Assistance with strange shopping cart issue...

Hello,
My first post!
I am having trouble getting through to support (of any kind) and wondered if anyone had some advice for this problem:
My site is www.welcomeclothing.com, and I am having a problem where the checkout confirmation page actually re-freshes to DIFFERENT CART!
The issue occures when you pick a product, order it, and receive the confirmation page.  If at this point you hit Control+R (refresh), you get the "Credit Card Payment Failed Screen".  If you then hit "GO BACK" from that screen it takes you to some other checkout cart (which I can not find on the back end of the site).
If anyone is up to try it and see what I mean please do.  I process the credit cards offline so you will not be charged (just use fake info).
Also, anyone know how to charge sales tak ONLY in a certian state instead of a whole County?

BE ALL THAT YOU DESIRE

Hi Eric,
You should be able to get to support through Admin > Help and Support. That issue with the receipt page needs to be investigated by support as it's not something that should be happening.
As for rendering states on the shopping cart, make sure you change {tag_shippingoptions} to {tag_shippingoptions,true}. You then have to add your state taxes under eCommerce > Tax Codes.

  • Can't delete user account with open shopping cart

    Hi all,
Is it okay to delete user account with open shopping cart? I can't delete user by users_gen, it says existing partner document. I then applied notes 1148837,report PARTNER_SET_DELETE. And this report doesn't really work. I ran it and it found zero occurrnences. Is anybody using this report?
So is it the only way to delete user from SRM is by su01 and leave some informations on Busines partner (bp)
    Thanks,
    Kev

Hi. You can easily lock the user and change the validity dates using SU01.
Then, I would write a program that looks through all locked users and checks their valdity dates. Table USR02 holds all this data.
Then, if the user is locked and the validity end date was 3 or 6 or whatever months ago (make this a selection parameter probably), then you know you want to delete this user.
So, go into table HRP1001 where SCLAS = US and SOBID = user name and OTYPE = CP and get field OBJID. This is the central person (CP) number.
Then, go into table HRP1001 again, this time where SCLAS = BP  and OTYPE = CP and OBJID = the CP number and get field SOBID. This is the business partner (BP) number.
Now, run function BAPI_USER_DELETE to delete the SU01 user fully, then function HR_CENTRALPERSON_DELETE to delete the central person, then function BUP_BUPA_DELETE to delete the business partner.
    And that should delete everything.

    Dave.

  • Shopping cart Issue with ( "Default settings:   Set values" ) link

    Hello SRM Gurus,
I have an issue in shopping cart process:
When creating a shopping cart, I am trying to change the u201CDelivery Address/Performanceu201D tab data through link u201CDefault settings:   Set valuesu201D, then add the items in to shopping cart and ordered. The change values are properly populating.  For example (Street/house number) .
But when we re-creating the shopping cart,  the changed values are not populating  automatically (Itu2019s not updated in to master  table I guess) and  we need to  open the link u201CDefault settings:   Set valuesu201D  and  change the values again.
So is this link (u201CDefault settings:   Set valuesu201D )  active only for that particular Shopping cart? Or is it missing to update the changed data in to master table?
Because business wants, when changes happen through (u201CDefault settings:   Set valuesu201D) link, It should be update in to users master and when open next time the changed value should be populated.
Is this standard behavior of shopping cart?
Kindly let me know your comments.
    Thanks.
    Regards,
    Magesh.

    Hi Anubhav
    Thanks for the mail.
    Actually my issue is that,
When creating new shopping cart, trying to change some values through "Default Settingsu201D will it be parentally stores the changed value into user master data? Or it is temporarily changes for that shopping cart alone?
Because business wanted when changing the values in "Default Settingsu201D  the changed value should be appeared when creating shopping cart next time also..
So I want to know that , What is the  standard behavior of u201Cdefault settingsu201D . Kindly let me know your experience.
    Thanks.

  • Purchasing/shopping cart issue

My computer recently crashed and luckily I was able to re-load all my songs back from my ipod to iTunes - thanks to your help over here!
But now my concern is something else: Since I first got iTunes, I have downloaded updates, but when my computer crashed, I re-installed the version I had from the cd rom. So as soon as I opened iTunes, I got the pop up box to upgrade, I think.
The other day I bought two songs and thought I had stored them in my shopping cart (in the past before my computer crashed, I stored songs and purchased them at a later date). It doesn't make sense to have a $1.98 charge on my credit card, right? I'd rather keep them in the shopping cart so I can buy more songs later and have one big transaction.
So now I just got a receipt in my email confirming my purchase of only 2 songs!! What is going on? Can someone help?
    Thank you so much.

I'm presuming that your issue is that the tracks were apparently purchased, but not downloaded. Look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for purchases" command and run that. You may find the other items there to be downloaded.
If not, follow the instructions on their web page for contacting the iTunes Store. They'll probably then reset the download for those missing tracks.
For future reference, it's not a good idea to leave items in your shopping cart for any length of time. Problems with a track or with your computer can cause the shopping cart to become corrupted, in which case only the iTunes Store can fix it. If you want to keep tracks for future purchase, just create a normal playlist and drag the tracks you want to remember into it from the iTunes Store. That will save them for future purchase.
    Regards.

  • Limit Order Shopping Cart issue

    Hi SRM Gurus,
I have some issue regarding Limit Order SC.
Currenty I am using SRM 4.0 and doing the Limit Order SC.
The Limit Order SC has been created successfully in SRM and the PO is also getting populated in ECC.
    But the problem is like,
When we create Limit Order(blanket) Shopping cart, then there has 2 options to do that.
    (Under Follow-Up Action)
    1. Confirmation and invoice
    2. Invoice Only.
Depending on the above in ECC, the Item category for the PO will be D(Confirmation and Invoice only)and B (Invoice Only).
But for my case it's always showing Item Category D in both of the cases. So as because of this issue, some thing is going wrong from ECC perspective.
So please help me out from this problem.
Thnaks for your help in advance.
    Full points for the answer.
    Thanks again,
    Shraman

    Hi Shraman,
We would like to start using limit shopping cart, but do not know how to implement this.
Can you enlighten me in regards to this?
Can you do it without using extended classic scenario?
I have the option in the shop on behalf but not in normal shopping
    Thanks in advance,
    Thomas

  • Shopping cart Issues

    Hi
Its SRM 3.0 implemented ( Classic scenario).
Now the problem is when i create shopping cart with more than 1 line item and in one line item i choose item from (Dell Catalogue) and i order the cart then separate PO is getting created for line item (related to Dell Catalogue) and other line items are combined to create separate PO.
Why this is happening any idea ??? because ideally speaking single PO should have been created for single shopping cart having mulitple line items.
    Regards
    Ashish Garg

    Hi,
    Hi,
The SRM 5.0 code for splitting PO is :
sort object list for PO grouping
      SORT lt_object_split BY fixed_vend
                              proc_org_ot
                              proc_org_id
                              proc_group_ot
                              proc_group_id
                              agreement
                              be_doc_type
                              be_co_code
                              vper_end
                              vper_start
                              plant_country
                              number_int.
If your splitting criteria are not there, then it is a bug and you have to look at OSS .
If no OSS notes found, you should create a new OSS ticket.
    Kind regards,
    Yann

But I wondered if we could do our own in DW with some

Is this hard or very complex?

it wasnt such a mammoth task..
Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome.

