iPhone, iPad, and iTunes are under my Hotmail email address and I accidently used my Gmail email address for the MacBook. Is there any way I can merge these two icloud accounts together? I tried changing my account information to add the other email address, but wasn't allowed because another account was using the name (duh). If I can't merge them, how could I change the MacBook from the Gmail address to the Hotmail address so that all my devices are on the same icloud account? It'd be nice if I could keep the free 5GB of storage that comes with my purchase of the software, but I'd rather lose the storage than not be able to stream.
To change accounts on your Mac, go to System Preferences, sign out of the current account, then sign into the new account. When you sign out of the current account it will delete synced data from your Mac. Assuming your data (such as contacts, calendars, etc.) is in the other iCloud account, it will be synced to your Mac when you sign into this account.

GR IR Clearing account posting to wrong profit center
Dear All,
Here I am encountering the live problem that ,
After the some customization changes , there was an impact on GR/IR Clearing account with regards to the profit center posting
When we receive (GR) , the FI document line item is posting to the different profit Center, then the PO profit center.
Stock Account is capturing PO and meterial profit Center, when G R is posted ,
GR/IR Clearing account is capturing the different profit Center(wrong profit center)
Please advise me is there is any way to correct, the wrongly posted documents,
we are trying to stop the encountering error by modifying the customisation but the problem is how to correct the error postings.
This is urgent issue ,
Please try to help me by providing proper solution as early as possible.

What has already been posted in SAP has been posted. One alternative in front of you is to create adjustment postings in PCA to post to the correct Profit Center. You can use transaction code 1KEL or 9KE0 for the same but it may not work as most probably you will the GR/IR clearing account set to "Post automatically" in the GL Master. In such a scenario the only option would be to have customized program to create IDOCs with Message Type "PRCMAS" to post the adjustment postings in your system.

We have solved this issue in our company.
For this you have to create another wage types & make a "PCR" as it divide the 100000 amount from the technical wage types, & then instead of posting the technical wage types post the new wage types u have created.
Don't worry about statutory reports as in there SAP is using some factor which will give the correct value.

Asset PO Price Variance posting w/out asset account assignmt to wrong acct
We're bringing up fixed assets and are struggling with the account assignment behind PO Invoice receipt (MIRO) and price differences. At the moment, the PO is A account assigned and has the standard SAP settings except that the GR is valuated and the account assignment indicator is single instead of multiple. When we process MIRO, if there's a price difference, it hits the table 30 account assignment for the DIF trxn key.
We have 2 issues.
1. The account behind DIF is used for normal merchandise purchasing which isn't account assigned and doesn't reflect the GL account for the asset class.
2. The asset number is not being passed to the price variance posting (this could be a result of the GL account config since our normal merchandise purchasing doesn't carry a WBS).
We have an additional wrinkle in that we do a shadow posting to a WBS element as well as the asset number in MIRO. It seems to work fine so long as we don't have a price variance.
From reading documentation, it appears the price variance should be posting to the asset so we appear to have mis-configured something. I'm hoping it's not the valuated GR as we have a business requirement to show the value of the item when we receive it. In any case, we can't figure out what we're missing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
