I need to send an e-mail to multiple addresses.
Can the Function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1
be used to send email to MULTIPLE e-mail addresses ?

Yes you can..You can add any no. of email ids to the table parameter 'RECEIVERS' of the function module. You can create a distribution list and then add the ids to that dist. list.. use so23 to create the dist. list..
eg..
Receiver details
The distribution list has the email ids.
wa_reclist-receiver = p_dist.
Receiver type is 'internet mail'.
wa_reclist-rec_type = 'C'.
Express mail activated
wa_reclist-express = 'X'.
APPEND wa_reclist TO it_reclist.

PO to supplier using external send option email (to multiple addresses)

Hello All,
We have activated PO external send option for our client but they want that PO should be sent to more than one ID of the supplier and it seems that is not possible by maintaining multiple addresses in Vendor Master's Address view as system only picks one having indicator ticked, also system does not allow to tick it for more than one address. Please let me know if it is possible using standard function to send PO email to more than one address.
I need to know if there is any standard way of doing this w/o using any development or ABAP work.
Also has anybody tried using disctribution list SO15 if it is possible?
Please help we are at Go live.

Hi,
From my opinion, it's impossible of the standard function in SAP system, so:
Firstly you need to confirm with your buyers, whether they really require to send the information to multiple addresses, maybe they can send the information to one contact person on vendor side, then the contact person can forward the email to other relevant people;
If have to do it, you need to develope an ABAP background job to do it!

Can No Longer Send Mail From Multiple Addresses.

Any help appreciated. I have been using multiple email addresses to send and receive mail through my POP account with Macmail without any problem but all of a sudden this has stopped working on all but my initial account. If I try to send a mail I just get a drop down error message stating:
"This message could not be delivered and will remain in your Outbox until it can be delivered.
Verify that you have addressed this message correctly. Check your SMTP server settings in Mail Preferences and verify any advanced settings with your system administrator."
Anybody got any ideas??

Have you changed ISPs lately?
Has your ISP changed it's rules for passing Mail through? Many do change the Port & Authentication to do so... and rarely notify their paying customers... go figure that one!?

Sending E-Mail from Multiple Defined E-mail addresses.

Currently we are using exchange 2013. Let's say a user has a mailbox account for John Doe and assign a default e-mail address of [email protected] Now I go ahead and define additional e-mail addresses of [email protected] and [email protected]
now John would like to start sending and receiving e-mails using all 3 defined e-mail addresses. How does one set this up. It seen that outlook 2013 only allows "on behalf of" sending and exchange only allows you to send e-mail using your default
e-mail address?

Send e-mail to multiple recipients that are entered in a form

Hello,
I wonder if somebody could help me...at least with the clue to do the following.
I have a form, with a textarea , where the people should put the e-mail addreses of all the people that, later will receive all the form data via e-mail..
I do not know how to retrieve all these e-mail addresses from the textarea (format?) and then how to send the e-mail to multiple recipients .
It works for one...but I do not know how to do this for several recipients...
could you please help?

Thanks for your reply, below script i used to send mail with multiple attachments, plsql code is executing without any error messages and i am also able to receive mail with the multiple attachment.
i used your code which u posted in OTN then i changed little bit as per my need, output is ok.but the problem is if i want to add one more file then i have to add more varaiables in the code. i want to make the code which i can add more attachments without adding more varaiables i don't know the way to do this. can u please give me some hints.

Always send e-mail to two addresses

How do I create an address with two e-mail addresses, so that whenever I send an e-mail to this person, it goes to both e-mail addresses?

If you are referring to an Address Book entry, the easiest way to do so is by creating an Address Book Group named by this person's first name or whatever you prefer.
Click on and drag the contact from the "All" Group to this newly created Group which places a copy of the contact in the Group. Copy/paste the contact within the Group so the contact is listed twice in the Group - one for each email address.
Choose Edit > Edit Distribution List.
Select the group whose addresses you want to manage.
Click the pop-up menu (column header) to choose which type of information you want to manage—phone number, email address, or street address.
Select the address or phone number you want to use for each member with multiple addresses or phone numbers.
Select one address for the first and the other address for the second.
When addressing a message, select the Group name for the To field and the message will be sent to both email addresses.
Other than this, you must enter the contact's name twice in the To: field - one for each email address.

CAN'T RECEIVE VALIDATION CODE TO SEND PHOTO MAIL

Trying to send photomail from elements 11. can't receive validation code. Tried adding adobe to my address book didn't help.

Sending e-mail to external addresses from business activities

Hi Experts,
Im customizing CRM 5.0 and I want to send e-mails to other employees, when Im maintaining a business activity.
These employees can have no SAP user, so I need this e-mail to go to the address maintained in BP transaction (e.g. alda.lobato@enterprisessname.net).
So, I tried to customize in trx. CRMC_ACTION_CONF, the following data / conditions:
Tab Overview "Partner Determination"
- Partner Function: 00000014
- Description: Employee Responsible
- Partner Number: blank
Tab Processing Details "Details of Selected Processing" "Recipient(s)"
- Recipient Type: U Internet address
- Address: blank
- Archive Mode: 1 Mail Only
However, all the e-mails remain to being sent to the Employee Business Workplace (trx. SBWP), as we were sending the email to his SAP user.
Please advise.

First of all, thanks for your quick answer.
I maintained the Email address in Communication area (as already maintained) and in Address-Independent Communication area, but the Emails remain to being sent to Employee Business Workplace (trx. SBWP).
The Standard Address area that you indicated, only have the fields Street/House number, Postal code/City, Country, Region and Time zone - I dont have the field Email address so I figured out that you talking about the Address-Independent Communication area.
After this, I did another test, which was maintaining the Email address only in Address-Independent Communication area. When I sent the Email through the business activity, appears the error message Action could not be successfully executed.
This mean that the Email address must be maintained in Communication area but it seems that independently the Email address maintained here, the Email is always sent to Employee Business Workplace.
Please advise.

How to send the mail with multiple file attachments ?

Sending mails with multiple files as attachments.

You need to start from the app, assuming that it has an email function, that contains the files that you want to send as attachments. The Photos app allows you to send up to 5 photos on the same email, but if you want to send multiple file types then you need an app that supports all those file types. I use the GoodReader app which supports quite a few document/file types (e.g. PDF, Excel, Word, pictures), and from that I can select multiple files (including different types) and attach them to the same email.

Send one mail for multiple list item update

i have 3 lists storing customer details which are displayed in a page. i need to send mail whenever there is customer details update(any or all 3 lists). should send only one mail per customer details update(not per list item update).Please advise how to
achieve this using SharePoint workflow.

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to send an email when this are list items update.
A workaround is that we can use one big list to store the customer details from these three lists, then let users update their information in the big list and send email.
Or we can create a form to update these 3 lists, then send a mail when the form saved.

the problem is i am unable to download class files from 1st link. where i down loaded JAF1.1.1. jar file from 2nd link,

HT202304 Can't send e-mails using iCloud address on either my iPhone or Macs ?

Hi guys and gals,
I can't seem to be able to send e-mails using my iCloud address.
No idea why that is. I don't get any error message, the e-mails 'get sent' without any fuss or ending in the outbox folder and they simply do not reach their destinations. There doesn't seem to exist any issues with Apple either. Perhaps my e-mails are being blocked, out of the blue (not by my ISP though, I'm having this problem with whatever network I'm connected to or using internet data on my mobile). ?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks !
