    Thanks
    Peter

    Hi Peter,
    ATP quantity
The quantity available to MRP for new sales orders.
The ATP (Available-to-promise) quantity is calculated according to the following formula:
ATP quantity = warehouse stock + planned receipts - planned issues.
Please go through this link you can able to have idea on cumulative ATP

  • Order qty and total confirmed qty in PI sheets

    Dear Experts,
Kindly suggest the possibility of appearing total order qty and already confirmed qty in the PI sheet, system useually provides the same while performing confirmation through co11n or cor6.
Thanks in advance for your help..

    Hi Srini,
The following details are available in the table AFVV,
Standard value, operation qty & Base qty.
With this values create a formula Standard value * operation qty/ Base qty , this will equal to the planned hours for that particular activity type. Similarlt planned hours for other activities can be calculated.
The actual/confirmed hours are available in the table AFRU.

  • Report listing Material and Open PO Qty

    Hello,
Is there a standard report that can give me the following?
    Material | Open PO Qty
This would be specified for a particular purchasing organization, they are just looking for what is currently on order amongst all of their materials and they do not want to see the purchase order # in the report...just a total of what is on order.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have tried looking into transaction ME2M but unfortunately WE101 scope of list isn't a selectable option for us.
    Thank you,
    Andy

Thank you for the responses.  I solved this by going into transaction ME80FN, specifying a specific purchasing organization and all purchase orders over a fixed period for document date (I used the beginning of this year to today).  I then execute this, select the "Delivery Schedule" layout and export this into Excel.  Subtract Quantity Delivered from the Scheduled Quantity via a PivotTable, and this can give me a list of open PO's for a specific material.
Not the easiest way to find the information, but it does work using a standard report.  For more consistent reporting ABAP development would probably be recommended.

  • Delivery Qty and OPEN Qty Field in SALES Order Delivery Reports.

    Dear All Experts.
Please Help me for which field put for Delivery QTY. and it is necessary to calculate OPEN QTY. or we can put directly from field.
i used this field for Order Qty : WMENG.
    Please Guide me.
    Thnks With Regards :
    Bhavesh Panchal.

    Delivery qty - LIPS-LFIMG.
You cannot get open quantity directly.
    use this way.
    Delivery qty   - LIPS-LFIMG.
    order qty       - VBAP-KWMENG.
open qty = delivery qty - order qty.

  • Posting differeences between GR qty and TO confirmation qty

    dear experts,
my scenario is of STO. I am transfering material from one plant to Central warehouse for which i have created a STPO of 50 qty  at central warehouse. w.r.t. STPO I did delivery from issuing plant followed by picking of 50 qty. Then I did MIGO at receiving plant of 50 qty. and a TO gets created automatically. I confirm this TO at the time of actual placing of material in the bin. at the time of placing the material actually in the bin I found that there was shortage in material by 10 pcs so I confirmed my TO only for 40 pcs. now in PO purchase order history it shows GR of 50 qty and in TO 40 qty. how to post the difference. will it reflect in inventory management level also. how?
    your help will highly appreciated.
    thanks
    ujwal

    Hi,
When you post the differences while confirming the TO, the differences will be moved to 999 storage type. You have to clear the differences at IM level. You would also need to inform your purchasing department about updating the PO for 40 qty as received.
    Thanks

  • Open target qty in quantity contract

    Hi Experts,
I would like to create a report to display what is the open target qty of the contract. is there any report where we can see the target qty and open target qty. in which table I can find the open target quatity of the contract?
    Thanks
    Sri

    Hi,
If you getting desired results from standard reports then its fine, otherwise you need to develop your own report by using Table
EKAB which contains all the contract release order i.e P.O for a particular contract.
So by using this EKAB  table you can easily develop your report

  • Material Stock along with open order qty

    Dear All,
Is there any standard report where in i can get the stock of any material at a location along with the Open purchase order qty
    for multiple item
in mmbe i can get only single item wise ...
    kindly guide.

