BP data missing in some Lead transactions of MSA.(Data Inconsistency)

The BP information(Company name & Contact person) is NOT getting displayed on some of the Lead transactions on MSA. Although,it is displayed on most of the Lead transaction on MSA.
1) If I download say 20 Leads from CRM Server to MSA, the BP data is missing only on some 4-5 Leads. All other Lead have the correct BP information.
2) And, if 2 Leads are downloaded for the same BP, 1 Lead has the BP data whereas the other does NOT have it.
-This shows that the BP data is available in MSA database but it is NOT displayed on the MSA tileset.
-Also, we are able to pull the BP (Activity Partner & Contact person) under the respective BP search on MSA.
We checked the Client SQL database table and all the data (Master & Transaction) are present there.
However, when we check the tables for the Lead where BP is missing, the BP information is NOT available. i.e, the BP information is not available at the table level for that particular transaction.
In spite of all the Master data available in database level.
Can anyone please help us with this?

Hi there,
Yes.We are able to reproduce it as and when we want the "error samples".
One more finding, we DON'T see this issue on DEV setup. It is working fine.
However, when we try to upload the same flat file containing 24 Leads on Testing environment, invariably we get the "BP data missing" at least for 3 Lead transactions.
This is the case on Production environment as well.
We are already contemplating on OSS ticket.

    I remember we had something like this once after an (internal) release change. After next logon or the other day everything was fine again and nobody could reproduce this phenomenon.
    So keep cool, wait a week an come back if problem persists.

  • Restricting Follow Up Activities on Lead Transaction

    Hello All,
    I need to restrict certain follow up activities on the lead transaction, I have gone through the forum and found out that the same can be restricted using authorizations
    Following are the posts
    Limit the transaction types by role
    Restrict the transactions type in pop-up when creating a Transaction
    Following are the auth code checks I have performed
    The objects CRM_ORD_LP and CRM_ORD_OP have been set to inactive screen shot attached below
    The transaction type Z002 which needs to be excluded is not maintained in the object CRM_ORD_PR
    For the concerned user only one role is assigned, however when I am creating the follow up activity from the lead transaction, the system is allowing me to create the same, please advice if I am missing some configurations
    I am able to create the activity as per the screen shot below

    Hi Experts,
    I am trying to enter Asset Transaction: Asset Sale Without Customer (ABAON) but I am getting the error below:
    Data inconsistency: Area 30 for value takeover is missing
    Message no. AAPO105
    Diagnosis
    According to its formula, depreciation area 31 is defined for mandatory takeover of values from depreciation area 30. However, depreciation area 30 was not posted during the current transaction (chart of depreciation MY01). This is not allowed.
    Procedure
    Check the specifications for the current transaction type.
    I have checked OAYZ configuration. Area 30 does not have a 'Deactivate' tick on it. What does the Deactivate tick mean? If I need to change and tick it, how do I so since it is grayed out?

    This might be due to new depreciation area addition recently, is it ?
    For the message in AFBN,
    Depreciation area  that you entered in chart of depreciation cannot be processed, as this program can only process real depreciation areas and not derived areas.
    If it is a derived depreciation area then this program not works.
    Based on initial error message it appears 31 is deriving values from 30. You might have run AFBN for area 30. Please check what the parameters in area 30. Some time dep.area defined as derived can be a real dep.area if it is the differences derived value from other dep.areas.
    In that case please check the link back where exactly the values should come and flow.

    I need to determine responsible employee in lead transaction thru Organisation model that I have created . Now I dont want to use the attributes of the organisation as we have some constraints in that I need to determine a partner out of the assignment I have done in Organisation model. eg If BP "0001" is assigned to Org unit A as employee(Holder of a position) is it possible for me to determine the same employee in lead transaction as Employee responsible if I give the input of org unit A in the transaction? If yes pls let me know the steps for doing the same.

    In SPRO Customer Relationship Management > Master Data > Organizational Management > Organizational Data Determination >Wizard for Organizational Data Determination > Create Determination Rule of the Responsibility Type.
    There, you assign a name, scenario (Sales or service) and select an attribute for example: SA_RESPORG Responsible organization, then assign Organization unit. After you assign  profile to transaction type Lead.

    <b>our scenario</b> is whenever xyz person(first visit) enter into the store the sales employee in the store will give the product demonstration to xyz.
    after product demonstration is done the sales employee will ask xyz which the address and contact numbers etc and also the sales employee asks xyz which product he is looking for? whether he likes the product? if he likes when do he wats to buy etc.
    Then the sales employee will maintain BP master in SAP
    as per our scenario the movement when the sales employee save the BP master the system has to generate Lead transaction and activity transaction at the background.
    <b>Issue:</b>
    1) how do we capture the questionnaire details to generate lead?
    2) where do we capture the questionnaire details?
    I guess there is some BAdi available, but what I dont understand is in order to generate a lead transaction certain data is required like questionnaire, lead group and lead soucre etc.So where do I maintain questionnaire and other data to be passed on as input parameters to generate lead?
    is it necessary to attach questionnaire and other details to BP master record?
    or is there any way where we can display lead transaction screen during creating of BP?

