Cancellation of services

I have infinity option 3 with evening and weekend calls. Have paid my line rental in advance.
To cancel, according to the terms and conditions, the charge is £14 per month plus the £30 cease broadband charge (which is quite frankly a con).
When I cancel the broadband and evening and weekend bit, what happens to my landline? Does it stay active and revert to a "charge all calls" tariff?

    Go to ML81N again .
    Pl check wether MIRO has already been done or not , if it is then you won't be able to cancel it .
    2nd try to unrelease the service sheet and save it . Again open the SS you will be able to see the change button .

  • How to cancel a service request?

    I had been running the Ipod in the car and noticed it had gone into the red. I turned it off and it went off normally. When I got home I hooked it to the computer to charge and it froze up completely, no response to anything, hold button, click wheel, weirdest yet, the backlight stayed on permanantly. And the computer did not recognize that it was even connected in Itunes or as a drive.
    So I freaked out a bit and after an hour or so while( after trying what I could which was basically holding controls down and flipping the hold button off and on ) I gave up and put in a service request, and went to bed.
    The next day, I noticed that the Ipod was dark ( which I expected since the battery was almost gone and the backlite was stuck on ). But just for fun I press the clickwheel on and lo and behold, it came back on as normal. I hooked it up to the computer as usual and it was visible to Itunes and the computer as it should have before. So I went through the reset process just in case and relaoded my music.
    So I guess there should be a 6th "R" Let it sit over night and see if it still screwed up the next day
    Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to cancel a service after already receiving the return box Which was very fast by the way. Like, 2 days. Anyway, I looked all over the support site and could not find anything that looked like what I needed.
    Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to cancel the service request?

  • Cancelling Verizon services..​..

    I just got off the phone with Verizon customer service after I learned that my bundle price that I am paying $124.99 for has been reduced by $20 per month.  I am a loyal customer of 6 years and they won't give me a discount because I already received one over a year ago.  They actually told me to call back in a couple months to see if I can get a discount.  I would rather switch to a competitor's bundle package out of principle as I disagree with this type of business practice. 
    Verizon you really need to get in sync with your loyal customers because you are losing one as soon as TimeWarner can setup an install at my house!  You would rather lose $160+ a month from me rather than giving me a discount...that is not smart business.
    Your customer service made it very aware that I was under contract for 2 months still and if I wanted to cancel I would have to pay a $60 cancellation fee.  That is just fine with me because TW is offering a $200 gift card for switching.

    As long as the old account was in your name, you should be able to have Tech Support "repoint" it for you. It essentially takes the username from your old account and sticks it on the new one.
    If that doesn't work, you *may* be able to escalate a ticket to have it released for re-use. Usernames and aliases are only supposed to be locked for 180 days (~6 months) after deletion. If it hasn't released already, there may be something systematic causing the problem.
    There are options for contacting Verizon's Tech Support on their Contact Us page. I've had good experiences with the chat support, but if you prefer an actual voice 1-800-VERIZON should get you where you need to go.

    2.What all areas will get effected after TECO of a Service order?
    3.Is it possible to cancel/delete a Service Order?

    The costs remain as it is in the Service order.There is no changes in the costing.Cost can be viewed in Costing Tab in Service order (IW33--> cost tab) or thru t-code KOB1
    2.What all areas will get effected after TECO of a Service order?
    After TECO, the following transactions cannot be done : Material Reservation, scheduling,goods movement, confirmation,Requisition,Quotation, RRB, etc etc.
    Once TECO is done, the goods movemnent,confirmation, etc cannot be reversed.
    3.Is it possible to cancel/delete a Service Order?
    A Deletion Flag can be set at the service order header level.
    4.If so what all areas has to be looked in before canceling a service order and canceling a TECO?
    Service order should be open ( status = CRTD) for it to be deleted. All confirmations and goods movement etc should be reversed before deleting a service order.
    TECO cancellation cannot be done for settled orders.

    Suppose 5 service lines in a PO, Passed service enrty sheet for all 5 services, done LIV for only 4 services. i wan cancel 1 service line which is passed already.

