Actual Sales Vs Targetted Sales

Hellow Experts,
My Client  requires the Sales Office wise, Actual Sales Viruses Targetted Sales Report.  We have the targets of each Sales Office for the year.  We want a report as below......  Input 1) Period - From Date- To date 2) Sales Office - <default all> 3) Division - <default all>4) Plant - 5) Company Code - 6) Gross Sales / Net Sales -
Output  1) Sales Office Code & Name 2) Month - a) Sales b) Target Sales c) Variance 3) Total - a) Sales b) Target Sales c) Variance, do nayone have any idea about the tables to be used in processing logic......if so please let me know......
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you..........

Hi,
First you have to create planning
SAP menu >> logistics >> SD >> Sales information system >> planning >> flexible planning
Here you can set montly or yearly targets
Then create Z report which will compare data from above planing tables and actual sales from table VBRK,VBAP

    Why don't u put ur product hierarchy in column on top of key figure, query will fetch the amount for each hierarchy value.

    Dear Friend,
    If you want to assign a sales person to a customer master records,
    It can be done via partners .
    go to sales and dis tab in customer masters and in the partner function put PE  and then put the sales person's personnel number in the next column and save the same.
    now there are several satandard reports availabe sales person wise report where you can display number of customers their sales revenue with the personnel number of the sale semployee.

    Hiya,
    Sales Employee can be created as a partner function or can be represented in COPA as PAPARTNER. If you wish to plan by Sales Office, or Business Area, etc. all of these exist as Characteristics in COPA. You may however include these into your Org Structure.
    By targets, you probably mean Sales Targets. This could be Gorss Sales, Net Sales, Sales in a specific currency (say, company code), etc. Create a Value Field called "Target" and define it as a numeric value (Value Field, as opposed to a Quantity Field).
    You can plan on these using standard COPA planning functions, like KE11, KEPM, KEFC, etc. Enter Sales Values into these fields.
    When driving actual values, make sure the same Value field captures actual Sales Revenue as well (by mapping it to the appropriate Condition Type in SD).
    Create a report with the Characteristics and this VF in it and you have achieved your objective.

    Hi Sriram,
    First make sure you have defied "sales employee" as characterstic in COPA as charcterstic master data.
    You can prepare sales employee wise plan outside SAP and input to to SAP in KEPM transaction.
    (pre-requisities)-make sure COPA planning config is in place along with planning version for COPA.
    This will allow you to plan sales targets for employees.

  • Join between two tables in SAP ( actual sales vs budget sales)

    I have one table with  actual data sales in SAP .This table has a name   CE11000
    This table contain amounts about : customers ,Products, Quantity of Sales ,amount of sales ,month witch did the sales and the year.
    The other table from SAP has the budget sales . This table is CE21000
    This table contain the same fields : customers ,Products, Quantity of Sales ,amount of sales ,month witch did the sales and the year but all this for budget .
    In the budget table ( CE21000)there are no records for a particular make if it was not budgeted to make a sale.
    Sometimes i have the same problem with the actual data table (CE11000) ...I have not records witch can use to join the results for a report witch take the comparison between actual sales and budget sales.
    I would like to remind you that the report should have four "dimensions"
    a) year
    b) month
    c) customer
    d) type of product
    I try to use left outer join with a customer fields in two tables but i have  simultaneously the field with type of product .
    I want to see in one year (for example february of 2011)  for one customer the type of products (quantity and anmounts) witch buy (ACTUAL)  and that to  compare with the corresponding data if available

    Your first query matches on two conditions BOTH being true. If there is a D and no matching E, you'll see the columns from D but none from E.
    Your second query takes all Emplyees, and lines up 2 (possibly different) rows from D against each
    E columns | D columns (match e.deptid=d.dept_id) | D columns (match ep_id=de_id)
    So you may have any mix of:
    E       | D1      | D2
    E       | nothing | D2
    nothing | D1      | D2
    E       | D1      | nothing
    E       | nothing | nothing
    nothing | D1      | nothing
    nothing | nothing | D2(NB I'm assuming FULL OUTER JOIN is commutative - ie the order is unimportant - but I may be wrong in which case the last row won't occur)
    You will get a different number of rows (as well as different columns) in each case.

    in the third query i created two summary column and one place holder column and one formula column to get the percentage % :

    cf_1(example :cp_1=cs_1/cs_2)
    Here i am getting correct percentage
    I need to get cf_1 percentage but it is getting 100 for all
    its urgent please help.

    Create three restricted key figures.
    In one restrict month by current month.
    In other use offset of -12 and -24 while restricting current month.

  • How to include Sales Office and Sales Group into FI report?

    Hi,
    I have a requirement to add Customer characteristics u201CSales Groupu201D and u201CSales Officeu201D into a FI report which is based on the InfoCube 0COOM_C02. The values that needs to be presented is actual data (Customer Master Data; NOT transactional value.
    In the DataSource u201C0COORDER_ATTRu201D, fields Sales Organization and Sales Group are present and it is brought to BW from R3. But I am not able to find the way to get the field Sales Office into SAP BW.
    I checked the extraction program for the DataSource u201C0COORDER_ATTRu201D, the fields Sales Org and Sales Group are coming from a table u201CCE41000u201D but in this particular table there is no Sales Office present.
    So can anyone guide me out in getting the Sales Office to the DataSource u201C0COORDER_ATTRu201D, or is there any way of getting it in BW directly by reading some Master Data table.

