Billing Document- Condition types- report -reg

Hi experts,
1. I see a billing document in VF03,
2. I select a line item and click on pricing button.
3. I get all the pricing condition types and the corresponding values against them.
Pls let me know how do I get the values of "Net Value Before Freight" alone.
I need to display this value alone in a report for a given Billing document.
Are there any function modules to get these values alone.

Hi,
IF u double click on any name it display the values on another screen.
In that screen Condition values r there .
It calculates based on percentages.

  • Create Credit Memo referenced to Billing Document - Condition Types

    Hello,
I need help on this particular situation, your help would be greatly appriciated.
I try to create a Credit Memo(VA01) with reference to the Billing Document, but I don't want to see on my Credit Memo a particular Condition Type from the Billing Document. Configuration solution or ABAP solution? and how?
What the system does now is, it copies all the Condition Types from the Billing Document to the newly created Credit Memo.
    Thank you all

    Hi,
Create a new pricing procedure without the condition type you donot wish to appear in the credit note. create/ use a different document pricing procedure for the credit note, do the required assignments.. this will meet the requirements

  • Tax Code in Billing Document Condition Type

    Hi Experts,
We have found a below issue in our system, could you please guide me if you have any inputs:
    Case1:
When a Billing document is generate for a condition type ZABC ( Discount Condition Type) which is manually entered in the order ,it  has the tax code populated.
This can be seen in the condition type display in Billing document and in the accounting document generated.
I have not maintained any condition record for this condition type.
    Case 2:
I have a similar condition type Z123 ( again Discount condition type) though for a different pricing procedure but for this
tax code is not populated. No condition record is maintained for this too, it is manually entered.
It can not bee seen against this condition type in Accounting document.
I have compared and check if there is any routine and also the properties of both the condition types.
Also  i have checked the copy control.
When I debug it , I see that tax code is fetched from KOMV table.
    My Questions:
Is KOMV table updated even if the condition type is entered manually?
From where does the tax code appear in Billing document for a condition type?
Please help me or guide me where to check on this.
    Thanks for your help.
    Regards,
    Venkat

Hi Venkata, the tax code you see here comes from the FI setting in OB40..
however, it depends on transaction in OB40. This is what I know..it's more of an FI concept.
Can you just check if the Z123 is marked as statistical ?

  • Billing Document RV type picking up wrong Profit Center

    Hi All
I have created a Sales order .Also maintained Profit Center in Sales:General/Plant data view of Material master. My Sales Order is picking up correct Profit Center .
But in my Billing Document (RV Type) ,it is reflecting Dummy Profit Center .It is picking from 3KEH setting.
Why it is so as first priority is always sales order profit center.
Also, what is the solution to correct it .
    Thanks In Advance
    Regards
    Payal Saxena

Billing Document type is F2 and RV is accounting document type.  In normal circumstances, whatever profit center flows in sale order, the same will flow to your billing document also.  Can you please confirm whether the same profit center is flowing in your billing document or not ??
    thanks

  • Finding a Billing Document condition amount is positive or negative

    Hi,
    I have the below scenario:
User will query the Billing Documents on the condition type(ex: YABC) and then display the Condition Value and Condition Base Value of the codition type as a report.
And user has an option to summarize the values based on the Ship-to, in this case user wants to sum up the Billing Documents and see the Balance. When adding up the values it should treat the Condition Value and Condition Base values differently for Billing Documents and cancelled Billing documents. i.e., for Billing documents that are cancelled the value should be treated as + and for the Billing documents that are not cancelled it should treat as -.
We can't depend on the document types or document category as there is no restriction for the report on these. My report may have Invoice, Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Cancelled invoice, etc. So I can't check each document type and determine the sign of the amount.
Is there any way that we can identify the values on a condition record is credit or debit?
Could anyone please let me know.
    Thanks,
    Murali.

    Hi,
If you want to identify a specific condition, then you can check the condition Type in SPRO. It says whether it has + or - effect.
    IMG Path:
Sales and Distribution /  Basic Functions/ Pricing / Pricing Control / Define Condition Types / Maintain Condition Types
Go in to your condition type, you can see + or -  value.

  • Billing Enhancement - Condition Types

    Hi Friends,
I have got a requirement to determine condition types based on certain conditions through exits in VF01. The sceanrio is something like this...
For each line item from a delivery document i got to determine condition types by cross-checking a z table. I tried using Subroutine exit 'USER_FILL_VBRK_VBRP'. What happens here is that if we have 2 line items, the user exit populates the condition types for the first line item and the second line item remains unchanged. I guess we have a sequence problem here.. Correct me if iam wrong. The condition types in standard program is determined by a function module by name 'Pricing_Copy' which executes after this subroutine exit.
Do we have any other exits where i can code so that the condition types are in place.
    Prompt replies would be rewarded.
    Regards,
    Tamilarasan.

    hi
I think u got to write your code into save document user exit, and it takes care of all the line items here.
will investigate more and let u know abt it...
    Thanks

  • Tax condition types maintanance reg

    Dear all,
In my business scenario i have only trading goods means( no mfg parts). only procured from other countries and sales it. however we have rg23d updation after the exsice  invoice. pls clarify the what excise conditions shall i maintaned and in which key combination and acess sequence pls help me in this regards
    Meera

