Compliance on content status not correctly updated on CAS

We have a new SCCM 2012 R2 CU1 environment with a CAS and multiple primary sites.
We noticed that the compliance percentage
for some applications are not correctly (50%) updated on the CAS for a site with a primary site server with a DP role and a site system with a DP role. It is shown correctly (100%) on the primary site server.
On the CAS you can see the message "detail will be available when server finishes processing the messages" on the content status asset details for some applications.
We have verified that these applications are distributed. The compliance percentage is corrected if we go to an application on the CAS and redistribute it. It only takes a second to finish. So it looks like a bug on the CAS.
Since we are doing our proactive checks on the CAS, it is important for us that the information is shown correctly. We have rebooted the CAS with no result. Also we have all updates installed. We have not found a solution for this yet.
Is there anyone else with this issue? What can we do to troubleshoot or fix this issue?

hai any one can help me in this pls
my client created sevice orders in crm system and in these some details are reflected in to mobile client.There is integration between in CRM & Mobile clients.
present requirement is system status is not get updated.

or it is some technical. Before its worked properly recently they got this issue. How can i overcome this issue permanently.

Check Deposit List - cannot post Processing status not correct

I was trying the edit a check deposit list and I encountered error message during save.
"Cannot post. processing status not correct."
Procedure: Go into statement/list processing and save again. The processing status is then changed to 3 (revised).
How to go to statement/list processing to change to status to 3?

Select the Check deposit list and click enter. Now go to Settings > Specifications
Here you will find the "Processing Status" for you to continue.

Last Played is not correctly updating in Itunes

I have created a playlist that chooses songs that I have not played in the last 60 days and use this playlist to update my 1GB shuffle. Problem is that when I play the song on the Shuffle, and then re-sync, the Last Played date does not always update, even when I know I have completely played the song. The last played date is not properly displayed when viewing the Shuffle through Itunes either. For example, if I listen to 10 songs on a plane flight, maybe 2 will show up as having been played.
I am 1 day over chat support... bummer.

IT roles not correctly updating assignedBy status in act sync

I have the following issue.
I have a Business role called 'A' which containes IT roles '1' and '2'. (set waveset.roles to [A] via the active sync) works: correctly
The active sync runs and business role 'A' is removed. IT roles '1' and '2' are explicily set to the user for deprovisioning scenario purposes (waveset.roles set to [1,2] via the active sync works: correctly
Active sync is run again and role 'A' is readded and roles '1', and '2' are removed.(Active sync sets waveset.roles to [1,]

Result: User shows up with roles A, 1, and 2 (which is correct), but the assignedBy attribute on roles 1 and 2 =null and directlyAssigned=true.
what should happen is that roles A, 1, and 2 are assigned (which is correct), but the assignedBy attribute on roles 1 and 2 =[A] and directlyAssigned=fasle.
anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how to fix this? We are even refreshing the view after we set waveset.roles and nothing happens. Do I need to refresh the rolesInfo or something?

Hi..You guys are life savers.. if the role was changed in waveset.role, the resources were not getting created but the role was getting changed. Changing waveset.roleInfo solved my problem. Now both the resources and the user is getting updated.
P.S: i added a refreshView after changing the role

Content Wizard not importing updates int VCM database

When I use the Content Wizard tool to import updates from the internet, It appears to work correctly, but the compliance updates do not show up in VCM. I run the Content wizard again and the updates are no longer listed to retrieve. How can I get these updates to successfully show up in VCM?

When you imported the toolkit the first time, you should have seen a log of what was imported and it should have listed several items. If you only see one line, then I suspect the install did not proceed correctly. To re-import the toolkit, open regedit on the collector and browse to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Configuresoft\ContentUpdateService. Locate the string value key for the toolkit you need to re-import and delete it. Launch the Content Wizard (make sure you're running it with an account that has SA rights into the VCM DB) and you should now see the toolkit for importing. As a sanity check, restart your VCM web session.

Mac Pro not correctly updating?

Can anyone help me?
I am working on a Mac Pro 5,1 (OSX 10.6.8).
This computer will not update correctly. If I try to install multiple updates, it tells me the computer must restart in order to install the updates. So I click on restart, and it actually does more of a log out. No updates ever occur.
So if I select to install multiple updates.... the updates fail. However, if I update individually... updating works.
So I am trying to figure out how to fix the problem. I am sure someone will just say, simply update individually. That is not an option, in my estimation. This is an expensive product that should function normally and as intended.

Well, there is the rare chance that you have system disk drive problems of one type or another and are not doing what maintenance the end user can and should do including clone your system and use Disk Repair and other tools.
You may even need to try with a clean install and update, and then use Setup Assistant.
Nothing beats having bootable system backups along with TimeMachine.
If you have Lion or Mountain Lion use Recovery Mode.
Use Safe Mode too.
Computers need the tires changed and rotated and oil, air and brake fluid maintained too.

Letter of credit check status not correct in VL01N

Hi, Gurus,
I activate both credit management and documentary payment. When I try to create delivery-VL01N with reference to a sales order, i assign an financial document with 100% depreciation. Suppse deliver amount exceeds this financial document, system should issue message and block this delivery. However, there were no such message and credit status is "A" when saving delivery.
In Vl02N, not changing any data, system issue the message showing that
the financial document value is exceeded, and delivery is blocked when I save the delivery.
I checked my configuration, and cannot think of anything related to this.
After debug, I found out that the reason is that SAP get delivery value from table S131, field OLIKW and compare it with financial document open value. However, S131-LOIKW is 0 when I create the delivery. After delivery is created, S131-OLIKW value is corect. Therefore, when i change delivery and try to save before exit, system will issue the message.
Does anyone know anything might be related to this weird issue?

