Confirmed LRS at point of order but monthly LR cha...

Hi - I ordered BTI2 on bt.com end of April when LRS was at £141 and received an order confirmation for that via email. Now I received my first bill and the line rental is charged at £15.99 and LRS is not activated. I called BT support but after 20 min without solving the issue they referred me to send a letter by post to their BT Correspondence Centre in Durham!! The only option I have is to upgrade to LRS moving forward which means I pay the increased rate of £15.99 x 10!! How can BT change my LRS order initially?? Even though I ordered LRS it is now on monthly payment. Could someone please help?

I thought that LRS had to be paid for when you ordered it , on-line or over the phone even if it was in advance of the start date.
The times I have ordered LRS I had to pay the amount immediately. My daughter is moving to BT and had to pay LRS when placing the order even though activation was 4 weeks away

    I know that exsist BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE but I'm not able to modify confirmed qty.
    My flow consists in two steps:
    1. sales order create with confirmed qty = 0;
    2. sales order change to modify confirmed qty.

    Confirmed quantity is a result of configured ATP rules and availability of the inventory. System has control over it and it is not changeable. Imagine a situation where system says that the confirmed quantity is 10 cases based on the inventory availbility and you go out there and change to 100... does it make sense to be able to change it like that?
    So, no you cannot change it. You can only influence it by changing your order quantity or adding inventory or move some reserved quantities to unreserved status etc.

  • Purchase Item for a sales order but not on sales order lines

    Hi,
    Is it possible to purchase an item for a sales order but item is not actually on sales order? I know we can create PO through SO logistic tab and also through procurement confirmation wizard but these functionalities can be used to buy the item which is on the SO. The problem is that the item is not on SO. It's kind of hidden cost going against the SO.
    Will be grateful for your help.

    Thanks Gordon. Ok I can add items to the PO. But will those items be costed against the SO? Because there is no SO number (POR1.BaseRef field) on that extra PO line.

  • Need to cancel order but order is not in listed in Order Status or Purchase History

    I ordered  an Open-Box Canon - PowerShot ELPH-340 16.0-Megapixel Digital Camera - Black, but I never recieved an email confirmation and it did not show up in either my Order Status or Purchase History.I assumed I may not have completed the order correctly so I went through the same process of buying it again, but I still did not recieve a confirmation email nor did it show up in my Order Status or Purchase History.I checked my bank account and I am being charged for the 2 cameras.I would like to have one of those orders canceled a.s.a.p. please.

    The deal for that open box camera looks like a great offer, so I can understand why you ordered one.  I’m sorry to hear that not receiving an order confirmation email led you to order a second one, thus creating two orders.
    Due to maintenance last night on BestBuy.com, confirmation emails were delayed, but should be going out today.  Regrettably, I do see that both orders have already begun fulfillment and I am not able to cancel them.  The only option we would have for you would be to return one of the cameras either by mail or to your local Best Buy store once you receive it.  You can find more information on Canceling Your Order here.

    My 1G (1st generation) ipod plays the songs in order, but not in (random) shuffle mode. In order mode, switching to shuffle turns the ipod off. If in shuffle mode initially, the ipod will not play at all. In shuffle mode, there's a green light on the front, initially, then it shuts off.
    I believe it's a problem with the shuffle switch and/or shuffle mode exclusively.
    I have reformatted, reset and done the "five R's" twice and the battery is fully charged. I've read about removing the switch in the back to clean it, but I don't want to risk breaking it. Any experience with this problem? Any experience with removing the switch?

    My first Shuffle (1st Gen) slide switch began behaving erratically... it would slide past the first position and was difficult to reposition in the play-in-order position.
    At the time it was 1 month old and was replaced at an Apple Store. It's been working fine for over a year.
    The slider can get crud under it and can be removed carefully when in the OFF position by sliding a butter knife blade under it from the bottom. it will pop up IF the operation is done carefully. DO NOT attempt this IF your Shuffle is under warranty...

  • CM01 not updating upon partial confirmation of an activity in order

    Hello PP Angels,
    I am looking for an explanation for this.
    When a production order is partially confirmed, (using CO11N),
    for an activity -- say labor time.
    (and do not confirm any quantity )
    subsequently, on checking the CM01 Standard Overview,
    I find the report unchanged, under the requirements column.
    (for the week concerned)
    But the same ( capacity requirements) gets reduced,
    for the relevant week,
    on doing a partial confirmation of production order,
    for a value in the "Yield" field in C011N.
    Is this the standard SAP behavior ?
    I am in ECC6.

