Cloud Abo in Schüler Version um wandeln?

Hallo,
nachdem ich vom Support von Adobe langsam die Nase voll habe, versuche ich es einmal hier.
Ich habe ein bestehendes Creative Cloud Abo und möchte dies in eine Schüler/Studenten Version umwandeln, da ich seit 2 Monaten nochmal zur Schule gehe. Im Chat wurde mir nach 30 Minuten nur eine Telefonnummer gegeben, dort haber ich es aber nach 3 mal 20 Minuten in der Warteschleife aufgegeben.
Auch wenn ich auf "Abo kündigen" gehe, bekomme ich nur den Hinweis mich an den Support zu wenden und das Spiel fängt wieder von vorne an. Gäbe es entsprechende Alterativen zu den Cloud Produkten würde ich es nur kündigen. Leider sind es aber die besten Produkte. In den FAQ Seiten ist auch nicht zu finden. Für diesen Preis so ein schlechter Support, man gluabt es kaum.
Ich bedanke mich im voraus für Eure Mühen.

Da kann dir wirklich nur der Adobe Kundendienst weiterhelfen. Probiere es einfach heute gegen 11 Uhr noch einmal. Ich habe in dieser Zeit immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

Ich würde gerne die Creative Cloud benutzen.
Ich wohen in Deutschland und habe bei Adobe auch angegeben dass ich 14 Jahre alt bin(was auch stimmt)
Wenn ich dann aber in meiner Creative Cloud eingeloggt habe dann springt die Seite direkt zum letzten Schritt und meldet,dass dieses Programm in meinem Land nicht verfügbar sei. Ich weiß nicht ob das an meinem Geburtstag liegt aber wenn ich mich mein Geburtsdatum fälschen würde wäre ich ja kein Schüler mehr und könnte das Schüler/Lehrer Creative Cloud Abonnement nicht mehr benutzen

Hallo, ich habe eine Creative Suite Master edition CS5. Kann ich diese zu einer CS6 version updaten oder zu einem Creative Cloud Abo? Ich finde keine direkt Angabe bei Adobe + Kosten.
Ausserdem habe ich versucht die heutige Version CS5 zu updaten. Beim download tritt ein Fehler auf. Der Fehler wird nicht genannt, sondern ich werde aufgefordert, um es später nochmals zu probieren. Das habe ich, aber es funktioniert nicht. Kan mir jemand weiter helfen?

Abfrage der Seriennummer bei einem Create-Cloud-Abo

Ich habe seit Februar 2014 ein Creative Cloud-Abo und nutze seit dem alle Cloud-Programme - auch den Acrobat XI. Heute (am 14.06.2014) poppt auf einmal - nachdem ich den Acrobat geöffnet habe - ein Fenster auf wo drin steht "Acrobat XI - Testversion". Was soll der Quatsch??? Unten im Fenster werden mir die beiden Optionen angeboten: "Diese Software lizenzieren" oder "Test fortsetzen". Wenn ich auf "Lizenzieren" klicken, wird meine Adobe-ID abgefragt. Die habe ich da eingegeben - im Anschluss wird auf einmal eine Seriennummer abgefragt. Ich habe aber keine Seriennummer! Woher auch? Ich habe die Cloud abonniert! Was soll der Scheiß? Ich habe keine Zeit, mich mit solchen Problemen herumzuärgern! Ich erwarte nach einem Abo, dass das Ganze reibungslos funktioniert! (ein Appell an Adobe!!!)
Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, was ich machen muss, um das abzustellen? Schon mal vielen Dank im Voraus für jede Hilfe!

danke für Deine Antwort. Leider hilft mir Dein Link nicht weiter, denn ich habe keine Probleme mit meiner Internetverbindung. Da ich die CC habe, kann ich mich auch keine Offline-Aktivierung machen. Insofern steht auf der Seite nichts, das mir weiterhilft.
Ich denke, dass ich allen Grund habe mich aufzuregen, weil ich es wirklich leid bin, mich ständig mit Software-Problemen herumzuärgern (was bei mir die letzte Zeit häufig der Fall war) - insbesondere bei Software, die viel Geld kostet und wo der Support nichts taugt! Der telefonsiche Support beschränkt sich nur auf Uhrzeiten, wo ein normaler Mensch auf der Arbeit ist. Das betroffene Gerät steht aber bei mir zuhause - wo ich während der tel. Supportzeiten aber nicht bin. Eine Support-E-Mail-Adresse für einen asynchronen Support wird aber scheinbar nicht angeboten - konnte zumindest keine finden.

