Carry forward Exemption infotypes to next financial year

Dear experts,
Is there any way standard T-Code for we can copy all current year exemption infotypes (582, 581, 585, 584,586) to next financial year in bulk for all the employees?
We don't want to take the route of BDC or LSMW.
Please suggest.
Regards.

Did you got any solution? Even we are looking some standard way through which we can take current year's investment declaration as the proposed declaration for coming year.
Please help anyone.

  • Carry forward of Asset  to next year

    HI,
    I have one querry ,
Suppose in 2008, one asset having gross value=100
    Accumilated Depreciation at 31.03.2009=100
    Net Value =0
In Next year , system does not show this in asset report , so our gross asset decreasing by this much.
    In my concept ,
in next year asset must carry on with gross value and acc. dep and net asset should be zero..
    Please clear my querry
    Thanks in Advance ,
    Dharmveer

    Hi,
first complete AJRW and then perform AJAB.
Now run any AA standard report with report date, which should be in new FY.
then it will show the both Gross APC value and Accum dep in it.
    Thanks,

  • Can you carry forward plan amounts on orders at year-end?

We use KOCO to carryforward Internal Order Budgets and KOCF to carryforward Order Committments, but is there a way to move the PM Order Plan amounts from one fiscal year to the next?
The issue we are having is that if the PM Order is linked to a WBS Element, the remaining plan amount from the previous year stays on S_ALR_87013558 Project Report, even when actual costs for the order are incurred in the following year. In this scenario the Project Assigned Total is overstated, because the order costs are in the Actual column and the RemOrdPlan column.
Any help would be appreciated ...
    Thanks,
    Kay Clyburn

Let's assume that Current PL Leave is Quota 10 (linked to Time Type 9010), that PL Leave Balance is Quota 12 (linked to Time Type 9012) and that PL Encashment is Quota 14 (linked to Time Type 9014), and that they all have the same validity dates.
Create a PCR that is activated on the last day of the validity period of PL Leave Quotas (for the relevant ESG Grps and PSA Grps).  The Quota 10 Balance is transfered to Time Type 9011, and the Quota 12 Balance is transfered to Time Type 9013.
Create a PCR that is activated on the first day of the validity period of PL Leave Quotas (for the relevant ESG Grps and PSA Grps).  Yesterday's value of TT 9011 and 9013 are added together, the sum is checked against the Constant (from V_T511K) holding the maximum transferable, and the lesser of that balance or the maximum is transfered to Time Type 9012, any excess being transfered to Time Type 9014.
I have never created "Automatic Encashment", but I believe that it could be created by substituting the creation of TT 9014 by the creation of the Time Evaluation Wage Type 9014 in table ZL (and not having a Quota 14).  In Payroll Calculation, that WT could then be valuated and paid.

    Hi Anil,
I just had a quick look at the PCRs and I think some things are wrong.
First of all ZCMO controls if it's the last day of last month or not. If it is the schema will go through ZCFL.
ZCFL reads the remain part of quota type 20. Please make sure you quota type is correct. I mean it's 20. I assume quota type is correct. PCR checks if remain of quota is equal or great than 20 then it put 20 into time type 0904.
Until here you will have remain part of quota at last day of last month in time type 0904.
Now you need a PCR to control if the date is first day of first month (01.01) reads value of 0904 and through a quota generation rule of V_T559L generate quota.
I don't understand what ZCFT is for!

  • Error in Asset Value carry forward to next year

As a regular periodic process of Month/Year closing activities in SAP, Asset Year 2015 was opened and then closes the year 2014 and carried forward the Asset values to the year 2015. But unfortunately some of the Asset value had not been transferred to the year 2015. As a result, Depreciation had not been charged for those Asset for the year 2015. Need to transfer the Asset value to the current year immediately. Can any one help me regarding the problem ? The APC Start value is showing in the year 2014 but its not showing in 2015.
The Closing value of Current APC of year 2014 does not match with the Opening value of the APC Start, so what should be the possible reasons for that ?