    If all 5 services line item are include in single service entry sheet document, then you can't delete single service line item.
    But your service entry sheet documents are different for all service line item then you can delete any one service entry sheet with ML81N.
    Note: - Invoice documents is not generated against your service entry sheet documents.

  • Cancellation of Service order confirmation

    In IW31 we are creating service orders. That service order is posted in 03/24/2008. When i cancel that service order today it is posting into 03/24/2008. But it has to post in Current date. ( 11/25/2008 ).Can any one tell me why it is happening like that.?
    The below is the brief explanation.
    "The main problem is that after the last day of the month users sometimes have to cancel a confirmation( IW45) against a service order. Unfortunately this is posted back into the month that the original confirmation was done. This does not seem to be the correct way for this to be handled. The posting should be made into the current month..

    Instead of deleting an order,we can assign the reason for rejection.
    Goto T.Code "MASS".
    Enetr the object type as "BUS2032".
    Press F8 or Click on "Execute".
    Click on Fields.
    Search for the field "MASSVBAP-ABGRU".
    Select that line entry.
    Enter your order numbers range in from and to fields.
    Execute and then assign the reason for rejection.
    After this the status will be changed to completed and cannot be billed.
    Save.

    Everytime i am trying to cancel the service entry sheet following errormessage is being displayed " Error posting acceptance of Entry Sheet 1000009476 Choose (1) Eror Log (2) Save w/o acceptance (3) Exit without saving.
    and when i am choosing error log its showing the following message
    " RC = 3  F5   808 Field WBS element. is a required field for G/L Account 1000 400200"

    it is due to the WBS and G/L settings,
    just check with your FI concern about the G/L mapping for the account assinment,
    check in OBYC settings for key VBR,
    whether the G/L is mapped or not,

  • If you ever decide to cancel your service

    Things to keep in mind if you ever decide to call in to cancel. Disconnections are now on the scorecard for representatives and there are incentives to cancel as few lines as possible.. In fact canceling too many lines in one month could effect how much the rep gets paid. what that means is not receiving bonuses and not receiving commission .. So it's come to the point if you calling to cancel your service you're actually threatening that representatives paycheck ..or even the poor guys job!! It is this bad!! They have to stay at about one disconnects per hundred calls .As a result many customers are being lied to and told that the line is canceled when it's really put on a three-month suspension.. Customer calls back in and says I thought I canceled the line.. The agent also has to go through a comprehensive list of alternatives what they call save offers. Number one is show concern n express shock but it goes all the way down till they pretty much recommend doing an assumption of liability or repurpose the line or put the line on hold etc. etc.try their best to go through the list and do their best to talk you out of it..
    So the two things to keep in mind here as a result are
    1) call back the following day to make sure it was canceled
    2) it won't be easy.  It may take a long time on the phone with them
    Also if it concerns you that this stuff goes on, definitely write to Verizon and express your concern

    Not sure where you've gotten all of the information from, but if they persuade you to keep your service, then that is on you.
    Now if you request to cancel and instead they suspend your service when you have told them to cancel, that is an entirely different subject which would likely end up with Verizon in court.
    As for the calling in and telling them you've died, you're right, they will waive the termination penalty if there is one. But only after you are able to produce a death certificate. If this wasn't required to be produced people would be calling up left and right claiming they've died to get out of an ETF.

    Hello all,
    How do I know that my account has been cancelled? I just got off the phone with a customer service rep and she told me my phone would be cancelled on 11/02.

    When is your bill closing date? If your service is from 10/3/13 until 11/02/13 then yes that is the correct information.
    If you port out at anytime before your bill closing date, the port will automatically cancel your line of service.
    Just remember if you port out or cancel your service one day after your closing date, you can still cancel but you will be responsible for a month of service you will not use and get no refund for.
    Be careful and check your billing statement as to the actual closing date. Verizon will as has been written here give you accurate information so be wary.