If you paid for a subscription you don't need the trial. Log in with the Adobe ID associated with your subscription to activate the program.

Hallo zusammen,
vielleicht kann mir jemand sagen, ob und wie ich an dem Lizenprogramm für Schüler, Studierende, Lehrkräfte und Dozenten teilnehmen kann.
Ich bin Ausbilder in der beruflichen Erstausbildung und Berufsausbildungsvorbereitung.
Außerdem bin ich als Dozent für die IHK tätig.
Privat engagiere ich mich ehrenamtlich als 1. Vorsitzender im Beirat einer Lebenshilfe.
Wie kann ich eine mögliche Berechtigung prüfen lassen und welche Unterlagen sind eventuell zusätzlich notwendig?

Da der Kontakt zu Adobe über den Chat nicht funktioniert hat und Adobe selbst auf das Forum verweist, dachte ich, dass einem hier auch in diesem Fall geholfen wird ...

Creative cloud abo programme laden nicht

Hallo!
Sitze schon seit Tagen vorm MAC und versuche das Problem zu beheben, leider erfolglos!
Hab mir fürs Studium Creative Cloud Student Version abonniert, jedoch kann ich keine Programme runterladen!
Weder Photoshop noch Illustrator noch sonst ein Programm!
Adobe Reader & Adobe Flash Player hab ich aktualisiert, hilft aber auch nichts.
Sobald ich zur Downloadseite gelange, tritt eine Fehlermeldung auf: "Es wurde kein Programm zum Öffnen der URL "........" festgelegt.
Wenn ich auf "App Store durchsuchen" gehe, finde ich auch nichts brauchbares!
BITTE UM EURE HILFE!!!

Ich habe auch so eine art problem undzwar wollte ich die creative cloud herunterladen mit dem abo aber es kommt immer dieser Fehler:

Creative Cloud - restricting use of older versions and forcing use of latest versions - NO THANKS!

I am a long-time customer of Adobe Products. I have a unique roll as a Graphics management position, while also functioning as our company's IT administrator. At home, for messing around, sure, creative cloud could be usable, however, in my fairly demanding work environment, we encounter issues like OSX compatibility, occasionally needing to work from a PC, opening files from 2005, and relying on a specific workflows our business has built on foundations like Distiller PDF workflows etc. When you force upgrades to newer versions, you dissuade us from being interested in the Creative Cloud platform. It's really a shame, because small businesses like ours would benefit a lot from a neccesary "subscription" so the newest adobe products are always available, where otherwise, convincing our company owner that a fairly pricey upgrade is neccesary because of a given set of features. If the features aren't something the owner sees as a neccesity, there is really no reason for us to upgrade, so we drag things out. For example, we are still on CS3 right now, and we will be making the jump to CS6 out of neccesity (CS3 will not allow us to edit old pagemaker files that have suddenly become our responsibility without crashing, where the CS6 trial handled it wonderfully).
The creative cloud is a nice thought that would overcome a lot of 'upgrade' obsticles in the long-term for those of us in the small-business venture, but the version restrictions are too harsh. In the accounting world there is a general rule that you can expunge data older than 7 years old, but if you get rid of that data before those 7 years are up you often find yourself in trouble. Software is often the same way when you work with such a wide-array of tools as the adobe creative suite provides. We essentially end up with what equates to a giant database of images, videos, and other files of misc origin and formats that we need a way to manage. If we encounter problems (Much like I did recently where CS3 would not open the pagemaker files) and know we can count on another version of that same software (CS6, in this case) to open those same files, then why would you ever want to take those options away from a customer? We will be paying the same fee regardless of what old versions we use, and while in the scenerio I give, the newer version of the software is the resolution to the problem, there is an equal liklihood of encountering a scenerio where the newer software wont allow me to open a file, but the older version will.
I just don't understand, what's the harm? You don't need to "support" those old versions, but they should ALWAYS be available for download and use on systems that can use them, ESPECIALLY in the style of environment you are offering where the old versions won't appeal to everyone, so it won't waste bandwidth or require a tremendous ammount of storage & serving on your part.
What gives adobe? I want Creative Cloud to succeed as much as you! But I need it to work for me!

