Am i too stupid or Apple staff & store manager are not helpful!??

I have a 6+ case here which works well with all other 6+, but not working with the one i got yesterday
the volume key stucks! i have try total 5x 6+ and they all working well with the case
I went to Carindale store in brisbane, all i got from them is your case is not genuine, must be something to do with your case, even the store manger tells me that!
how on earth this can be the case?? if it's the case then why 5x of 6+ is working and only the one i got yesterday is not working!??
Is this the how we get support from Apple? less knowledge and can only push the problem to after market accessory???
any one can tell me why the problem is my case!!!????!!!

Because Apple cannot assure the quality of third party cases. If you are not satisfied with the answer you got, go back and talk to someone else. If you get the same answer, it's unlikely to change.

    The No Service means there is a problem with cellular service. You mention wifi in your title. Which is it you are having trouble with? What happens when you switch on and off as you state in your post? Are you saying that wifi does not connect while at home either?

    Your warranty is only good in the US where you bought the phone. You will need to contact Apple Support in the US to arrange to return your phone to the US for repair. You should also inquire as to whether they will be able to return the phone to you in India.

    You must have all apps downloaded by your Apple ID, otherwise you will still facing this problem. Delete the apps you did not download by yourself and download them again. I will fix your problem.
    By the way, your device is configurate with your Apple ID? Check it in: Settings>>iTunes Store and App Store

Will we have to set up 2 separate primary email addresses to be able to  send and receive Tex Messages to one another? Like I said, we share the same email address and woul like to keep it that way to keep up with our email together.     the appleID is really meant as the handle that identify you it was not meant to be shared
    but can see that people may want to do not buy apps more then once

    Adding to KC7GNM's remark (with which I agree), the iPhone 5 you received is very likely refurbished.  It is not brand new out-of-the-box, never before used.

  • IPad 2 BIG Lemon - but then Apple themselves are not helping either

    My Ipad 2 started re-setting itself after only two days of owning it. Coupled with the key clicks would intermittently stop and a crackling noise from the speakers. I logged calls immedialtey- It is now two weeks and Apple are driving me round the twist. Support and their stores just tell me anything to make me go away. Now when I plug it into charge - and yes I have tried different chargers - and YES I use the Ipad not the iphone charger - It crashes and has horrible screen colours and dies and reboots and never makes it up again.
    JB Hi Fi Store wont co-operate as they have none to give me - Apple store booked me in for a Repair and also told me they would give me a repaired replacement immediately and that yes they had one put aside to give me..but when I went in (2 hour trip one way) they said they could not help as the "unknown" person who told me they definitely had one to give me - lied to me... So yes I swore bigtime......so finally I opted for an extended warranty and Express replacement (it says online 2 - 3 days shipping) It is now day 2 and still no sign of it being shipped so I cant see how Ill get it on day 3 - I bought it for an important event I have on Monday - and I wish I had never come across Apple Ipad 2 EVER!!

    Yes I have tried the suggestions above - When it goes down it goes down big time and into and endless loop of starting up and then crashing again. Restore also did not work - same issues prevail.
    With regards to the replacement stock at the store.....you had to be there yesterday to witness the fight - They swear black and blind there is no repair nor replacement stock. Got hold of Apple again today and they have confirmed that my Express Replacement is not shipped and wont be until at least sometime next week as they too do not have stock.....
    At least it has been confirmed DOA - but DOA is no good if I cant get a replacement within a reasonable time.

  • How Does Apple Determine What Posts Are Not Allowed to Remain?

    Apple has deleted 2 posts that, while not favorable to Leopard, do not seem to violate any of the rules. I noticed that not all posts are favorable (naturally) but remain posted. Does Apple just search for the poster's user name and remove on that basis? I'll try posting the same message under another user name and see if it get's deleted or not. I am assuming that this message will be deemed to violate Apple's policy and Apple will remove this post very quickly.

    Yes. It has nothing to do with asking a specific technical question and asking for an answer.
    This is not the Daily Agony Column that Holmes likes to read. It's not what you "seem" to want for a message board post.
    The title here is Installation and Setup. I would ask a deeper question, however, which is why you would want to make such a post? To scare others? To make yourself "feel" better? What would be the point? You don't walk into a Post Office and start ranting about a letter you got from an Aunt who just cut you off in her will. I mean, you might, but why?
    The fact is that there are many posts here on these boards that are unfavorable towards Apple and Leopard and even Apple staff. But they contain enough "meat" that they are not deleted.
    Of the posts that I have seen vanish, most had nothing in them of any value. It's also interesting that many rants are from people who purportedly speak English but cannot spell simple words and know nothing about punctuation. In my holistic view of the world, I am not surprised that their computers crashed upon upgrading to Leopard. I keep repeating that it is all attention to details.

    Before doing any of that, make sure it's asking for your ID and not someone else's ID.  It will require the ID that was used to activate the phone originally.  If you aren't the original owner, only they can help.  You have to either get the ID and password from them, or have them erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained here: Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account so you can reactivate it using your own ID.

  • How do i email the apple staff to get them to help me with my problems

    okay so i was watching a tv show on my ipad that i had downloaded... and out of no where it froze and then the screen went all weird and then there was lines on it and i couldnt get out of it or anything it was jsut stuck there! so i put it in my room and about two hours later i decided i could attempt to plug it to itunes and restart it that way but when i pluged it in it said the battery died so i left it pluged in for like 5 mins as i was on facebook,  and it said on my ipad that it was charging but it didnt hold a charge and  and on my itunes it didnt show anything. as if i didnt even plug anything in... IDK WHAT I DID,,,, and i cant email apple to ask how.. so i thought this might help in a way :/ i have only had my ipad since my birthday in july... :/

    Ringtones are currently a one-time only download, they won't appear under the Purchased tab nor in the cloud. Have you got copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or in the backup of your downloads that you can use to re-sync them to your phone ? If not, and they are still in the store, then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then try selecting Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • HT204370 I brought movies on my apple TV but they are not available to download on my computer, but one that I buy on my computer are available to watch on apple TV. why is that?

    I have purchesed a few movies on my apple TV account eg. Superman. Unfortunelty I cannot get these items to download to my computer so I can upload them to my iPad or iPhone. Movies that I have brought my computer however are automatically download and are available to watch on apple TV. I am using the same apple account for all of my apple devices and I have clicked on downloads on my computer and yet the purchesed movies on apple TV do not appear.
    I have checked in the iTunes store on my computer for the same movies I have purchased on the apple TV, but the option to download isn't there, only the option to buy. What do I do?
