Business Administration Tab not seen in SOAMANAGER

I have created a web service definition of an RFC and have activated the same in the package.
As a next step I need to run the transaction SOAMANAGER -> Business Administration Tab -> Web service Administration. To manage the web service and create proxies and download the WSDL.
I have also assigned the following roles to my user ID as mentioned in the link below.:

For some reason I am not able to see the Business Administration Tab and am not able to proceed with the web service creation.

Now that I have been able to create the web services. When I test the WSDL url in the enterprise portal WSNavigator I get the following error. Any Idea what is happening.
Cannot download WSDL from http://**.*.com:8010/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/bndg_DFBC2DC811D95FF1B50C001F29E83486/wsdl11/allinone/ws_policy/document?sap-client=100: Invalid Response Code: (400) Bad Request.

Thanks for the reply. I got the below message when I tried to open what you have sent.
If you have proper authority, this screen allows you to create, edit and delete Catalog Groups, as well as remove Catalog Users. Creating a Catalog Group for the first time will automatically create a shared folder of the same name for the Group.
          Not Authorized
          You do not have the necessary privileges to manage groups
Where can I give the permissions to it and able to view the ADMINISTRATOR.

Dismantle tab not seen in change Equipment

Dear Team ,
I am not able to see the dismantle Tab in the Change Equipment Structure tab screen
Earlier this tab was seen ,
I need to change the Functional Location of the Equipment
This can be done by dismantling and then assigning the new Functional Location
But my issue :- The Dismantle tab is not seen in the change Equipment Sctrusture Tab Screen ,

Regarding your issuse, note this could be an inconsistency. Run report RISTEQ04 in order to repair the status issue (try first in test mode).

Enterprise Mgr 'Administration' tab not responding

I have installed Release 10.1.0.2.0 on Windows 2000 server.
Install was going great - loaded data now 'Administration' tab is not responding. Generates no error that I am aware of. I cannot 'see' my tablespaces, users, etc. to troubleshoot.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I can tell you that in the 5 days since I prevented the autostart of the apdpoxy.exe file, I have only had one single crash of the program during the 10+ hours that I have used it.
When I allow the apdproxy.exe file to autostart upon login, the frequent crashes immediately start up again. I'm on an XP machine, and every single time that it has crashed on me, it always asks if I want to sent the notice/report to Microsoft. Of course I always Click "Yes" just to flood their inbox...
When I disable the autostarting of the apdproxy.exe file, everything seems to run just fine, and the program is truly fun to use!
Since I am on a Windows XP machine, and therefore do not have the Activity Monitor utility, I do not have the statistics that you request. I suppose I could do it with the Performance Monitor running - but I am only going to spend the time and frustration involved with allowing the apdproxy.exe program to autostart if you specifically ask me to do so.

Business system is not seen in new business system window

A Business system has been created by admin in SLD
now when I try to declare the same BS as business system(manually .. new > assign busines system), I dont see it in create business system window...

I already compiled and valided the project. Also I already restart the server.

My New Page Tab has like screen: Xxaa New Screen
My New View: Xxaa New View
I added the new page tab in the Application “Siebel Universal Agent” and I compiled the project “Xxaa New Project” and “Siebel Universal Agent”. After I logged to “Call Center” but I don’t see the new Page Tab
I navigated in application “Navigate --> Site Map --> User Preferences --> Tab Layout”, but my new page tab "Xxaa New Screen" isn't checked the flag "Hide"
Also I added new Responsibility: "Xxaa New Responsibility" and I added the new view "Xxaa New View" and the User SADMIN has grants.
What I need to do?

I created these objects:
1- New Project : Xxaa New Project
2- New Table : CX_PROJECTS
3- New Business Componet : Xxaa New Business Component
4- New Business Object : Xxaa New Business Object
5- New View : Xxaa New View
6- New New Applet : Xxaa New Applet
Finally I added the new screen (Xxaa New Screen) to application "Siebel Universal Agent" in the new page tab. I compiled the all objects and projects and I copied the file srf to the SERVER. And I created new responsibility (Xxaa New Responsibility) and I added the view (Xxaa New View) in this responsability.
But the new tab is not seen.

Business system not seen

Hi all,
I am working on a JDBC-XI-Idoc scenario.
I have created a business system and a technical system. I have also completed all my design in the repository.
When i try to create a new object in the Directory, it is asking for the business system. But the business system which i had created in the SLD is not seen in the list of business systems which is getting displayed.
Can anybody help me in this?