    Dear,
There is no std report as per ur requirement, u need to develop a Z-report for ur requirement.
Make use of table MARD for UR Stock, and
open PO qty check table EKET (Scheduling Agreement Schedule Lines)
Open Po Qty = field: MENGE(Scheduled Quantity)-field: WAMNG(Issued Quantity) and also check
In EKPO table field ELIKZ is for Delivery completed
PO's for which this flag is not ticked are considered as open PO to get Open order Qty u need to check fields
    MENGE Order quantity
    WEPOS Goods receipt
Diff bet these two fields is Open Order Qty

  • Expiring Lot-Controlled items and open orders/deliveries

    <h5> Hi,
We are writing a custom program to block lot-controlled items which are near expiry. The custom program query LQUA-VERME (available stock) field to determine the qty it can block. However, the LQUA-VERME field does not take open orders and open deliveries into consideration. For example, for an item, the available stock in the warehouse (LQUA-VERME) is 20. But there are 5 open deliveries and 5 open sales orders. So in reality, the custom program should block only 10 units. Is there a SD table/field which has consolidated open deliveries and open orders qty we can look at? Or available stock in WM after considering open deliveries and open orders? <h5>
    Thank you.

    Hi,
SAP does availability check based on IM stock and not on WM stock.
So I dont think there are any such reports available that shows WM stock with considering delivery and sales order quantity.
    regards,

  • Production order and planned order qty should not consider in MRP

    Dear All,
i do not want to consider the previous month production order qty and plenned order qty (Nothing but WIP qty) in the current momth MRP, but the stock has to consider in MRP.
    Example,
    Before MRP,
    material : XYZ
    Stock : 1000
    Prod Qty : 500 for 02.04.2008
    PIR Qty : 2000 for 02.05.2008
After MRP, the requirement should be as below said,
    material : XYZ
    Stock : 1000
    Prod Qty : 500 for 02.04.2008
    PIR Qty : 2000 for 02.05.2008
    Pld OrdQty : 1000 for 02.05.2008
For the above requirement ,i have done settings in the availabilty check like , for include planned order and include production order are "DO NOT TAKE IN ACCOUNT".
Even then also the planned order qty is generating for the "500" only.
please give the solution for the above said requirement.
    thanx in advance
    Regards
    Srinivas

    hi
MRP will always consider the prod order qty while doing nert req calculation. One thing u can do is TECo the prod orders and un MRP then it wont consider prod order qty.
The Availability check will check whether the components r avalaible or not based on ur scope of check

  • Stock in Transfer(sloc)

    Hi
I have material stock of which shows in   stock in Transfer(sloc) and not in unrestricted stock.
When I see movements against this it has movement  311 against 1 material document.
I want to know why this material is not in unrestricted stock and why it is available in stock in Transfer(sloc).
Movement 311 is for stock transfer between storage locations as it is one step transfer it should have stock in receving location at unrestricted stock  and not at stock in Transfer(sloc).

  • Diff of delivered qty and confirmed yield in production order

    hai gurus
Plz explain me the difference between the Delivered  qty and confirmed yield qty in production order.
iam getting for some order  delivery qty less than the confirmed yield and also greater than the cnf yield
    pl reply me
    thanks
    regards
    vinoth

    Hi Vinoth,
Confirmed quantity means the qty which you confirm in Tcode : CO11 / CO11N against a production Order.
Delivered Quantity is the Goods Received qty agains the order. Goods Receipts can be done using of the two methods :
    1. Using Tcode : MB31 against a production order
    2.  Auto goods receipts by using the Relevant Control Key in the Routing Last operation. i.e While the last operation is confirmed the system does the GR in teh background.
    - If you are using the first option mentioned above then they is no relation between Confirmation qty and GR qty unless you use a exit to check the confirmed qty while making GR in Tcode : MB31 OR MIGO.
    - If you are using the second option i.e Auto GR control Key then the confirmed qty must be equal to GR (delivered qty) provided there are no goods movemement errors while confirmation saving. If there are any movement failures during confirmation, you can check the same in Tcode : COGI.
In your case you can check the COGI and clear the error , then both the Confirmation and Delivered qtys will match.

  • Report on Contract qty vs. PO Qty

    Good Morning!
I am in need of getting a report out of SAP that shows the original contract qty and the revised qty of the contract.  My client at times may change the contract in order to create the PO for a larger qty than the original contract stated.  My client is not using BW,  they are using a program that is called stratum.  Thanks in advance for your help and I will definately award points!

    Hello Kimberly,
You can try this out. Run program "RSSCD150" via SE38 or SE80. In the selection screen, enter :
    Object Class = EINKBELEG
Object ID = 46* (wildcard for your contract numbering)
    table Name = EKPO
    From Date
    To Date
Check "display in list viewer" box.
From the results you should be able to filter out changes to target qty (field KTMNG)
    Hope this helps.