    Hi Sangeeta,
    As per your statement, my understanding is that the Organization Attributes are not maintained in the Customization. If all the values are properly maintained then based on the Organization Data determination, the system would have picked up the data. You can first check the Organization Structure and see all the attributes are properly maintained or not and then check whether the Object Permitted in determination checkbox is checked. Then create a Transaction and see that all the Organization data are getting filled properly.

    I need to develop the Report SalesMan Wise in the below format.
    *_SL No/Sales Man/Customer/Customer Name/Target of Current Year (Previous Year Sales1.35)/Jan Sales/Feb Sales./Mar Sales/Apr Sales/ till Aug Sales (2011 Year) i.e Last 7 Months + Current Month.   Average of Last 7 months/   Sales of Previous Year/ % Achievement of Target/.I need the Link of Tables and the Logic to be given in this Report. Is this report Feasible.
    *Sales Man I can get from VBPA Table but that is only Fetching me Sales Order Number.
    *I am not getting the Link between Partner Function VE (Sales Employee) and Invoice Table VBRK.
    Can you please provide me the valuable Inputs how to go about this Report so that I can prepare detial FS of this.

    Yes. Your ABAPer can copy a SAP Standard Report & modify it to suit your requirement.
    But ideally you should go for new report creation. You can get Sales Employee Number in Sales Order & from Document Flow Table get the Invoice Number.
    Only issue in your case is Sales Man-wise Target figures. You will have to create a Z table & store the Sales Man Code & Year-wise targets in these Table which later be fetched in your program.

  • Copy Control : Sales document to Sales document

    Dear Experts,
    We have a requirement relating to copy control between sales document to sales document i.e Creating a contract with reference to an already existing data.
    Please consider the following example:
    Contract A
    Valid from: 01-01-2010
    Valid to: 31-12-2010
    Material Code: X1
    Material Pricing Group: Y1
    To enable the users to create a contract with reference to this existing one i set up the copy control between the document types:
    Source document type: ZM05
    Target document type: ZM05
    In VA41 transaction i chose "Create with Reference" and chose the contract tab and entered Contract "A" number.
    In the overview screen the system populates the valid from date as : 01.01.2011 - At item level validity dates is copied same as of contract A.
    Second observation is certain material specific data such as material pricing group does not get copied. Client wants such details also to get copied over into the new contract.
    Could you please provide your valuable inputs on where we can make the settings to copy the data exactly as it was maintained in the existing contract ?

    Go to tcode: VTAA and set the the pricing type as 'G' Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes and you can try again.

  • Change sales area in sales order.........?

    Hi Experts,
    I know that in standard, we can not change the sales area in sales order, but my problem is that suppose when I create a sales order, I dont know that what distribution channel should be taken.
    Suppose I create a sales oder taking the distribution channel 'direct sale'  but the actual distribution channel is 'dealer'.
    Is there any direct or indirect way, so that I can further change my sales area in sales order.

    Thee is no way to correct the distribution channel in the order because its copied from the customer master. If you doesn't know the correct one while creating the order just enter the order type and press enter. So that it will take it to creationscreen. Then enter the customer thensystem will give the pop up with all the sales areas that customer was crated. Then select the correct one so that you can rectify the errors.

    In the derivation, of Customer group, Sales Group, Sales Office and Sales District in Profitability Analysis, the standard derivation looks into the table KNVV. But how to pickup the derivation from the sales document where the user selects the values against the said characteristics. Kindly share whether it is possible to derive the said characteristics from billing document table and how. Any valuable inputs shall be highly appreciated.

    A<b> sales agreement</b> is a long-term agreement between business partners in which you can define conditions (for example, prices and terms of delivery) and releasable products. These conditions and products are valid for all contracts or sakes orders that a customer creates with reference to the sales agreement.
    You use sales agreements to offer (better) prices to a particular customer group (business partner type) for a particular list of products, without committing them to particular purchase quantities.
    <b> Sales Contracts</b> are information related to quantity and value contracts. Therefore it delivers data on the target values and quantities of contracts for certain sold-to parties or sales organizations. It contains validity periods and released amounts as well as details about the contract status, for example, whether the contract is open, has expired or been rejected.

  • R/3 Internet Sales & CRM Internet Sales -- Difference

         Can anyone prompt me on the exact difference between an R/3 Internet sales and CRM internet sales.

    Internet Sales for CRM is the "full version" of the application designed for high-volume, heavy duty e-commerce processing.  The CRM version actually was produced before the R/3 version.  The R/3 version has most of the functionality of the R/3 version, but is more of a replacement for SAP online store.  You will find in the service marketplace comparisons on what functionality is not present in the R/3 version.
    I would personally recommend CRM version if you are looking at a heavy transactional volume/large catalog size.  The R/3 version uses the product catalog in R/3 which is not as user friendly as the CRM product catalog.  Honestly both solutions have the share the same "front-end" application logic and only differ in the backend application connection.  You should evaluate what your business needs are and determine whether you the requirements/budget dicate a quick and easy e-commerce implementation(R/3 Internet Sales) or more complex implementation(CRM Internet Sales). 
    I have worked with SAP e-selling solutions since version 3.1H and would tell you can't go wrong with either product.  Internet Sales(CRM) implementations tend to take more time than Internet Sales(R3).  The reason being is the fact you have to setup a CRM system(middleware, rewrite your pricing exits, etc).

    Suppose a sales person is there in my company name as:X. His target for this financial year is Rs.10 Crores. For that he will give list of materials to achieve this target and quantities and tentative dates also for which materials he needs. So that my company will do proper planning for production also to supply these materials timely. for this Company needs to analyse what is the given target and acheved target and what are all the materials are sold with respect to quantity. what materials are not sold means dead stock. So that how can we solve this solution in SAP.
