Confirmation Reversal and Deletion

Hi All,
Is there a configuration to disable "Delete" and "Return Delivery" buttons for all POs?
We have a requirement to do not allow users to perform above actions.
We are using SRM 5.0 SP13

You can use the BBP_UI_CONTROL_BADI to hide this buttons.

      WHEN ' BUTTON_RETURN'.
          cv_invisible = 'X'.
   ENDCASE.

The parameter cv_invisible when has the value 'X' hides the button.

Hi,
write-up is used in R/3 to correct accumulated depreciation from former fiscal years. This can not be done when the depreciation was posted in the current fiscal year.
If you want to do a write-up, you could post an additional capitalisation, which is the write-up of the APC (see doumentation);    transaction type 400
Unplanned depreciation from the current year can not be reversed with write-up
The simplest way is to reverse with AB08 (the RAPOST2000 will post it) and to post the correct values;

Off cycle posting reversal and deletion of payroll results

Hi Experts, We have an scenario employee was locked for payroll for past 4 periods in IT0003. Their was an off-cycle payment to employee and posted to accounting ( when employee regular payroll was locked). Now their is a requirement to reverse the posting of off-cycle payment as off cycle payment is not required. After the reversal of posting of off-cycle payment. Do we have to delete the payroll results of off-cycle through PU01 before running the current month payroll for the employee.Now the employee is regular payroll it will trigger retro for past 4 periods. if you don't want that off-cycle amounts to be added in the employee gross must and should delete the payroll run after reversing the FI posting.

In SAP 4.7 R3 & ECC 5.0. we don't have BAPI to delete / create PO confirmatons.
Use this FM for both : ME_CONFIRMATION_UPDATE
In addition to above , we need to use this FM : ME_CONFIRMATION_REDISTR_ITEMS , for PO item update in MD04 transaction.
In addtion to above 2 FM, you need to used Change doucment FM for write log data.

Or use transaction <b>LBWQ</b>
to get to the same information. Select your queue and delete it.

Reversing or deletating AP invoice which is posted and transferred to GL

I wanted to delete a invoice which is accounted and validated and transferred to GL. This invoice has 2nd distribution line causing problems, somebody managed to transferred to GL without entering an amount this has to reversed or deleted. how can I do it, if somebody had similar problem and solved it please assist me regarding this issue as soon as possible. Thanks very much for the consideration friends.

Thank you for the answer, how can I remove the 2nd distribution line along with that invoice, there are holds on these invoices and some are not accounted or validated. When I try to delete it says " the amount filed must be filled" try to insert an amount it says'The field is protected". Any ways to reverse or delete the 2nd distribution line in that invoice.

Yes it's possible to sync music back from a iPod back into iTunes that (I assume) wasn't purchased on the iTunes Store.
Apple allows iTunes Store purchases on devices to be reversed back into iTunes, just not cd rips and stuff like that. For that it's a one way trip to the device from iTunes.
I likely can't suggest such software here, but if you visit iLounge you can ask what is the latest software that works for your platform.
Really it only takes a mere few minutes to backup your iTunes Library and stick in a few cd/dvd's or a external drive. iTunes even has a menu command for it to make it oh so simple. Please use it and backup all your data.
Hard drives fail, computers burn up, thieves steal, stuff gets forgotten. Plan for something happening because it will.

Get an external hard drive at least the same size as your internal hard drive, bigger is better. Use Time Machine to back up your files and applications. Once you've done that Start your computer from your original install disc, erase the hard drive and reinstall the original OS X and applications that came with your computer. Then start up using your Snow leopard install disc and upgrade the system to 10.6, run software update to get to 10.6.8 and restore your files and applications from your Time machine backup. Continue to use Time Machine to back up your computer regularly.
Apple's software will generally serve you well for everyday tasks like browsing and email, counting on unproven third party software to do the same tasks sometimes can give you headaches.

Limit Order Confirmation Reversal - Balancing Issues

Hello,
We currently use SRM 5.5 and have an issue with the balances on our goods receipts and service entries for limit orders.
We use ML81N to reverse off our service entry sheets but it is still leaving balances on the goods receipt which appears to be caused by the invoice values.
For example we have a limit PO that has had the following happen:
Confirmation posted in SRM for £3390.00 which transferred successfully to the backend PO.
Invoice posted for £3371.70
Service entry revoked and deleted using ML81Nu2013 SEN balance is zero
Goods receipt balance is £18.30, only the value of £3371.70 has been reversed but before saving the service entry reversal the value in ML81N did show as £3390.00. So for some reason it is picking up the invoice value and reversing that instead of the goods receipt value.
Does anyone know why this is happening and a way to get rid of the balance on the goods receipt now that the service entry sheet is deleted?

Hi. This is probably more of a LIV / MM issue than SRM, but transaction MR11 will clear the GR/IR imbalance for you if there is no other way. It effectively posts a document like a dummy GR or invoice for the balance. It obviously won't try and pay anything to anyone.

Confirmation long text deletion

Operation 010 is confirmed by the user with confirmation text (long text )which is incorrect ,now without reversing/cancelling the confirmation need to delete this confirmation text /long tex.t IW43 displayPM order confirmation screen.Need to know how it can be done any suggestion.

it is not possible to delete and change the long textof confirmation through standard without any custom development. You will have to reverse the confirmation and re-enter the confirmation.That would be the easiest way to do this.

PI 7.11 AAE- Archiving and deletion

Dear All,
I just want to get confirm on my understanding regarding AAE archiving and deletion.
We have 98% interfaces using only AAE in our landscape.
I had set up XMLDAS archiving for AAE ( After fixing so many issues ) which archives the AAE messages into the local file system. So no issues in that .
Now my requirements are,
1) I would like to keep only 7 days of data in the database and 100 days of data in the file system
2) I do not want to set up any rules for Archiving /Deletion. It means i would like to archive messages older than 7 days in the file system.
The steps are ( My understanding )
1) Set the persistence duration in NWA to 7 days . So only 7 days of data will be stored in table BC_MSG.
2) Set up the archival job in the background processing through RWB without ANY RULES. So all processed messages older than 7 days will be achieved in the file system. And Archive will come with default delete procedure as well hence Archived messages will be deleted from table BC_MSG.
3) Deactivate the delete job . If i have the active delete job in the background processing, it will delete all messages older than 7 days which i don want. The deletion of messages from BC_MSG will be taken care as part of archival job.
Is my understanding correct?

Determine if that program appears in that list. If it does, select it and then remove it from Login Items with the "–" (minus) button.
Next:
Select the entire line that follows (triple-click to select it), then control-click, and from the contextual menu that appears, select Services > Open:
/Library/StartupItems/
If the program or an alias to it appears in that folder, drag it to the Trash.
Next:
When you log out or shut down your Mac, de-select the checkbox that begins with the words "Reopen windows... "

With one button you want to perform 3(Create, Update and Delete) operation
To create:
First check whether the data exist with full combination of Name,Desc and City.
If not exist you can execute the create function.
If exist, get confirmation to delete the item by pop up. Using item ID you can perform Delete operation
To Update:
How you want to update the item, by keeping unique value or combination of columns?
based on that you can perform the update operation.