Hi,
you need to assign the business system first
1. you can do it in the directory - open business systems without party and right click and <b>assign business system</b>
2.if you won't see your business system there
refresh sld first (from the manu in directory)
and repeat the step 1.

Try using the FUNCTIONAL ADMINISTRATOR responsibility.
Navigate to core services > caching > global components (can't remember if that's exactly the right names)
Then press the clear cache button.
Sometimes you get this error if you haven't performed these steps.

Can not see the administration tab in EM

Hi, I installed Oracle 10g EE Release 2. However, when I log in to EM and I want to see the Administration tab, I have to enter again the user and password I gave them and I got this error: Database error I/O Exception: Unknown host specified
I check on metalink and said that is due to the TZ zone so I modified the file emd-properties and run emctl resetTZ agent without success
Someone knows about a patch that solve this.

Exchange 2013 free/busy not seen by users in different mailbox database suddenly

suddenly I have this problem that users in Maildb1 can't see free/busy information at users in Maildb2 and vice versa in my Exchange 2013 environment. Users in the same MailDB can see eatch other free/busy info, but not via databases.
Anyone familyar with that one?

Please make sure that Exchange Autodiscover is set up correctly for all organizations that use an organization relationship. If Autodiscover isn't working correctly, there's no supported way for you to use organization relationships.
Make sure that Autodiscover URLS can be resolved internally and externally for the organization with which you want to share free/busy information.
Make sure that the organization with which you are sharing free/busy information has its external EWS endpoint set up.

SOLAR01 / 02 Administration tab - making 'Plan Data' fields non-editable

For the SOLAR01 / 02 t-codes, and under the Administration tab, how can one make the 'Plan Data' non-editable for the users. This is required so that the planned data is controlled only by the Admin / Mgmt team and the functional and technical team can update only the 'Actual Data' fields.

I would like to create a project plan similar to MS Project with tasks, activities etc. and having planned and actual dates. The ASAP roadmap structure is more suitable for this kind of thing, but it does not provide a tab to add the planned and actual dates.
The SOLAR01 provides the Admin tab for the planned and actual dates, but it has a constraint that the structure it creates is only 2 levels deep. Besides, I don't want the Org Structure, Master Data and Business Processes sub-folders to appear under each task / activity.
Any ideas if any of the above can be achieved?

SOLAR01 - Administration Tab

I am currently working with Sol Man EHP1 SAPKITL433
I am setting up project structure in SOLAR01. In Administration tab, i am entering the team members at the business process level. Under the business process, i have 80 business process steps. When i have entered the project team members at the business process level, i was under the expectation that, the project team member will be passed on the lower level also (ie business process step). It was not like so. I need to enter the project team members at each business process step level it seems but i feel it is tedious to maintain the team member details at step level.
Can any one guide me to avoid this tedious method?

Hello,
the button is also disponible in your stack version. In the Team Member Tab at your business process level you should have 4 buttons
- Plus
- Minus
- Replace
- Copy
            - *********Add (will add asssigned team memebers to all subnodes)
            - *********Delete (will delete asssigned team memebers to all subnodes)
            - *********Replace (will replace asssigned team memebers to all subnodes by your selection)
PS: the 4th button is available only when a node has subnodes. So you wont see it at a step level for example

Business Area is not visible

I have Discoverer 10g 9.0.4. The EUL is visible by a couple of accounts. Of the accounts that can see the Business Area, I can revoke the BA and it disappears from the user. I can then grant it back to the user and it is visible again.
With a new database account with the same database permissions as the other accounts, the business area is not visible. I can log in with one of the "bad" accounts I can see the EUL5 tables. I can see that in EUL5_ACCESS_PRIVS and EUL5_EUL_USERS these accounts should be able to see the business area but no matter what I do in Admin, nothing is visible. What am I missing?
I've even tried granting select on all EUL5 tables to public but that did nothing. I tried granting administrator access to these accounts but that didn't make the BA visible either.
I tried another desktop with Discoverer Administrator installed and tried granting/revoking access to these accounts but that didn't help either.
HELP! :)

I did the following as a test:
create user test_disco identified by test_disco default tablespace tools temporary tablespace temp;
grant connect to test_disco;
grant dba to test_disco;