    Hi Erika,
I did that on last January 2015. First i use the T-code: AJRW for the Fiscal Year Change and then T-code: AJAB - for Year end-closing Asset Accounting as i did that for last 4 years. Though there was as error message indicating error in depreciation calculation, our consultant assured me that that will not create any problem. The Error was like below:
600981       0    Secretariat Table                              2014 Error in dep. calculation

  • F.16 Balance Carry Forward

    Hi All,
I have a requirement that, we are using F.16 tcode for carry forward for a particular year.
F.16 uses T030 a table to carry forward the balances to balance sheet account and profit and loss accounts. Since T030 contains balance sheet accounts.
My requirment is that, i have to bypass this T030 table, and post to new accounts instead of using this T030 table accounts to carry forward the amounts to new year.
Now i have copied the F.16 related programs and started changing it. But i do not know how to Bypass T030 table accounts and then carry forward the same amount to new accounts.
Please help me out reagrding this. How can i achive this? Or is there any other altervative to carry forward the amounts to new year?

    Hi
For Balanace carryforward T code in ECC6.0 you may run the T code FAGLGVTR.
Before running this T code Take care for two things.
One your posting period for the next Financial year needs to be opened. Secondly you should have defined the Retained earning account. And the the Retained Earning account should be defined as a Balance sheet account. If these things are in order you should be able to do it.
    Thanks.

    Hi Experts,
when running the Ledger for one range of posting period, the customeru2019s line items and cumulative balances are separated into 2 different reconciliation accounts.
While running for the next yearu2019s posting period , the Carry Forward Balances of Customers from previous year are aggregiated into one G/L account ,other account 0 balance is carried forwarded.
My program is fetching from table KNC1 which will have Balance carry forward of the two combined accounts which is going to 1st account.

First look at [Fiscal Year Change Documents|https://websmp105.sap-ag.de/fiscalyearchange]
    Then look for those BAPI
    - BAPI_AR_ACC_GETCURRENTBALANCE  Closing balance of customer account in current fiscal year
    - BAPI_AR_ACC_GETKEYDATEBALANCE  Customer account balance at a key date

  • Funds management commitment carry forward

    hi,
we have got funds management activated in our system. we started a new fiscal year and i ran fmj2 to carryforward all FM commitments. now when i try to changed purchase orders created in the previous fiscal year i get an error "Document item 10124941/00001 has not yet been carried forward to the current year". please advise.

Also you have carry out year end closing for FI & MM. then you have to carry forward the balance to next year. for goto periodic processing closing then carry forward here you will find 3 steps 1. determine 2. calculate 3. execute.
There may slight variation but this activity has to be done.

  • EC-CS Balance Carry Forward

    Hi Experts,
At the time of balance carryforward my current year retained earning needs to be transferred to retained earnings (Prior year). I have specified FS items in Items to be carryforward config, despite that it's not getting transfred. It doesn't gives me any error message but under "Default Subitem" it only shows PY item as my source FS item which is CY retained earning. If I do specify other FS items (assets etc) it works perfectly well.  I don't know why it's happening with retained earning item only??
    Any suggestion would be appreciated.
    cheers
    Sam

I know - that's why I'm asking you if you've set it up properly!
If your "retained earnings - current year account" is not carrying forward to another ("retained earning prior year") account - have you defined it properly in the Items to be Carried Forward ?
If you are intending to carryforward to a specific subitem, have you defined the caryforward subitems properly (NB this is within the subitem definition)?
If it isn't carrying forward as you expect, what is happening to the value in yuor retained earnings account, is it carrying forward to itself?
If not, you need to ensure that you have defined the item type properly (eg income, expense, balance sheet, statistical account...) for each account.
Finally, please check that you haven't defined the account to specifically NOT be carried forward.

  • Message Document item not yet carried forward on closed lines

Situation:  A PO contains multiple line items and only the open lines are carried forward.  In the new fiscal year, I want to reduce the quantity or amount of the carried forward line, however, the system indicates that the closed lines have not yet been carried forward.  I can open posting periods 13 and 0 and successfully make the adjustments to the open lines and the closed lines are not carried forward.
Questions: Why does the system consider the closed lines when updating carried forward lines?  Is there a solution for updating open lines without opening these posting periods?

  • Reversal of Carry Forward Process

I have executed the carry forward process for 2010. However, it appears that F.07 Vendor?Customer Balance Carry Forward was not done in previous years. Therefore when I executed this and thereafter executed F.16 to carry forward my GL balances, the trial balance figures have changed and the differences are mainly due to the 2008 closing balances that now appears to have been carry forward twice. Can anyone assist in directing me to how I can reverse the F.07 & F.16 transaction and then reprocess my year close activities? Thank you

    Hi,
why do you want to reverse it? Just carry forward the missing year(s) and if the actual year is  not ok, do the carrying forward again (as this is not a "only execute once" transaction). Try in test client first if you are not sure.