A: No, if you have downloaded and installed the CS6 versions of the applications, you will continue to have access to them without interruption as long as your membership remains active. When the CS7 versions become available, you will have up to a year to download and install them and they will run on your machine along with CS6 versions.
So we are planning to give users access to and the ability to use the versions they started with even after new versions come out (you don't have to upgrade) but it wasn't possible to include access to older versions with the launch of this product (that I'm aware of). But I understand the need for some users to have access to older verisons based on your explanation. I'll pass along your feedback.

Cloud Abo Problem

ich weiß nicht mehr weiter. Diese Idioten bei Adobe sind einfach nicht in der Lage mir mein CloudAbo vernünftig zu schalten. Ich weiß gar nicht wie oft ich schon mit dem Support telefoniert und gechattet habe.
Wir haben hier in der Firma zwei Lizenzen für zwei Rechner mit unterschiedlichen Adobe ID's. Die Rechnung wird vom selben Konto abgebucht. Und jeden verdammten Monat hat Adobe Probleme damit und bucht nur einmal ab. Die zweite CC Lizenz wird dann deaktiviert. Erst gestern habe ich es (zumindest dachte ich das) geschafft, dass die bei Adobe den Zahlungszeitpunkt für die eine Lizenz verschoben haben um diese Probleme zu lösen. Aber nein, heute morgen kommt es noch schlimmer: ich bekomme ZWEI verschiedene Rechnungen und bekomme obendrein die Meldung, dass ich meine Zahlungsinformationen aktualisieren soll.
Ticken die bei Adobe noch ganz richtig?? Scheiße nochmal, wie dilletantisch sind die denn aufgrund ihres Monopols geworden?
Hat hier jemand eine Idee was da bei Adobe falsch läuft? Ich bin drauf und dran einen Hack zu ziehen um endlich vernünftig arbeiten zu können. Wäre ja so gesehen auch nicht weiter schlimm, denn ich zahle ja für die Programme.

ich habe keine PM erhalten. In meiner Konto-Verwaltung sehe ich auch zwei Abo's, von denen eines abgelaufen ist (dies ist ja auch richtig, weil der Zahlungszeitpunkt nur durch Neuabschluß geändert werden konnte), sowie ein weiteres Abo welches korrekt dargestellt wird und auch alle nötigen Informationen zur Zahlung enthält. Lediglich am PC wird mir angezeigt, dass meine Testphase bald abläuft. Ich habe gestern schon die Cloud abgemeldet und den OOBE-Ordner gelöscht und mich anschließend wieder angemeldet. Da hat es auch funktioniert. Aber heute seltsamerweise nicht mehr.

Aktivierung Creative Cloud Abo für Fotografie auf Neugerät

Nachdem ich an dem schwäbischen Akzent des telefonischen Support gescheitert bin hier meine Frage:
Auf meinem alten MacBook installiert ist die Creative Cloud / Fotografie. Nun habe ich ein neues Macbook und mag natürlich diese dort nutzen. Ich nutze die Cloud bisher nicht aktiv. Kann ich auf meinem neuen Mac also über den ursprünglichen Aktivierungscode nach erneutem Download von Photoshop CC und Lightroom aktivieren? Ich habe außerdem noch aus einem Schülerabo InDesign CS5, kann ich das auch noch rüberretten (das neue Macbook hat praktischerweise kein CD-Laufwerk mehr)

Keine Programmimigration! Das funktioniert nie! Installationen gehen nur über den Original-Installer, den kannst Du von Deiner CD etwa auf einen USB-Stick kopieren.
Du kannst Deine CC auf bis zu zwei Geräten gleichzeitig aktivieren, anmelden. Wenn Du das Gerät nicht mehr nutzt, dann solltest Du die CC dort abmelden, dann kannst Du diese Aktivierung auf einem anderen Gerät nutzen.

First they launch updates that disable 3D in Ps CS6 EXT and now I'm getting these alerts on other CC apps as well (Ai and Id) to register and buy? I don't have a trial version.
I have been paying FULL price for a registered Creative Cloud subscription as listed in "My subscriptions & services".