The customer needs an Internet Merchant Account. This is
    different from the
Merchant Account he will have for the POS terminal, and if
    the bank notice
that a POS terminal is used for internet purchases, he will
    probably be in
breach of his contract with the bank - they may take away his
    Merchant
Account altogether. The bank *will* notice, because of the
    large number of
CNP (customer not present) entries he will be making - even
    if there are no
chargebacks (which is the big risk of all internet shopping
    carts).
The fact that he already has a merchant account will help
    when he applies
for an IMA. He *will* be paying higher fees for an IMA.
When writing the shopping cart, you NEVER store card holders
    details on your
site. If you do, and your site is ever compromised, *you* may
    be held liable
for any fraudulent transactions made on any card details
    stolen from you.
Obivously if you are a massive company, there are business
    reasons why you'd
want you own control of all data. But if that was the case,
    you wouldn't
    have to ask! <g>
For most small shopping carts (i.e, bigger than paypal), I
    take the
following approach. I won't claim that it's perfect, or the
    cheapest, but it
works (and I'm open to suggestions on improving it).
    1. Make sure that the web site to hold the shopping cart is
    on a dedicated
IP address. You should then purchase an SSL certificate for
    that site.
    2. All parts of the shopping cart which collect *any*
    customer data - e.g.
name and address - should be protected by the SSL.
    3. All monetary transactions should be handled by a card
    payment processor,
e.g Worldpay, Metacharge. Let *them* deal with the credit
    card details. All
you need to pass are sufficient transaction details so that
    you can audit
back to the original sale if there are any queries.
Note that some payment processor company can also help you
    set up the IMA
account (Metacharge certainly do), and this may save you some
    hassle/money.
Otherwise you need to have the IMA account details to pass to
    the payment
    processor.
Once you think you're ready to go live, test it thoroughly.
    Then test it
again, and test a little more. Test for invalid transactions
    are well as
valid ones. The card companies have test numbers you can use,
    but also do a
few live payment tests before releasing it to the client (do
    it on your own
card, then refund it through the payment processors
    interface).

    Pete.

  • What Adobe product do I want to create a site with a shopping cart?

I know XHTML and CSS. A little javascript. But I need a shopping cart on two different sites. What is the best Adobe product for doing that?

Adobe Business Catalyst offers bundled hosting & e-commerce. But you must host your sites on their servers.
    http://www.adobe.com/products/business-catalyst/features.html
If you don't want to change hosts, look for a 3rd party shopping cart.
UltraCart is PCI compliant & offers a 30 day trial

  • Fell beside the garden with the shopping cart trick. Ah well.

I had NO intention whatsoever of opening another account, as I really do have what I need for now. But all those pretty little things at VS got me and then they told me I was an Angel and offered me a preapproval when I went to pay, and from there I was shopping on the last day of the semi-annual sale with a new account to go along with deeply discounted bras and free shipping.  Granted, I did think it through when I got the pop-up, and I know this isn't a card that will get much use as I only shop there during the semi-annual or other really good deals but I think the Comenity cards grow quickly and the VS point/reward system is pretty good. Also, I don't plan on ceasing to wear nice underwear anytime soon so I didn't have to twist my arm much to accept the offer lol SN: This was my first ever pop-up as I just started my credit rebuilding journey in Jan. of this year, so it did feel really good to see that I'm making enough progress for banks to notice. I'll be paying this bill as soon as I receive my card in a week or so and heading back into the garden!'

  • Creating an interactive PDF with a shopping cart style interface...?

Just asked this question over in the InDesign forum but figured this might be a good place as well:
I need to create an interactive PDF in which the user can check a box next to a thumbnail image and a sum total at the bottom of the page is updated.  All or none or just some of the boxes would need to be checked.
Is this possible with Acrobat Pro?

Okay, figuring this out.  Doesn't look like I need javascripting.  But wow, getting into Acrobat to create stuff for the first time is actually painful.
For instance, no matter if I use the Add Text Box tool at the top menu....or the Add or Edit Text Box tool in the Content menu, neither one will actually give me that much needed calculate field.  ????  wow.
I actually grabbed a PDF example off the net showing exactly what I want to do, but the problem is that when I cut and paste the sum text box, it comes in at a 90deg angle to what I need, lol.  Now I'm trying to figure out exactly how to ROTATE a simple text box.
    *exasperated*
EDIT:  Ahh, rotation dialog in the properties.  Grr.  It's odd that the cursor doesn't also offer a 'rotate' option.....like InDesign and every other Adobe product. heh.