    Hi, I have cancelled my service with BT. I am within ten days of receiving the details of bt price increases, I have been told there will be no charges as I am out of contract,  I asked about the broadband charge ( £30 ) to end broadband and was told Ido not have to pay it. Is this correct?

    Dear Ignacioh,
    It depends at which level your service entry sheet is at.
    Is it at created stage? or the Acceptance was already done?
    If it is at created stage, heres what you need to do.
    1) Go to ML81N
    2) Click on change mode, and then click on the deletion indicator (looks like a rubbish bin)
    3) Save it
    If it is at Acceptance level,
    1) Go to ML81N
    2) Revoke Acceptance  (If you have release strategy in place, ask the approver to revoke it), by clicking on revoke button (funny looking arrow button).
    3) Save it.
    4) Go back in to change mode and click on the deletion indicator
    5) Save it.

    I have a few questions and any help would be appreciated (sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Didn't quite know where to put it.
    Currently I am on my parent's family plan. I just graduated gradschool and got a job and will be moving out for good, and I want to set up my own cell phone service. I want to cancel my service with verizon and get the iPhone. I am 12 months into a 24 month contract with my current phone, so I know I will half to pay for early termination. Thing is, I need to port my number to AT&T. So how do I do this exactly? Since my mom is the account holder I figure she has to be involved in some way. Will she need to go with me to the Apple store to provide them her account information at Verizon to complete the port? Also, can all this be done at the apple store? Do I have to do some of this online? Or do I have to go to AT&T? (I would prefer to do all this at the apple store, if it can be done there).
    Just wanted to say thanks for any help in advance. Never had to do this before, so I'm just a little nervous. Hopefully it goes smooth.

    I was in the same situation as you. I did not need the account holder for verizon to be there, they never asked for their social or anything. But if it's not a big deal for your mom to be there, I might bring her just incase. You will need the verizon account number and password if there is one. I did it at the apple store, just let them know that you are porting your number and they will take care of it for you. Everything should go fine if you go by yourself but might want to bring account holder along to be safe.

  • BT won't cancel my service with out paying cancell...

    Hi i am having problem on cancelling my service with bt without paying cancellation charge. The reason why i want to cancel is that i am not happy on how i was handled while i was having problems with my bt services specially when cancelling my service.
    Iv'e been with BT for a month now and i regret on joining BT because
    1. The engineer who connected our service was rude just because we asked him to extend the connection to our room he was unhappy the whole time with us and he did not do his job well, he did not stick the wirings and the connection box in the wall so it got cut off easily also they can't fix my dropping connection issue i had since i joined them so instead of the promised of 36-56mb i should get the connection always drop to minimum of 1mb-6mb and i have payed for this service eventhough im not getting the service i was promised which i beleive is a "breach of contract" iv'e been trying to call bt technical issue and the wait time is too long minimum of 30mins, and max of more than one hour. When i got connected to them they can't actually fix my issue so they have finally decided to get an engineer to fix my wiring and my connection, after cancelling my work on our suppose day of visit the engineer did not turn up without even BT letting me know the reason why. I called technical issue regarding about this again and again they said they are very sorry and they will make sure the engineer will turn up so they booked me for an engineer vist agai, and again the engineer did not turn up. So i am really unhappy of what happened so i decided after all this issues not getting my service fix and still i payed for it i will just cancel BT. The most annoyingly part is i got connected with 3 cancellation team and 3 technical team and connections got cut off and they did not give me a call back after spending 3 hr of my time trying to cancel my bt service. When i finally get to speak with them properly, cancellation team said only technical team can cancel my service without getting service charge and technical team said they are sorry that engineer did not turn up but they couldn't help me only cancellation team can cancel our service without getting charge. And so they transferred me to cancelation team same thing they said and transfer me to technical team again and after waiting for 1 hour with no answer from technical team i just put the phone down waisting 6 hours trying to get this issue fixed all they said was sorry it is BT's fault but we can't do anything about it its our policy. So what should i do now im so frustrated iv'e been very nice and calm with them.
