Account "restricted", no help, no money back

Some 4 days ago my account simply desapeared taking with it a numbera I PAID FOR and brand new purchased credit
So far i got an email saying that their "automated systems detected activities contrary to Skype terms", i dont know what the hell they are talking about, there is no explanation as what were those "activities" and no any word about
1) My skype number
2) My just purchased credit
3) My CHARGED AND PAID subscription
Can please anyone with some respect and appreciation for the customer get in touch to clear up what is going on and take responsability for the services i PAID and not getting?

I've now emailed skype help three times about this issue and the responses I have received have been stock copy-and-paste emails that don't address my concerns at all - I've simply been told that I've violated the terms of service (no response on how?) and that I can make a new account. Any suggestions for how to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated!

    Recently, my account has become "restricted"- I am unable to call phones or other skype accounts, and the skype customer service inquiry responded with a cryptic message that my account had "violated the terms of service". I have emailed back and forth with them six times now, and no one has been able to explain to me how or in what way I have violated these terms of service- I'm not even sure if I am responsible or if my account has been hacked. I'd really like to be able to talk to my overseas family again! Please help!

    I purchased extra turns on the Emoji Pop game app but never recieved them but money was taken out of my bank account. The lady at the end of the line, was very nice very accomodating and effortlesly proceeeded to de-subscribed me, and even asked, "Do you want a refund for this account" so make sure you make it clear you want a refund because otherwise they will simply stop future payments coming out. it is clear that customer services are very very well trained in handling what they know is happening every day, complaints and refunds, and they happily oblige, lets face it the number of us asking for our money back is few in comparison to the hundred and thousands who dont even know whats going on. This is a multi million dollar law suit waiting to happen, any one out there with the time and money to take this giant fraudster on will make a difference.- These fraudsters are pretty cleaver a couple of pounds from hundreds and thousands of people accross the world will make anyone a multi millionaire if not billionaire. They still make you go through hoops to get your money back- sending you an email, then you have to apply for your refund quoting the refence number they give you and it can take up to 7 days and maybe 48 hours to get the email from them, basically they hope you dont bother feeling happy that they agreed to refund you. Do note that the advisor's are so well trained that they will not argue with you, will not agree or disagree to anything you say, simply give you a reference number for the call  and a reference number for the refund, thanking you all the way. Thousands of us have made millions and the same thousands of us can BREAK THEM-PLEASE GO AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK TODAY!! and  lets show them that covert fraudulent business will not get the better of us all the best I hope it helps and dont take no for an answer!!

    I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
    I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.

I came into the store i didn't want the money back i just wanted more things for the phone like the cool mophie  case  gold to match my phone she come back out after  30 minute of me waiting  to tell me im sorry but we cannot give you your money back and i ask her why im still with in the 14 day return period and was told that i can get the different back i try telling her that all i wanted to do is get the case and the different she can put to the account. she kept saying no it cannot happen so i  ask to speak to a manger and she would not come out she stay in the office and the lady that was helping me was just going back forth with me and the manger i told her i would like to cancel the service and i just go back to my old phone company she wouldn't cancel the service with me told me now the manger would put a credit to the account and i can order the case that way with really don't make sense to me if you can credit my account why is it i cannot get credit for my case today and i really don't know as she kept saying to me, i didn't want a credit to my account i want my case .

    Apple allows apps to list themselves as "Free" if the initial download is free, even if the app has kid-oriented inducements for costly in-app purchases.  The in-app purchases are almost always ridiculous, over-priced game accessories, of which your example of "vault of gems for £70" is right up there.  It is way too caveat emptor for my taste, but each consumer can form their own opinion on that.
    To Apple's credit, they have a good record of granting refunds providing you explain the extenuating circumstances (purchase by a minor) and only ask once.  Contact iTunes Customer Service.
    And immediately, you need to place restrictions on the devices.  The restrictions are off by default (caveat emptor!), so you need to take action to place them.  See this document:  iOS: Understanding Restrictions

    Did you add or change your credit card details on your iTunes account when downloading them ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

    From the App Store meny bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
    And check your Applications folder for the app.

    Is the English-language version available in your country's store and if so is it the same price ? You will need to try contacting iTunes Support, either via the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that book, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :

    and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
