Annual membership and CC on 2 computers?

Is this the only way to contact Adobe regarding my Creative Cloud membership?
Question 1:
Every month i recieve the email with:
"Thank You. We received payment for your monthly Creative Cloud membership (one-year) subscription".
At the button of the same email there is an advertising saying
"An annual membership brings substantial savings to your monthly fee".
Well, is the membership i already have and the "annual membership" the same product?
Do i already have substantial savings as promised?
Question 2:
I mainly use Creative Cloud on my iMac.
But sometimes i need the programs on my Macbook Pro when i am working directly at my customers office.
Do my membership cover downloads of the programs on the Macbook Pro as well? Or do i have to upgrade the membership somehow to use it on 2 computers?
Important: I am still just the one user. I just need the programs at the laptop at some situations.

Question 1 - yes, you are currently on an annual plan which is cheaper than the month-to-month plan.  Sorry for any confusion caused.
Question 2 - your membership allows you to install/activate the apps on 2 of your computers so the situation you describe is permitted.

    If you have Creative Cloud for teams, and you bought the licenses through Adobe direct (via Adobe.com), you can add licenses yourself, and they will be invoiced automatically as you get invoiced for the other two licenses.
    Log into adobe.com with your team admin Adobe ID and password.
    Once logged in you should be able to access a Manage Team option from the menu.
    In the top-right corner there should be an Add Licenses button, that lets you purchase any number of additional licenses.
    If you've not purchased through Adobe direct, but through a reseller, you'd need to contact your reseller to add the additional license.

    You may buy an annual subscription and pay monthly, or a straight monthly subscription... and, being a subscription, if you stop paying the software stops working

  • It won't let me cancel my photoshop membership and my 30 day window runs out in 2 HOURS!!

    I have had my photoshop annual membership for the past 29 days and decided I do not need it anymore (it will be 30 days in 2 hours), and when I try to cancel my membership I am bombarded with different links that just sends me going round in circles!! I have tried to find an e-mail address or telephone number I can contact to get direct help as it is urgent, but can't find any. I have tried to cancel it by going on my account, clicking manage plan under plans and products, then cancel plan, but this does not work. I have also tried the 'contact us' link then 'still need help? contact us', but when I am prompted to log in nothing happens. I have researched different ways and nothing seems to work!! I know that after 30 days if I want to cancel my subscription I will be billed 50%, and I will be very angry if this happens to me because it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to cancel it within the 30 days!! Please can a member of staff contact me and help me out!!

    I want to buy Creative cloud (£8.57 a month for a year) but want to know if this counts as a monthly membership that can be cancelled at any time or if this is classed as an annual plan and can only be cancelled within the first month otherwise there is a charge?     If you get an annual subscription that is paid monthly and then you wish to cancel it after the first month has passed, then you are subject to a penalty cost of one half the remaining term of the subscription... so if you cancel after 4 months you pay a penalty the equivalent of half of the 8 remaining months fees.

    I have bought an annual subscription for CC membership and I have some questions.
    - I read that I can install the programs on 2 PCs and I can deactivate them, disconnecting the account, but if I lose all the data of a PC (for example HD or others hardware components broken) how can I rescue the license?

    I'm thinking of joining the $30 Creative Cloud Full Annual Membership on the first year (since I have CS3) and switching to the 12-month Pre-Paid Membership (through Amazon) on my second year. I know that that the Full Annual Membership will be $50 per month after the first year, so I figured I can just pre-paid $600 for 12 months and not worry about it every month.
    Are there any consequences if I go about this route? What steps do I need to do to make sure the transition will go smoothly? (Do I need to deactivate/uninstall all the Adobe products and contact Adobe to cancel the current annual membership? or Do I just simply input the new pre-paid product key?)

    In your case, I'd highly recommend switching off auto-renewal once you've purchased your annual membership. You can make changes to your Creative Cloud subscription on the My Account page on Adobe.com: https://www.adobe.com/account.html Just click on "My subscriptions and services" in the far right column. Once your full annual membership commitment ends, go in and make sure your annual membership has fully expired and does not automatically renew. Then all you have to do is purchase your 12-month pre-paid from Amazon and make sure you use the same account information you used in your first subscription.
    The only fee that you could encounter in this process is if you decide to cancel your annual memberships early: (taken from the Creative Cloud FAQ)
    If you decide to cancel a 3- or 12-month prepaid membership purchased at a retailer or online store, you will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the time left on your membership. To cancel your membership, contact Adobe Customer Service.
    To cancel a one-year membership, you can either go online to the Account page on www.creativecloud.com or contact Adobe Customer Service. If you cancel your membership before meeting the 12-month commitment date, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount left on your contract.
    So make sure your full annual membership does not renew after your commitment date!
    After your annual membership expires or is cancelled, the applications you have installed will be deactivated and you won't be able to use them. You don't need to uninstall and reinstall them - you'll just need to enter your new subscription information in the Application Manager the next time you reopen the applications.