    I have tried it
    It does work,
    there is a change in the cap reqmnt column in CM01
    But the value is not as expected, as explained below.
    CM01 shows initial cap req as 33.5H
    After confirming the production order
    for 10 minutes (0.1667 H) of set up time
    I would expect the Cap Req Column to have a value of 33.5 H - 0.1667 H  = 33.3 H
    but CM01 displays only 0.17 H
    ( I have created this scenario such that CM01 reflects only one production order.
    So there is no mix up of data. )
    Can we see how the Cap Req column in CM01 is being calculated, (the details)
    I did double click the cap Req  value in CM01
    and it shows the relevant production order,
    but no further details can be viewed pertaining to the calculations.

    Dear specialists,
    I have a problem and I don't know how to solve it ...
    When we create an order, we automatically create purchase requisitions ... The confirmed delivery date on the order-item is calculated by adding the value of field eban-plifz to the delivery date ... We manually change the value of eban-plifz in user-exit ZXVVAU16 and the confirmed delivery date is (re-)calculated automatically ... This works fine, except when we create a new order-item and go through the logic for the first time ... The first time we press enter and we see the screen 'Purchase order scheduling', the date is wrong ... I found that the value of eban-plifz is refreshed in function ME_REQUISITION_PRESTEP in the form neue_pos_banf - bezugsquelle_3 ...
    My question is if there is a possibility to change the value again in a user-exit before we get the screen 'Purchase order scheduling' ???
    Hopefully someone can give me an answer ?

  • Issue related to confirmation of Stock in Sales Order.

    Hi Gurus,
    I have an issue related to confirmation of Stock in Rescheduling.
    I have created a Sales Order for 10 Cases. I am using a Rescheduling Program for the confirmation of Stock
    in Sales Order. I have a stock of 100 Cases but still when i am putting that Order in Rescheduling Program for
    confirmation it is showing me Deficit of Stock.
    Also I have checked the Stock in MMBE it is showing Stock of 100 in Unrestricted Use.
    Also I have checked in MMBE the On Order Stock is 150.
    Please could you give me relation of On Order Stock in this.
    What role it plays in Availability Check.
    Is it because of On Order Stock I am not able to confirm the Sales Order Quantity.

    I have replicated the same scenario in Quality it is working fine.
    I forget to add up one more thing in my last issue. There is Product Allocation in Material Master.
    When I go to Sales Order change screen and go to Schedule Line Level to Product Allocation screen
    it is showing the Stock. While same scenario in Production user is not able to confirm the Stock Quantity
    in Sales Order. I want to check the Alloted Stock against that Particular Customer in Product Allocation.
    I need the table and T Code so that I could do the detail analysis with respect to Product Allocation Stock.
    Please if you could help me out.

  • Disable Availability Check on Sales Order  But Activate on Outbound Delv

    Greetings all experts !
    Currently, there's a new request to create a new processes whereby during the sales order creation, no availability check will be in place but material will still be posted to production planning ( TOR ).
    Availability check instead should be activated  during the creation of outbound delivery.
    I have already configured in such a way that the relevant sch line item ( VOV6 ) - availability check is unchecked and TOR is checked.
    But during creation of sales order, availability check is still in place for material specified.
    I have check on the necessary requirement class and requirement type settings. Fyi, requirement class used - availability check is ticked. Could this be the reason even though i have disabled availability check on sch line ?
    I have tried to untick the availability check setting in requirement class  ( OVZG ), and while this can disable the availability check in Sales order, but that configuration will also disable availability check in outbound delivery.
    My queries :
    1 ) What are the configurations that I need to look into to cater to the above request. To disable availabilty in sales order but instead, run availability in outbound delivery ?
    2 ) Is there any way I can disable the availability check on based on sales order type using userexit or function module ?
    3 ) Is there any additional function module/bapi/userexit that i can implement to force outbound delivery to run availability check ?
    My apologies for such lenghty message here but really really need some valuable feedback here as I'm totally at lost with the new requirement for now.

