Adding fields to SHIPPING tab

Hi All,
I have a requirement to add a field VSART to the shipping tab on standard order create screen. Any help how to achieve this?

Hi,
Check if there are any user-exits available for this. Put the new field in the transaction using the screen exit and add the logic for the field using a field exit.

Yes it is possible, but we are talking a modification of SAP standard here. Also the effort needed will be at least 10 times higher than using EEWB as you have to reprogram all generated code / screen helps that SAP provides. Moreover these fields are then still not exchanged with the interfaces / BDocs etc which will be also some more days of work. There is no usable documentation on this - at least not by SAP and I am not aware of another one. It is much easier to create an EEWB enhancement and then move the fields from one tab to another.
Doing this all by hand is like adding a second processor to an existing motherboard for more performance compared to exchanging the existing one with one of higher specifications.This is possible, but requires a) more work/time/material b) more experience c) you lose warranty d) in the end you do not know for sure what the outcome will be

Adding field in Additional Tab page in CRMD_order

hi all,
i want to add a field in the additional tab page in crmd_order Tcode,
i did it by modifing the screen the strucutures are filled ex CRMT_SALES_BADI,
CRMT_SALES_COM
in the CRMC_MAP Tcode i have seen the field is added .
wat are the further steps do i need to do to get saved and poped in the field value when reterive.

As standard the field is set to 1 decimal place.
You cannot change this value without modifying your system (not recommended)
I think you can enter more decimal places in the confirmation documents e.g. IW41

And there are many exits/badis are available for sales order you can use them.

Adding existent (not custom!) fields to shipping adress in shopping cart

Hey community,
we want to show some more shipping adress fields in the shopping cart (SRM 7.13).
Quite simple, we thought... only the existent fields "NAME_3" and "NAME_4" should be displayed. But we were not able to do that.
We tried the following steps:
- in the WD component /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DO_SHIPTO view V_DODC_SHIPTO we added the existent attributes NAME_3 and NAME_4 from structure /SAPSRM/S_CLL_SHIPTO to the context node SHIP_TO.
- we added corresponding labels and input fields to the layout and bind them to the context attributes.
But the two new fields are not displayed in the shopping cart. Normally, we have to announce new fields and metadata in SPRO - SAP Supplier Relationship Management - SRM Server - Cross-Application Basic Settings - Extensions and Field Control (Personalization)... to extend the structure of customer enhancement for the shopping cart. But there is no chance to maintain fields for shipping adress, because this is neigther header nor item data. Adding them to the INCL_EWW_PD_ITEM_CST_SC structure will display the fields on the positiondata tab.
Adding fields to the table view "/sapsrm/v_mdfsbc" also doesn't work.
Any ideas?

Hello Werner,
check in V_DODC_SHIPTO view from /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DO_SHIPTO Web Dynpro Component if field exists in layout.
In SRM 7.0, 'NAME_3' is not used. Maybe it is the reason of your problem...

Copying of Shipping tab fields from Customer master to Sales Order.

Dear SAP SD Gurus,
I am trying to create an Order, but the Data in the Shippining tab of the Customer Master doesnt get Copied in to the Sales ORder.
the Fields in the Cuystomer master are 1) Partial delivery per item 2) Max. partial deliveries.
and this happens specifically for a particular Sales Area.
the same order when created with the same customer master but a Different Sales Area, the data gets Copied correctly.
can some body quickly advise me, if there is a Standard setting to maintian such a vehaviour or Could there be some "Z Developmet".

Hello Friend,
Check your customers (use tcode XD03 - provide sales area) the Shipping tab
1) Partial delivery per item
2) Max. partial deliveries.
for the Sales Area which is not copying to sales order.
If it is not maintained, then maintain the same as your requirement.

PO stock transport order - item change - field Customer in tab shipping

Dear all,
because of an existing modification it is necessary that I have to update the field customer at shipping tab of an stock transport order item when item's storage location was changed within TAC ME22N or ME21N.
Unfortunately SAP has not implemented this functionality within BAPIs or Userexits.
Does anyone has an idea where we have to place this modification?
Until the installation of the last support package, the modification changed the customer within include MM06EFPV_PTV_FUELLEN, form ptv_fuellen before calling function SD_TRANSFERDATA_DETERMINE and it worked.

