HI Experts,
I want to see the report for a project releated to budget transfere, means what ever the related budget transfere is done with in a project. i want to know all the budget transfere is done for a project.I know Cj3B but in this we want to enter the document number & we can see the details of particular document number. we can see in cje0---> Budget Updates but in that there is a little bit confusion is there. Except this 2 is there is any report is there.

PO values in budget related reports
Hi,
I am creating PO from ME21N and asigning WBS as account assignment. I can see this PO value as commitment in cost element report S_ALR_87013542 but I see this value in Assigned orders in budget report S_ALR_87013558. I don't have any issue from availability control but why I am not seeing this cost against committment.No this is not a standard behaviour.Can you chcek the cost element against which the commitment is reflected in S_ALR_87013542.Also do an analysis(Extras --> Availabity Contril --> Analysis) in CJ30/CJ31.So that you can identify, against which cost element is this PO value reflecting and its corresponding value type and business transaction.

Budget Commitment Report - S_ALR_87013558
We have an issue with the Budget Commitment Report S_ALR_8701355 as explained below.
Org Structure:
A* Projects are separate small Projects to track Capital and Operating Expenses
But all the Capital Purchases are done only through C* WBS. And accordingly Capex budget is maintained only for C* WBS. So AWBS has been linked to 3 CWBS ( SW, HW & Dev SW) in one of the user field of C*WBS.
Shopping Cart will be raised using CWBS in SRM. But once PR has been created it replaces the account assignment field with AWBS. And later even the Asset posting happens only with A*WBS
Issue:
While using Budget Commitment Report - S_ALR_87013558, CWBS is giving Budget and A WBS is giving Actual cost. This Actual Cost pertains to 3 C* WBS Elements (SW, HW & Dev SW). So now Business requires to merge the cost of A* WBS with respective C*WBS Element.
We are able ascertain the cost of AWBS but not able find a logic to distribute this cost across respective C WBS.
Current Logic of the Program:
Any document posted using WBS Element will update table RSPCO with just Amount, Period & Value Type (Actual/ Budget / Plan) . So Budget Commitment Report S_ALR_87013558 will fetch the details from this table alone.
Could any of you please let us know how to deal with this problem without altering the existing Org structure .Hi Rajesh,
I think the report is showing correctly as per the logic. But please elobrate us why the PR created with account assignment C* WBSE is replacing by A* WBSE.
If the account assignment in PR and PO is replacing by A* WBSE then obviously actual cost will book against A* WBSE and report S_ALR_8701355 will display the same.
you can post cost from AWBSE to C WBSE uisng KB15N.

Non Budget related GL accounts
Hye Experts
I have some Gl accounts which are not relevant for budget. I dont want this GL accounts to be checked for budget. What shall I do.
Shall i create a committment item with not relevant for budget or any statistical committment can be created which will not check the budget controll.

SureshIf the non budget related accounts you can create a derivation strategy to derive a tolerance profile that that has a usage rate of 999% .For example our accounts that end with a "1" derives a different tolerance profile that the accounts which we budget very strictly (100% usage rate).

There are no other batch scripts I am aware of, you will have to create any new ones.
In regards to backing up with business rules and planning, that would be mainly be backing up the repository.
You can also use LCM to export your objects and this can be called from command line.

Is there any way to exclude the actual cost occured on a project through speicific cost elements on Budget/Actual report? since we are entering the budget without considering the costs occured on those cost elemtns.I know we can exclude cost elements from budget availability control in T.code OPTK. Is there any way to exclude them from the report.

There is only one possibility where you can exclude the cost incurring on certain cost elements in the configuration, by making cost elements exempted from availabiity control.
But there are options in tolerance limits where you can exclude PR or PO etc.
If you realy don't want to have on budget by certain cost elements then you need to exempt those cost elements in the Budget configuration. Cost> Budget>Exempt Cost Elements.

Hi Experts,
In our organization, we are preparing order related report. As per the client request the repoort should contain all order related information like.. req date, req qty, cofirmation date, etc.
if say for example
Scenario 1.
Customer order = 500. But stock is available only 500. in this scenario, the system creates only one shedule line. Because the stock is available in the requested date.
Scenario 2.
Customer Order = 500. But the stock availability is only 400. in this scenario, the system creating second shedule lines for balance 100. I want to give details for my technical person with respect to this scenario. What are all the details i want to give and how the values will be calculated for this? Especially were and all it reflect?
Scenario 3.
Our client is maintaining the materials in batches, from only one batch the quantity is available, the available qty - 500. there is no stock in the rest of the batches.Say for example the Customer order = 3000. In the second shedule line, it showing only up to qty = 1000. But rest of the quantity it is not showing.

Please note that display of multiple schedule lines in a sales order is the outcome of two things -
1 - The tick "check without RLT" & GR processing time in MRP views.
All your reporting requirements can be met easily with proper fn specs.
Use tables / fields for fetching the necessary values
VBAP - KWMENG for order quantity
VBEP - BMENG for confirmed quantity
Additionally you may also require delivered quantity to be found. for this you need to fetch picked quantities form respectives deliveries.

FMBB Prepost vs. budget overview report
Hi,
When I try to prepost a budget document it is showing up in the Budget overview report (FMRP_RW_BUDGET). This is contrary to what i was expecting (I thought it will show up only after I post the document). Is this how it is supposed to work?

RHere is the SAP definition of Workflow Status:
The workflow status is used to distinguish between data that has been preposted and data that has been posted.
Preposted budget data can increase or reduce the budget when it is posted and, for this reason, budget data that is preposted can have the following workflow statuses:
Earmarked
The budget will eventually be increased.
Reserved
The budget will eventually be reduced.
We do not use workflow function but we do prepost budget (managers will manually review the preposted budget and post them if approved). All our preposted documents in the line item table and total table has workflow status 'E'. Without workflow, this indicatior is the only criteria that the managers run reports to pull the documents that are waiting for their approval.
This is something similar to FI parked document. Parked document has a different indicator in FI tables regardless workflow function is on or not. But once workflow function is turned on, parked document is what initiates the workflow.
The reason your 'all' and 'Posted' are the same is becaused all your preposted documents have been posted.
Here is what you can test: in your test system, FMBB to create a prepost document (just prepost, do not post); SE16 to look at table FMBDP; pull that preposted document and see what value system assigned to Workflow Status field.

You can use : VL06G, VL06O, VA05. In this report you can enter your choice in Tab Status : Outb. Delivs and execute. In that report you can see the data at both level - item and Header.

Hello, I am looking for a statspack query that will produce a report regarding CPU (usage, parses etc.). It has to calculate the average of each day, in order to use the values in excel and build a trend analysis report.

Well i am at abaper and dont have much knowledge in finance controling.
First issue:
Currently we update our budget using the t.code KPA6 using Profit Center and Cost element.
It is succesfully getting update at KPA7.
But why GLPCT table is not getting update?? Any idea ?
Second Issue :
I am working Report painter for the KPA6 with the Profit Center.
In the t.code GR21 i am creating a library with name ZF2 and table GLPCT but the table does not having the
value which is been update at the KPA6.
Any idea anyone ? For you information recently some consultants did internal order configuration for the company.
Can this config give any problem for the KPA6.

But it is still not updating in the GLPCT.
As per my knowledge kpa6 is getting update at the COSP table and due to this i am unable to complete my report painter.
Is it possible for you to give any basic idea or t.code to integrate.