    Hi,
U need to initially classify them in the below path :
Logistics Gen--> Tax on Goods Movement > India> Basic Settings --> Determination of Excise Duty --> Condition Based Excise Determination -->Classify Condition Types.
And also u need to maintain for your tax procedure what are all the condition types that you are going to use in the below path: Logistics Gen--> Tax on Goods Movement > India> Basic Settings --> Determination of Excise Duty --> Maintain Excise Defaults. Here u need to maintain the excise condition types for various purposes. And these condition types also need to be available in ur India tax procedure. Based on this once you create a tax code, you can maintain the % against each of the condition types. And based on this the values will be determined in the sales order.
    Hope this helps.
    Kind Regards

  • All tax condition in while billing document insted of Sales order

    Hi,
As per our present process for excise and non excise Sales order and any other type of sales order we have created different pricing procedure and sales order type and when we create sales order we can see the tax conditions with amount in sales order only,  is it possible to make only one sales order type but intial no tax condition should come in Sales order we want to common sales order type and the we will create different delivery types for different type of order conditions lik eexcise , non ecise etc. and after that when we create the billing document at that time tax condtion should come in the billing document condition with tax amount.
       How to configure above.
    regards,
    zafar

    Hi Zkarnalkar,
Have you tried setting pricing requirement #24 for all tax conditions in your pricing procedure?
This is a standard SAP requirement routine that will allow the condition to appear only for Invoices (other than Pro-Forma), Credit/Debit requests, and Returns.
If this is too much, then you can ask your development team to copy this code into a custom requirement routine and adjust as needed.

  • Statistical condition type mapping

In COPA (Profitability Analysis), we map transfer of billing document to flow into COPA. The value fields of COPA are mapped with Condition type of SD (Transaction Code KE4I).
The situation is few condition types are assigned to Accounting key as well as are statistical in the Pricing Procedure. So whichever Condition type is assigned to Accounting key will flow to FI and same condition type in other Pricing Procedure is statistical will not flow to FI.
However in COPA, the condition type is mapped to COPA value field. So all the values in the billing document against that condition type will flow to PA. This would lead to differences in FI & COPA reporting to the extent of same conditions with statistical tick.
How to deal with the situation so that FI & COPA reporting are sync ?
    Eg.
In COPA mapping Condition type "EXD" mapped to COPA Value field "ERLOS"
Pricing Procedure Condition Type AccKey Statistical
    PP101 EXD ERL
PP102 EXD (no A/c Key) Statistical
How do i map EXD so that COPA & FI reporting are in harmony ?

    Hi
i would say thats a wrong design...
In your current case of Dr Memo, either you should not be using the same cond type as statistical OR If you are using it, you shud have reset it to Zero using the following IMG Menu for the Billing type pertaining to Dr/Cr Memo
IMG>COPA>Flows of actual values > Billing> Reset condition types
With this, revenue cond type will be updated to COPA with zero value during Dr/Cr Memo

    Hi Michael ,
Thank you very much for your answer. I just require one more confirmation from you.
Could you please confirm If we post a returns document in CRM system directly the "ZPRS or VPRS - Cost" Condition type will not appear in the return document condition types.
Untill and unless it is a billing document in CRM system the "cost" condtion wont appear rt?
    Could you please confirm it.

  • EK01 & EK02 Condition Type

    Dear Friends
In Sales Document type in Billing Section Condition Type Line Item=EK02 and
In Standard Pricing Procedure RVAA01 used EK01 and EK02 What is the use of it where it will affect?
    Please clarify my doubts
    Thanking You
    Arun

    Dear Customer,
    a describtion for EK01/EK02
The unit cost estimate is the planned cost of goods manufactured for the material to be sold. The estimate is calculated based on the materials you intend to use, the services you intend to carry out, and additional costs such as shipping and insurance. In addition, you can use cost items to calculate overhead surcharges. The unit cost estimate is calculated in Controlling (CO-PC). The cost estimate is then copied into the sales document and can be used for pricing or for calculating the profit margin.
    Condition type          Name                    Use
EK01               Individual Determination          Used as basis for pricing
EK02               Unit cost estimate u2013 statistical     Used to calculate profit margin
The condition type EK01 can be used as a basis for pricing a make-to-order item in a sales document. The system calculates the cost of manufacturing and copies the result as an EK01 condition type into the pricing screen of the sales document.
You can use the condition type EK02 to calculate the profit margin of a make-to-order item in a sales document. The system calculates the cost of manufacturing and copies the result as an EK02 condition type into the pricing screen of the sales document. The EK02 has no direct effect on pricing.
    2.     Settings in Customizing
Condition type configuration (for both EK01 and EK02)
    u2022     Basic configuration:
    Condition class      [KOAID]      B Prices
    Calculation type      [KRECH]     C Quantity
    Condition category      [KNTYP]     Q Costing
    u2022     No access sequence
u2022     EK01/EK02 can only use as item condition. Group condition flag should not be set.
    Pricing Procedure Configuration
u2022     EK01 and EK02 should be checked as manual in the pricing procedure since their value is not derived from SD condition records.
u2022     EK02 must be set as Statistical in the pricing procedure.
u2022     Subtotal value u201CBu201D should be assigned to the EK02 condition.
See note 155212 and online documentation for additional details.
I hope that the information are helpful.
    regards
