BI 7.0 InfoSet Error/Mutiprovider

Hi, We have upgraded to SAP Netweaver 2004s, BI 7.0 SP 05.
we are getting errors when I try to execute Infoset and also with the MultiProviders
"Error Error Reading the data of InfoProvider"
"Error Error when generating the SQL Statement"
"Error An exception with type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITAL occured, but was neithe"
Can someone tell me how to fix this error.

Are you having an infoset on these two cubes, where you are getting this error? If yes, please go to infoset and check your Join Condition. The Components of infoset should be joined on some key values, then only display the data.

Error while creating - Infoset in SQ02

This is the error, i am getting when i am trying to create - Infoset in SQ02. Can any one help to resolve, check and generate
the infoset

You could try applying OSS note 1117474. You may want to review this note to see whether it fts your case..

Appropriate Datasource or the extractor for the respective fields

We need to do KPI reporting for accounts payable data.The report layout includes invoice header data and invoice lineitem data.Could somebody help me in finding the datasource to accomplish the same.I have checked the datasource 0FI_AP_04 and 0FI_GL_04.The report layout includes the following fields:
invoice header data:
location ID
vendor #
invoice #
invoice date
operator ID (who entered the invoice)
invoice entry date
days to enter (entry date - invoice date)

You need to look for these KPIs in different datasources...and then link them.

"Datasource" or "Tx Datasource" for Local Transactions

I am wondering whether I should use a "Normal DataSource" or "Transactional DataSource"
Object in my EJB deployment.
According to the docs, Tx Datasources are needed only for distributed transactions.
For local transactions Datasource is recommended. I need only local transactions
and
initially used a non-transactional datasource.
The problem I came across is that WL6.1 doesn't set the ISOLATION LEVEL as specified
in the deployment descriptors when a normal Datasource object is used.
When I switch to Tx Datasource - isolation is set properly.
Has anyone encountered this and is it a bug or am I not understanding the
documentation correctly.

Dear SD Experts,
I get the Error While Generating the Infoset.
I am actually trying to write a Query.
the tables i have inserted are VBAK, VBAP, VBEP, LIKP, LIPS
below is the List.
1)Differences in field TEXT_VBAP_CHARG
2)Differences in field TEXT_VBEP_ETENR
3)Differences in field TEXT_VBEP_ETENE
4)Differences in field TEXT_VBEP_PLNUM
5)Differences in field TEXT_LIPS_CHARG

From what you are saying, i am guessing there could be difference in field types used and in dictionary.
Try this.
1.Go to SQ02
2.Change query area (Standard / Global) in Environment --> Query areas depending on where your infoset is.
3. Select your Infoset.
4. Goto --> More functions --> Check and generate / consistency check --> Adjust.
or Try this.
1. Select your infoset.
2. Change
3. Goto --> Global properties --> see if "no automatic text recognition" is checked in options tab.
If you still having problems, give me more detail on how have you joined tables, have you used any extra fields, or have you done any coding in Infoset, I may be able to help you.

Errors while copying queries from Infoset to DSO in BI 7.0. Why

I am trying to copy queries from Infoset to DSO in BI 7.0.
Message displayed after entering the data target names in Source Infocube (Infoset) & Target Infocube (DSO).
: Errors when reading InfoObjects for InfoCube (Infoset).
My Infoset has 2 queries.
I need to copy only one query to the DSO which is part of the infoset. How can we achieve this.

who said the target is different.
The target is different in the sense, source is an Infoset & Target is an DSO.
This DSO is a part of the above Infoset.
RSZC works here but its giving errors as mentioned above.
Regenerate in the sense, u mean i need to create the same again on DSO.
Is there any other way.
If providing some solution, let it be clear.

Error with an infoset in BI

HI BI gurus,
we have a problem with an infoset.
We create an infoset in RSA1 linked to a cube and a DSO.
We activate it in english without problems and I can create a query with no errors (with a english logon).
If I try to create a query in italian language the query designer show mw this error: " unexpected error - RCF_SYSTEM_FAILURE. You must restart the query designer."
Do you have any idea how to fix and solve this problem? We try to activete the infoset in Italian but the error remains.

If you use a characteristic that supports master data in an info set and you define a key date derivation type for this characteristic, the following termination may occur when you activate the InfoSet:
UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION in class CL_RSR, method GET_COB_PRO
Other terms
rsiset, key date derivation of characteristics type, cl_rsq_iset_vers, check_tmon_conditions
Reason and Prerequisites
This problem is caused by a delivery error/program error.

AQ_AD_HOC221 Error while executing the infoset query

Hi Gurus,
I have created one infoset using LDB PNPCE and added custom fields to IT 0021 and 0041.
But when I am going to transaction SQ01 and selecting the selection criteria and including the fields from IT 0021
in the output. Now when I press on the output push button, I am getting the error mesage no. AQ_AD_HOC221
"Error when generating the report (see long text)."
I tried to search the forum for this error. I found out that many people are facing this problem, but could not find any exact solution. One more point, when I am selecting only one custom field from the IT0021, it is working well. But when I am selecting
more than one custom fields from IT0021, it is giving me the above error.

Usually this error it's because you have a problem in Query Program (SE38) with parameters.
For example: Duplicated parameter.

Runtime error while executing infoset query

Dear Experts,
When we execute infoset query we get following dump :"
" An SQL error occurred when accessing a table."
Database error text........: "ORA-25153: Temporary Tablespace is Empty"
Internal call code.........: "[RSQL/FTCH/EBAN ]"
Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).
You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
use the following search criteria:
"DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DBC
"/1BCDWB/SAPLIQG000000000015" or "/1BCDWB/LIQG000000000015U02"

Looks like a BASIS issue.
Check with BASIS, they need to regularly monitor the tablespace and file system, at OS level

1).Incomplete ON conditions in an outer join
2).Invalid ON condition for left outer join (ZSDO015)

Error while uploading ABAP Infoset

Hi friends,
I try uploading ABAP Infoset from my desktop to the Production system. I am doing this by executing program RSAQR3TR, select upload, check the Transport Infoset radiobutton. After this when I execute the program I get 2 error messages which says
1. "The Infoset ZLETR017C contains coding lines (coding for additional fields/structures or free coding)"
2. "The Infoset cannot be imported since you do not have authorization for coding maintenance"

You are getting this error becuase you are not having autorization for maintaining the code in infoset in production system .

I am getting an error in rsa1 while creating an Infoset. The error message reads "Network is only supported in WinGUI". But I do not get any error while creating Infoobjects or DSOs or Infocubes. Error screenshot is attached.
I am using SAPGUI for Mac.
Is this a known issue ?
