Charged twice just now for TV show series pass  - fuming !

I'm new to itunes. Earlier I bought a season pass to THE VAMPIRE DIARIES SEASON 2 , which is 22 episodes. Thought something was strange when it said there were 44 items dowloading, so checked download page and double of every episode was in the list. Immediately checked my bank and I've been charge TWICE ! Now I can't undertand this - could I have accidentally pressed something to purchase two season passes ? But would the system even allow you to purchase the same series twice in a row in the space of a few minutes ? It's obvious no-one needs to order 2 of the same series pass in one day,on the same pc....but is that what must have happened as why else does my download list contain 44 epsiodes instead of 22 ?!
I'm mortified to read there are no refunds for any purchases but obviously what happened was a MISTAKE or maybe a problem THEIR END ? To add insult to injury the download time for even one episode is four hours !!!! I am nver using itunes again !
Has anyone else had a similar problem and if so did you manage to get a refund for the double charge ? Instead of 34 pounds I've been debited SIXTY EIGHT !!!! You can't even speak to someone on the phone, it's all by email. Arggggggggghhhhhhhhh !

    You can't transfer any purchase to the cloud yourself, whether a TV programme/series will show in the cloud for redownloading in the future depends upon what country that you are in (TV programmes can't be redownloaded in all countries), whether you move countries (you can't redownload purchases made in another country) and if the rights-holder keeps them in the store (they occasionally remove their items).
    As you bought it on your laptop then you could turn Settings > iTunes & App Store > Videos (under 'show all') 'on' on your iPad and it might show in the Videos app on it with a cloud icon against it for streaming/redownloading (it might also show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app for refownloading whether or not you turn that 'on') - but that depends upon your country and only whilst it remains in your country's store. Similarly if you delete it from your laptop and tick the 'show iTunes in the cloud purchases' tick box on the Store tab in Edit > Preferences it might show in the TV Shows part of your library for redownloading (and whether or not you tick that it might show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage for redownloading).
    But you should be taking a backup copy of it, and anything else that you download from the stores, there is no guarantee that you will be able to redownload any item.

    I have been charged two amounts, I presume for my landline to skype service. I would like to know why, and what this payment has been taken for? I Have been using this service since 2011 and cannot remember this happening before.
    PayPal states that [email protected] is to be used as the customer service email, which has an auto responder stating that the email address is no longer in use. The message directs me to manually find and use a contact form which I could not find.
    This has left me incredibly frustrated, to the point that I would like to cancel this subscription immediately.

    Those are just the system checking that there is a valid account in the bank and that there are funds available. Those are only pending charges, they will not be completed and no funds will actually be removed from your account.

    You can check the purchase history on your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option.   • How can Verizon charge twice as much for less service?

    I have 4 phones, two of which have data plans.  Unlimited Text and 1400 minutes, of which only about 700 are used.  My bill used to be about $120 a month.  Ever since I got a new phone, I actually am getting LESS from Verizon.  I went from Unlimited data (no longer offered) to 2GB data on one of my phones.  Nothing else has changed.  My bill is now in excess of $270 a month.  That was the "solution" offered by the employee at the Verizon store.  $650 is a lot of money to get out of my contract with Verizon, but that is a pittance compared to what I'll be gouged for over the next two years.  Whatever happened to "you get what you pay for"?

    It appears as if there is something fishy with this story.
    1400 minutes on the Family Share Talk & Text plan. 2 smartphones(2 GB and unlimited data on the 2 phones) and 2 basic phones. There is NO WAY you could only be paying $122.47/month. The plan you have quoted would be higher than that. This is the EXACT plan I had prior to switching to Share Everything and with my 22% service discount and 20% data discount on 1 unlimited data plan, my bill was CONSIDERABLY higher than $122.47/month.
    Breakdown of charges:
    Calling plan with 1 line of service = $110
    3 additional lines @ $9.99/line = $29.97
    2 unlimited data plans @ $29.99/line = $59.98
    Total = $199.95
    22% discount on service = $24.20
    20% discount on 1 data plan = $6.00
    Total discount = $30.20
    Total bill BEFORE taxes = $169.75
    taxes on service plan/primary line $14.98/month
    taxes on additional 3 lines $4.37 x 3 = $13.11/month
    Total taxes = $28.09/month
    Total bill WITH discounts = $197.84/month, without discounts, it would have been more than $30/month higher.
    While your taxes MAY be lower, there is NO WAY your bill could have been $122.47/month on that plan.
    Either you are unaware which plan you had, you were unaware how much you were paying OR there is more to this story.

    Customer services have promised me each time via live chat for a refund with 24 hours... and they keep letting me down and i am told to wait another 24 hours. absolutely useless. Anyone else having this issue, best way to resolve it?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your iPhone. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear what issues you were having that led up to the attempted Erase All, and/or exactly what behavior you are seeing now (restarting, not responding at all, etc). If you are seeing an Apple Logo screen and your iPhone does not appear to be starting correctly, you may find the following articles helpful:

    Keep iPhone on wall charger for ten minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to respond.