Piotr,
You can default the shipping point in your STO based on the combination of shipping conditon (maintained in customer master), loading group (maintained in material master) and the plant in SPRO->Logistics Execution->Shipping->Basic Shipping Functions->Shipping Point and Goods Receiving Point Determination->Assign Shipping Points.
If you don't use any of the entries (for instance if you don't use the loading group), then just leave the entry blank in config.

Unable to view field from configuration tab after added to CN

Hello every one,
I have one small question.
My requirement is :
i have to add account emp res field( BuilHeaderadvancedsearch > owner ) on contact search. So i went to BP_CONT_SEARCH > search(view) > search( CN) and create attribute.
In wizard, i have selected Add Model attribute radio button..NEXT
enter att name as anything( Ex: zacc_emp_res)
enter BOL entity name as BuilHeaderAdvancedSearch
BOL att name as OWNER
complete.
Now i would see the field Zacc_emp_res added at search CN, now when i go to configure tab to make this field to show on UI, i could not find the newly added field in the avaialable field list in the left hand side list.
Please suggest me why i am not seeing there, am i required to do something else from above ?

Adding Z fields in SOS tab

Hi,
We have a requirement where we need to add Z fields in SOS tab using FPM. How this can be acheived ?
As of now we added the Zfields in the standard structure BBP_PDS_PARTNER using include INCL_EEW_PD_PARTNER_CSF.
Enhanced Standard WDC /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_SC_I_SOS view V_DODC_SC_I_VENDOR.
Added UI elements in view. So custom fields are displayed in SOS tab.
But the data entered in the SOS tab is automatically refreshed when any action or if we move from one tab to other tab.
I have few queries.
1) Are we following the right approach.
2) Is this possible to handle using SPRO configuration
3) If the above approach is right then how we need to procced further?

check what's happpened in the refresh mapper method /SAPSRM/IF_CLL_MAPPER~REFRESH (/SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_DODM_SC_I_SOS class).

Help: VA01/2 - Shipping tab - Tolerance Fields not Maintainable.

These fields are not maintainable in VA01 and VA02 in our ECC 6.0 system. We can't find in config where to allow and open these fields up to make them so the users can change the values of these two fields (over and under tolerance on the shipping tab of the order line).
These fields currently default in from the Customer Master, however, we want to allow the user to change them on the customer order line in the Shipping tab. Where do we change our system (config) to allow this.

Hi Dave, I think you're using Cust Master Info Records..and if so, the system might not allow you to change it here..either change it in CMIR or remove the CMIR and try it.

Adding custom field in sales tab of BP transaction

Hi Experts,
There is a requirement to add a custom field in sales tab of BP transaction in 'Sales area data', above the field 'Customer group 1'.
Is it possible with BDT,else any other method to handle the procedure.
I think it is not possible with EEWB to add field in this screen of BP. Please correct me if am wrong.

Adding another option in the list option in the relation ship tab

Hi,
I am working on creating another option in the list of option for the relations ship tab for the account details of Org type.
I was able to create the new Option and i have create a another event which is assign int eh application set but and it is showing in the detail area1 of the relations but when I choose that option no even it is getting fired. I have cloed the further relation ship option i cloned the structure and class and even but even then it is not getting fired. I have assigned the view linkkage ACC_REL but even then it is not getting fired. Please send me the list of table in which we need to do the setting.

BAPI_PO_CREATE1 is not creating the shipping tab on an STO

Hello All,
I searched for this on the forums and came up blank. Maybe its how I am asking.
Anyway I am using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create an STO. Problem is that the customer
needs the shipping tab at the item level. I tried adding poshipping and poshippingexp.
Has anyone come across this? Should I be using another means for creating the STO?

Hi Stephen,
When you say shipping tab do you refer to the delivery tab in the PO? If that is the case, please use the POITEM table since this table contains the delivery relevant fields.

Hi Jayapal,
i dont know whether it would help you...you can give a try on it.
Instead of deleting the Transformation, just delete the mappings if any in the transformation.
Goto DS->Fields Tab-->In the Column Template info Object. Try mapping corresponding IO with the Source IO.
Then it will show a pop up give Copy . Activate the DS.
Goto Info Provider>Select the Transformation> If it is active-->reactivate it by clicking the Pencil Icon with glass and click activate icon.
If its not active, then reactivate it again by clicking the Pencil Icon with glass.