The accounting document has already been released &accounting doc has been created. But the value of Financial Doc i.e Letter of Credit remains same.

3D's R3D content display not correctly

Here is the question , i have a content that left.r3d and right.r3d. And it's frame is 24fps. Speedgrade can import it. But when i see the only left , it was correct. When i see only right , it shows the message : frame index out of range. And when i check to display stero, the left is correct, and the right shows the message that frame index out of range.

generally speaking, this is the way the application will try to use left and right eye original recording:
If you load from your right eye folder structure and the left eye folder structure is using one of the supported file naming conventions (that would include original R3D recordng stricture). If both eyes exist, you'll get left and right referenced throughout the application. That only ensure both clips are present, doesn't gaurantee sync (yet).
Next step for SpeedGrade is to look at Timecode - that's the prefered way of syncing. If no TC is present, SpeedGrade will switch to looking at Frame Numbers (translating that into TC), then Frame Indices.
What I would do first as a quality check item is to load a right eye clip, look at it's timecode metadata (a simple way of doing that is to turn on one of the metadata burn-ins that show TimeCode - such as "Standard"), then do the same thing with the coresponding left eye clip. If the both show exactly te same TC for a picture you can clearly identify being the same (clapperboard going down, etc.), SpeedGrade should have no trouble getting them to load as a stereo pair. If there are offsets in TC, you'll see the message you encountered.
In case of any offset you can still load and conform shots with TC issues, it requires you to identify the amount of offset, though - you can then enter it in the Stereo control panel. If this is for one shot, it's probably no big deal. If this happens for most of your project, it might be good into looking at other ways of solving the TC problem.

PR05 status not correct with FI

Hello all!
We have the following issue:
the user inserted the expense in PR05 and then he try to posted trough PRRW the expense to FI.
However the system gave an error message regarding the blocked CO periods. we´ve opened the CO periods but the user deleted the run in PRRW. Going to PR05 the status is "Transferred to FI".
We´ve went to the vendor but nothing is posted.
How can I change the status from "Transferred to FI" to another status so the expense could be posted to FI?

Hi Ana
Probably report RPRTRVSW is your only option now if you cannot reject the posting run (was the posting run partially posed - ? What was the status of it in table PEVSH?), usually if the posting run is rejected, it should run this report anyway in the background and reset the trip status but it really depends on the status for the posting run in PEVSH anyway.
What EHP and SP version do you have for EA_HR, there are several notes that optimize the posting run administration so let me know on these points and I can suggest the notes.

BI Plug-in does not correctly update Excel reports

I am having issues in that when I export to Excel 2010, the BI Plug-in will not refresh reports with rows that repeat, it still continues to merge the rows even though the reports are set up to repeat in BI Answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

OEM - Oracle Job Status Not Updated

Hi all, on the OEM I have some job scheduled for export and for backup (rman).
Normally everything is ok, but now, after installing SP1 of Windows Server 2003, I can see the job starting but never finish. In reality the job is finished and I can see it on the output file.
Seems to be that on the OEM the status of the job is not updated.
This is a Fail Safe installation of Oracle 9.02 patch set 04.
Please advise.

Hold on, I am sure there is some confusion going on here. The registry settings are using used if there is a problem with refreshing planning, I thought the problem relates to business rule status not being updated?

This may not resolve your isssue, maybe there is a communication issue somewhere.

Credit exposure not correct in SAP

My company has over 3.2 million accounts in our system and we are coming across the issue of credit exposure not being accurate for customers which is causing credit checks that should not be necessary. It look likes what is happening is that once the open sales order is invoiced the amount is staying locked in the exposure and then it is also added into receivables which is essentially doubling the exposure from what it should be. Is there any configuration changes that we can use to correct this?? With the high volume of customers and transactions on a daily basis this issue is causing a lot of extra work and customer issues. Your assistance is appreciated.

It happens that LIS is not correctly updated by SAP and that the credit exposure is incorect.
Have a look at the program RVKRED07. You may have to play with the parameters to find the correct combination for the update.

You may consider also setting up a daily batch job ...
In fact you have 2 progams given by SAP
RVKRED88, it calls RVKRED07 in test mode
RVKRED77, it calls RVKRED07 in real mode

File does not get updated in document library

I'm encountering weird behavior which I hope you can suggest on how to further troubleshoot. There are some document libraries that whenever I upload a new version of a file, the file's contents do not get updated (when I open the file after check-in,
it still shows the old content) but the Modified By and Modified fields get updated.
Remote Blob Storage is turned on for our site; could it be RBS-related? However, only a few document libraries exhibit this kind of behavior.

There's no particular pattern in the differences between libraries exhibiting the behavior and those that do not. If it matters, the Style Library is experiencing this kind of behavior. We also have a document library renamed to "Images" (its URL
is /Images) that also exhibits this behavior. I also tried disabling and enabling versioning, still the same behavior. I even tried deleting the file and reuploading with the same file name, still the same behavior!

Content does not update when published

My content is not updating when I publish updates to my app. Side loading shows the updates, but an updated published folio doesn't. On the third try, I got a blank light grey screen. I finally had to unpublish and republish the content, which is obviously not an ideal situation.
Are there any known bugs or problems at the moment that could be causing this issue? The DPS Status page doesn't have any info.

I'm not aware of a way to get out of this state cleanly. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the problem (unless your unpublish/republish again), but it's difficult to tell your customers to uninstall/reinstall. Another option is to unpublish and then publish the affected folios as different folios, but then some of your users will end up with two versions of a similar folio until they archive the older version.
Let me ask around to make sure that I'm correct about the cause and to see if there's a cleaner workaround.