  • Shopping Cart/Wish List

I have been a long time iTunes store shopper, and traditionally I've always looked forward to the updates, but one of the changes in the most recent version really irks me. I absolutely cannot stand the new wish list feature. In my opinion, it's a buggier, worse version of the shopping cart, and I seriously wish they would just bring the old one back.
But, since that probably isn't going to happen, I have some questions in hopes of making the new "feature" a little easier to deal with:
    1) Is there any way to make the wish list sort by genre? It used to be really nice with the shopping cart when I could sort through whatever music I had in it by the kind of music I was in the mood for. This is one of many features which, as far as I can tell, is gone.
    2) Is there any way to make it so the wish-list page doesn't reset each time you buy a song? Every time I buy a song, the page refreshes back to the top of the page with all my previous sorting set back to default. This is HIGHLY annoying when I want to buy more than one song, and I have to re-search for the next one after buying the first.
    3) Is there any way to see all your wish-list music on one page rather than having to sort through the 4-5 pages I currently have?
I really appreciate what Apple was trying to do with the Wish List, but unless I'm missing something, they took out more features than they added. Simple ones that make a big difference. I think they aimed it more for people who want to go through and pick a lot of music, and then buy it all at once. They took out a lot of what made large shopping carts easy and quick to navigate and buy from. I for one used the shopping cart more as a place to store all the music I EVENTUALLY wanted to buy rather than a more immediate place to chuck my upcoming purchases. Every time I saw a song on iTunes that I liked, regardless of my immediate intent of buying it, it went in the shopping cart. I may not get to it for months, but it would stay there, and I could get to it easily when I wanted to.
I highly doubt I'm the only person who used it like that, and for those of us who did, I think the wish-list is a crappy alternative.

Well after my post on this very issue was removed (because it was deemed more feedback than a question - which I'm fine with), it would likely have helped.
As far as I can tell, there is only ONE WAY to get to your shopping cart, er, wish list.
    1) Login
    2) On the left bar (the section where your shopping cart used to be, along with your playlists), you have to click on iTunes Store. You'll see your Wish List in the Quick Links section...
Thats it. Clicking anywhere else, like the 'Home' link or whatever, will not help you...if this is all too crazy, yeah, it is. I mean, making it difficult to purchase sounds really, um, crazy, particularly if you shop by shopping cart - which means you actually spend money on more music than "single buy". Ugh!
On the other question on how to "Add to Wish List". In the section where songs are listed (with fixed sized columns that you can't adjust in this version - had to rub that in), you'll see a button to "BUY SONG". To the right of that text is an arrow (in the button, not another column) that if clicked gives you more options. One of them is to add to your wish list. Can't tell if the fixed sized columns are also affecting your view (maybe you're not seeing the entire button?).

If your getting some error message Id recommend emailing the music store about this issue, as USUALLY issues with the shopping cart are caused on apples side. you can goto the link below, roll to the bottom and fill out a email form to the music store

  • ITunes Shopping Cart Problem

    Hello,
I have the strangest issue with my shopping cart. I had some items that I was going to purchase but decided not too and left them in my cart. I went to remove them from my cart the other day and I can't! I recieve the following error when I clice the x next to each item:
Could not remove an item from your cart. An Unknown error occurred (1011).
There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.
I did try again later, many times, to no avail. The items that are in my cart are no longer available in the iTunes store which I'm positive is contributing to the problem. Any help that someone could give would be appreciated!
    Thanks again.
    Dell   Windows XP Pro

This is a bit of a long shot, but it worked for another user, so it's worth a try. Go to the iTunes Store preferences, select "Buy and Download Using 1-Click", close the preferences window, reopen the preferences window and reselect "Buy and Download Using Shopping Cart". Then see if your Shopping Cart will clear.
If that doesn't help, you'll need to contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them.
    Hope this helps.