    I have the following error:
    Data inconsistency: posting with restricted transaction type
    Message no. FAA_POST047
    Diagnosis
    You are trying to post in company code 1000 with transaction type 130 in ledger group 0N. According to table TABWA, this transaction type is limited. Nonetheless, according to your entries, you want to post to area 11.
    System Response
    Using limited transaction types is obsolete and would lead to an inconsistent posting in this situation. The system rejects the posting.
    Procedure
    Use a transaction type that is not limited. And, if possible, choose the ledger group and/or depreciation area on the initial screen.
    According to specific accounting we shouldn't post to one of the depr. area, so most of the tr.types are restricted to post to all areas except this one.
    Because of this, posting from MM with acc.assignment 'A' is impossible - I have this error.
    Any ideas how to solve?

    This looks like your transaction type -130 is limited to post only in ledger group-0N as per the transaction type configuration. Due to which system is unable to post all the ledgers and hence this lead to inconsistency.
    Please verify the transaction type 130- in configuration T code - OAYA and see if it is restricted by depreciation area (eventually allow to post only ledger group- 0N.

  • Restriction of Campaign's in Lead Transaction Screen in IC Role.

    I am working on a CRM Web Ui project where we create campaigns in the marketing role, when creating the campaign we do have the tab products where the user will enter the product id, the category id which is assigned to it will get defaulted, my requirement is that when the user enter's this category id in the lead transaction in the interaction centre role, only campaigns pertaining to that  particular product or category should be visible in the dropdown when creating the lead.
    I also understand that this is a technical requirement and can be done through a user exit, appreciate if anyone knows about this user exit and what code needs to be written in the same, since I do not have any Web Ui technical folks to help.

    Hi,
    The easiest is to not show the version number characteristic.
    Create the layout as follows:
    'CustGp', 'Biz_Unit', 'sales_Area', 'Prdct_Div', 'Billing2006', 'Target_2007 A10', 'Target_2007 B10', 'Target_2007 A10'.
    S1, B1, SA1, Div1, 4500, 5000, 6000, ____ .
    From a user point of view, this layout is more intuitive.
    After all, why should the billing be shown 3 times.
    You could even show the difference between target A10 and target B10 to make it easier for the user to fill column Z10.
    You can achieve this by putting the version in the 'data columns' on the first screen of your layout and then create several lines in the 'data columns' tab and enter the correct version (A10, B10, Z10) in the different lines.
    You will also need a line for billing and will be obliged to assign a version. Billing generally has no version so enter '#' not assigned.

    this example is not for ERMS but in it there should be quite similar possibility.
    for Interaction Center you have Agent Inbox functionality, in SPRO tcode your will find configuration for Agent Inbox, where you may review it. To find workflow which is used by system you may go to SWETYPV tcode and look for object CICSUPRT2 and event MAILRECEIVED. Or go to SWEL and check whuch workflows were executed at a time when email arrived.
    Then best will be to copy this workflow in tcode SWDD to a new one, and set it in above configuration to be executed.
    In SWDD in this workflow add tasks for BP creation and Lead creation. Possibly you will find methods to be used in tcode SWO1 for objects like Lead or Business Partner. Or you may develop yours object in SWO1 with own menthods, and use it later in SWDD for tasks creation.

    When i checked both the asset master does not have Depreciation area 10. But it activated in configuration. Is it possible to add the dep area 10 in asset master now?

    I tried executing AFBN for Dep area 10, system throwing pop up message as"Define depreciation area correctly". The detailed information in POP is as given below.
    Define depreciation area correctly
    Message no. AU008
    Diagnosis
    Depreciation area 10, which you want to create as a new depreciation area in chart of depreciation PE1, has no depreciation area defined for value takeover. This may be be correct for normal operation, however for the purposes of creating a new depreciation in the productive system, you have to enter a depreciation area whose values are used as base values for the new area.
    Procedure
    In FI-AA Customizing, please check the value takeover rules for the depreciation area you are creating.
    In config, there are totally 4 dep areas, 01,10,31 & 33 and which has defined as default dep areas in asset master, but when i try to create a new asset asset, in dep area tab, the default dep area are appearing only 01, 31 & 33. Dep area 10 is not showing,
    Please tell me what could be reason, for throwing error in AFBN and why dep area 10 is not appearing while creating new asset master.

    Did you check the Cost for all the Planned Workplan Budget Lines. Generally, this type of error comes when the Quantity is defined but the Cost is missing for any Line. Find that Planned Workplan Budget Lines and enter the Cost for them and save it.

  • Version 10.1.3 misses printing some lines. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Using Adobe Reader X version 10.1.3 it misses printing some lines but prints perfectly with version 8.1.2.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    I always match the entire project to the footage so this problem doesn't happen.
    I have an after effects project dynamically linked to the project.  I think that may be causing the problem somehow, although that is also a 1440 project.
    Again, I had no problems before.  I've done 10+ projects for this client with the same settings and am only now having problems.
    I never recommend shooting in 1440, but that is what they wanted for whatever reason.  Always 1920x1080p or 1280x720p.

    For one transaction you will have to build your bdc table according to the recording for that transaction and then call that transaction using the bdc table. For another transaction , you will again have to build the bdc table with the details of that transaction.
    You cannot call all at one shot.

  • Number range in Lead Transaction

    In my Sandbox we have created one lead transaction and assigned one number range to that transaction.Now suddenly we figured out that one number of that range is assigned to more than one transactions of the same T type. eg 116 number is assigned to two different lead transactions created at two different times from the same transaction type. Is it usual scenario pls let me know how to debug the problem.

    Run the archiving program which is by SARA transaction.
    Put the archicing object CRM_LEAD.Its shall pick up all the transactions which are to be archived and put them in a flat file.