    You must carry out an availability check for the following transaction.
    The indicator is determined as a proposal in conjunction with the respective requirements type. It can be changed in individual shipping transactions. However, only one restriction is effective.
    Example
    You do not set an indicator for maintaining the requirements type. In this case, no availability check is carried out. This is independent of the selection in the respective transaction.
    You set an indicator for maintaining the requirements type. In this case you can decide whether or not you require an availability check for the relevant transaction.

        Follow the steps
    First check in T code OPJF for the selection id a
    Priority is defined for the Task list type S
    with usage 1 and status 4 and then Proceed as
    follows.
    1. Create a Reference op set in t code Ca11.
    Enter the plant, Description , usage and status
    for the ref op set
    Enter lot size and unit of measure.
    Enter the op as 0010 / work center/op control
    key/Description for the op
    Enter the standard values and save.
    2. Create a Standard trigger point in CO31.(Ex
    Production)
    Enter the Trigger Point usage /Group as FERT.
    3.Tick the Trigger Point Functions.
    4. Enable the indicator create order with Reference .
    5.Enter the system status as PCNF.
    6. Enter change as +.
    7. Enable the indicator once.
    8 . Now place the cursor on the create order with reference.
    9. Go to Parameters.
    10. In the Parameter enter in the group the created Reference op set group no.
    11. Order type as PP01 and group counter as 1 and save the Trigger Point.
    12. Now goto the Routing for your Material.
    13. Choose the last op to assign the Trigger point.
    14 .Select the OP -
    Goto ---> Trigger Point overview.
    15. Enter the Trigger Point usage as FERT.
    16.Now choose that line ,select the Details---> Trigger Point
    17. The system will says standard trigger point exists from which you can
    select the created Trigger Point (EXx Production)and save.
    18. MD02/MD04.
    19. Convert the Planned Order into Production Order and Release the order.
    20 .Now confirm th ops.
    21. For the last op enter the yield and rework qty
    and set the status as PCNF.
    22. If the status of last op is PCNF then in the
    system a POP UP will appear as Activited by
    Trigger Point /Create order with reference/order
    number/sequence and op number which trigger point
    works and enter.

    I am using below query i want to order it by month so that data is displayed like

    Right now it is not ordering by month, it is ordering alphabetically.
    I want this to be ordered like
    Jan
    Feb
    March

    Please follow the basic Netiquette of all SQL forums for the past 35+ years on the Internet. Post DDL that follows ISO-11179 rules for data element names. Use ISO-8601 formats for temporal data. Use industry standard encodings (ISBN, UPC, GTIN, etc) and
    avoid needless dialect. Give clear specifications. Give sample data.
    In SQL display is done in a presentation layer, not a query. 
    How do you count a color? It is an attribute on nominal scale, so this is logically impossible. But even worse, you want to measure the count in liters!! How many liters is a dozen? 
    We do not put “_data” in a table name. It is silly meta data that violates both common sense and ISO-11179 rules. 
    A useful idiom is a report period calendar. It gives a name to a range of dates.

    Your mind set is still in 1970's COBOL where temporal data is in strings. So you use string functions.

    What I wanted to say that you won't get information from VAV about billing since as far as I know it doesn't contain any relevant table.
    You should try create a query using LIKP-LIPS-(joint type: left outer)-VBRK. This will connect deliveries to billing document, you can also get SO number. Please try this.
    (Sorrowully I don't know which logical database would be good for you)

    Since you are posting in the design forum, the short answer is - you don't.  Rows in a table have no inherent order that you can rely on and the "position" of rows is a visual characteristic that should be implemented by the application that displays
    this information or by the query that is used to generate the resultset.  
    So the next question is how one accomplishes this particular order within a select statement.  That is a tsql question which, for future reference, is best posted to the tsql forum.  In addition, many of the questions or issues that you will face
    have been discussed in the forums - often many, many times.  The first thing you should do when faced with an issue is to simply search the forums and leverage the the knowledge that has already been discussed.  In doing so you are quite likely to
    see suggestions or related issues that you should consider in your search for a solution.  
    Now, to answer the question - you need to formulate a order by clause that forces the rows to be sorted in the manner you desire.  Effectively you have 2 levels of sorting.  The first level divides your rows into 2 groups.  Group 1 consists
    of rows where name = E and Group 2 is everything else.  Following that you then need to sort the rows in each group by name in descending order.  Something like:  
    order by case name when E then 1 else 2 end, name desc
